Starting from one-pointedness (kyi rtse gcig), it arises in the continuum according to the order. These are further divided into three situations: not having attained stability, having attained stability, and having attained extreme stability, corresponding to small, medium, and large degrees, resulting in twelve distinctions. These four yogas are also divided into three degrees—small, medium, and large—based on the distinctions of not having attained stability, having slightly attained it, and having attained it extremely. The characteristics of these states seem clear from the above discussion, but because of the limited space here, they will be explained separately. As mentioned earlier, the four yogas, due to following their respective qualities, are each divided into four, totaling sixteen. Each yoga can be further divided into four based on the similarity of qualities with the four yogas mentioned above. Specifically, one-pointedness of one-pointedness refers to abiding in one-pointedness in a state of pacifying discursive thoughts of distraction. The freedom from elaboration of one-pointedness refers to not fixating on the elaboration of characteristics from the perspective of that abiding. The one taste of one-pointedness refers to the essence being non-conceptual, appearing as bliss and clarity, where the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality are mixed into one taste. The non-meditation of one-pointedness refers to having attained stability in this and continuing day and night. The one-pointedness of freedom from elaboration refers to looking at the essence of whatever arises with mindfulness, without distraction, in one-pointedness. The freedom from elaboration of freedom from elaboration refers to not being established in any extreme of elaboration when looking. The one taste of freedom from elaboration refers to everything being one taste in the state of emptiness. The non-meditation of freedom from elaboration refers to having attained stability in this and continuing day and night. The one-pointedness of one taste refers to all phenomena of appearance and sound being decisive in the state of equality, cutting off superimposition and denial. The freedom from elaboration of one taste refers to all elaborations of grasping at difference or duality being inseparable in the state of equality. The one taste of one taste refers to enjoying, entering, or pervading all phenomena with that equality, dwelling in all. The non-meditation of one taste refers to having attained stability in this and continuing day and night. The one-pointedness of non-meditation refers to being equally placed in one-pointedness in a state free from what is to be meditated on and the meditator. The freedom from elaboration of non-meditation refers to transcending the mind, cutting off the elaboration of the mind. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That which is liberated from all is 'Non-Meditation' (Gommed). The one taste of 'One Taste' (Rogchik) is: all of samsara and nirvana, becoming one taste in the realm of that non-meditation, without a single particle that can be distinguished, that is the non-meditation of 'One Taste'. The non-meditation of 'Non-Meditation' is: gaining stability on that, gaining stability below 'One Taste', is a mixture of temporary shamatha and vipassana, gaining the stability of 'Non-Meditation', is the ultimate mixture of shamatha and vipassana. For example, like gaining stability in the generation stage, and gaining stability in the completion stage.' This is what the venerable Gyalwang Rinpoche said. Manifesting face-to-face, conceptual thoughts arise as meditation. Merit is perfected, merit arises, the mundane is mastered, the difference between whether the seed of the form body is sown or not. Thus, for each of the four yogas, there are small, medium, and large distinctions. Whether the essence is seen or not, whether conceptual thoughts manifest as meditation or not, whether merit is perfected or not, whether merit arises or not, whether one is mastered in the mundane or not, whether the seed of the form body is sown or not, whether duality is integrated or not, these reasons should also be explained separately. Among these four yogas, 'One-Pointedness' (Tsekchik) is a samadhi that is mainly bliss and emptiness, 'Freedom from Elaborations' (Troldral) is a samadhi that is mainly clarity and emptiness, 'One Taste' is a samadhi that is mainly appearance and emptiness, and 'Non-Meditation' is a samadhi that is mainly awareness and emptiness. 'One-Pointedness' is when the winds and mind are held at the navel chakra, activity mainly arises, becoming the nature of co-emergent bliss. 'Freedom from Elaborations' is when the indestructible bindu at the heart chakra is held, activity mainly arises, because it is the nature of self-nature co-emergent bliss. 'One Taste' is when the winds and mind are held at the throat chakra, activity mainly arises, the clinging to object and subject naturally dissolves, becoming the nature of a trainee's union. 'Non-Meditation' is when the winds and mind are held at the crown chakra, activity mainly arises, because it becomes the nature of the ultimate attainment, the union of a non-trainee. ' This is what Mipham Gyalwang Rinpoche said. In addition, among the three states of wind entering the central channel, abiding, dissolving, and transforming, the ten signs of earth dissolving into water, etc., according to the path of means, are signs of wind entering the central channel; according to the path of liberation, it is the experience of 'One-Pointedness' among the three of experience, realization, and understanding of 'One-Pointedness'. The appearance of the self-nature clear light that has signs, which appears after the ten signs, according to the path of means, is the experience of wind abiding in the central channel; according to the path of liberation, it is 'Freedom from Elaborations'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
