I will state the reasons for these. For the time being, this is also your own wish, and there is also a need. (700) Please keep it secret both internally and externally that this is the reincarnation of the holy lama. We will also keep it secret. If we hide it by saying that it is not the reincarnation of Puk Lama, we ourselves cannot do it. For the time being, we will all keep it secret, and after saying this, he took many things from his father's hand and left. Similarly, in Kharak Dzong, the Dzong officials also asked if it was certain that he was a reincarnation, and according to the agreement reached with the father, this time when I was passing by, I heard that he could understand the Dharma and empowerments without being taught, so I wanted to come and see, but I felt that he was different from other great people, but it was not clear that he was the reincarnation of Jetsun Kunga Drolchok. He said that he was not the reincarnation of Lama Kunga Drolchok, and then kept it secret from everyone. After that, the officials and monks in the central part (701) of the area were all worried, so the recognition ceremony was postponed. In that state, it was not long before it was said that Khenchen Lungrik Gyatso had recognized and invited him, so everyone knew. Dharma King Tenzinpa's expression became as embarrassed as a monkey picking fruit. Because he was very embarrassed, rumors spread that it was not the reincarnation of Je Lama. The chapter on Dharma King Tenzinpa being recognized and meeting, the third chapter ends. Namo Guru. Bodhisattva Mahasattva Lungrik Gyatso himself, when he was living around the Labrang of the great Pelkhor Chode Monastery, on the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the Tiger year, on the night of performing the auspicious Chakrasamvara ritual, he met Jetsun himself in a dream, with a joyful smile and conversation, and felt immeasurable joy (702). At dawn, many women wearing gorgeous clothes, etc., were doing unimaginable joyful dances in the sky, and everyone said in unison that the auspicious Black Heruka had come for the benefit of sentient beings.

Oh, the special place of the realm of gods! Oh, the gathering place of heroes and dakinis! Oh, the place relied upon by many Tibetan and Chinese scholars and accomplished ones! You were born in the upper part of Kharak Drang! You are the ocean of scriptures and reasoning! May you quickly go to the feet of the qualified lama! They said in unison. No sooner had they said this than he woke up from his sleep. It was dawn. His body was filled with a great bliss unlike before, and an indescribable joy arose in his heart. I am sure that the reincarnation of my lama has been born somewhere. The women who appeared in my dream last night must have been a prophecy of the dakinis. Thinking this, he released his mental burden. His body (p. 703) felt unprecedentedly comfortable and became clearer. The sun rose, the attendant brought tea, and the messenger from Dewa Snakar Tse arrived with a letter and gifts at the same time. After looking at the letter from Snakar Tse, he was convinced that Jetsun Kunga Drolchok of Drangpu was a true reincarnation, and he was very clear and certain about it. The letter contained a detailed description of these things. He kept the two messengers by his side and asked about Drangpu. The two messengers told him about the situation in Drangpu, which was consistent with the advice and topographical map that the Khenpo had given him before. The Khenpo was as happy as a bird longing for rain hearing the sound of thunder, and he was so happy that he could not describe it, and his hair stood on end. The Khenpo said, "Last night I also dreamed of meeting my lama. This morning, from an internal point of view, the omens are very good. The name Dewa Tan (p. 704) Dzinpa is very auspicious, and these are all prophecies of the lama for me, and the omens are very good." He was very happy. That day, he sent messengers like incarnate envoys to the monks, wise men, and patrons of Tsang North. They also came from their respective places with five or six mounted attendants and gifts for the parents to welcome the supreme reincarnation. The Khenpo and his disciples led the representatives of the monks, wise men, and local leaders of Tsang North, about eighty-five horsemen, with their respective belongings and many attendants.
