Even the little bit of study and practice they do is just keeping this life deep in their hearts. Even if I stay here for a long time, I feel that it will only increase my own and others' defilements. So I suddenly stood up and went to Shangs. He said, "By the power of Tummo, I am faster than a horse." When I was living in Kharlung, at the beginning of the disturbances in Ü (Dbus), the Khu-lung-pas were sent to Tagtsang. The people of Ü heard that their messenger was always acting as a guide. He himself heard that someone was going to kill him, so he ran away. After that, many people chased him. He was cut by a sword and lost a lot of blood, so I helped bandage him. That night, Brtson gave a sword to the devotee 'Jog-pa. Brtson stayed that night. After that, the Lama went to Taglung. Brtson (625) and I were together, and they didn't even notice that he was with my own meditators, so they conspired to hide him. The next day, Rin-spung said they needed Brtson. I said I didn't know him, he probably went to Myong-ston. They threatened me, saying, "If Brtson is not there, we will take you away." They said, "Get ready to go." I agreed to go and went. That night, I was locked up in a place called Kharsbug in Shargö, and the three of them closed the door and went to sleep. They were all asleep. I thought that if I took a short knife and ran away, I could escape, but I didn't have one at the time. I thought, "I'll just do whatever I want," and stayed there. Then I went to the well in Rin-spung. One of my student horsemen named Rta-rdzi dbang-rgyal gave me some good beer. After a while, two people came and said they were going to change the door, and they had a dispute. It seems that this matter was over. That night, I was left on the bare ground in Püshukha, using my skirt as a cushion. I had a coarse cloth Dharma robe.

Previously, having practiced wind meditation from Egon, eight people were (626) making hand gestures in prayer. They came to observe in the early morning. They said, "When you come to your channels, there is a lot of heat, it's very amazing!" and then left. They told their friends, "That meditator is like a fire." So they discussed it and performed a dedication for a 'dead son.' They offered some alcohol, and because of this, the heat rose, and looking out from the window, they said they saw a lot of steam. It seems that the alcohol's effect produced the steam. That night, the people who led the water said, "It feels good." The next day, they invited him to a house with many carpenters and poured him a lot of alcohol. Later, more alcohol came, and I also drank a little, staying there for a while. They said, "They are all convinced." That night, many cushions came, but none were laid out. That night, it became even hotter than before, and steam was also produced at night. The Hor people (Mongols) said, "They said they would come to see the father, but they didn't come." That night, he was placed in the south where a water channel was being built. He didn't take any clothes or cushions. The Hor people (Mongols) gave a lot of alcohol (627), and the heat increased.
