The cycle of joy and sorrow causes unease. Is it the Vidyadhara who has peace of mind within? If not, they go to meditate in the solitary mountains. Leaving behind worldly distractions, they go to meditate. As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. Accumulated wealth is like honey made by bees. Hoarded with miserliness, it is stolen by enemies. One's own wealth being used by others causes unease. Is it the Vidyadhara who has peace of mind within? If not, they go to meditate in the solitary mountains. Leaving behind worldly distractions, they go to meditate. As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. This life's fame is like an echo in an empty valley. Though it was clear and loud, it is now gone. The impermanence of fame causes unease. Is it the Vidyadhara who has peace of mind within? If not, they go to meditate in the solitary mountains. Leaving behind worldly distractions, they go to meditate. As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. The palace of the physical body is like a decaying house. No matter how much you protect it, it will surely collapse. Ultimately, it is abandoned in the charnel ground, causing unease. Is it the Vidyadhara who has peace of mind within? If not, they go to meditate in the solitary mountains. Leaving behind worldly distractions, they go to meditate. As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. The movement of breath is like clouds in the sky. A sudden gust of wind blows them away. There is no certainty that it will not vanish, causing unease. Is it the Vidyadhara who has peace of mind within? If not, they go to meditate in the solitary mountains. Leaving behind worldly distractions, they go to meditate. As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. This life's activities are like ripples on water. One is pursued after another, But in the end, there is no trace, causing unease. Oh, like a bottomless treasure trove! Forever Abandoning the ultimate meaning, even if filled, it's the same. Because there is no contentment, the mind is not at peace. Have you, the vidyadhara, integrated inner peace into yourself? If not, go to the solitary mountains to practice! Cast aside worldly distractions, go to practice! As I contemplate, I remember the sacred Dharma. The passing of this virtuous friend, Fills me with sorrow from the depths of my heart, I cannot contain myself. If you also feel निश्चित sorrow and weariness, Like me, go to a solitary place to practice! If you delight in the राजा royal palace, And are preoccupied by the distractions of desire, Then, virtuous friend, you are like a parrot-like scholar. Reflect deeply from the heart, go to practice! These words are the teachings from the great seat of ཙ་རི་ཏྲ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ (Tsari Tra Ye shes), to the learned ཆོས་དཔལ་བཟང་ (Chos dpal bzang), classified as one of the eighteen treatises. Those not classified, such as the Kalachakra and many other sutras and shastras, are the treasures of wisdom, triggered by the intense sorrow of སྟོན་སྒོམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལེགས་པ་ (sTon sgom sangs rgyas legs pa) when facing death. Among the accomplished ones of the past, the undisputed and widely known venerable one, The fame of རས་ཆུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ (Ras chung rdo rje), Bestows blessings and siddhis upon the devoted disciple who prays. Cultivating the samadhi of equanimity, If it can accomplish enlightenment, it is indispensable. But it is very easy to fall into dullness and agitation. If you desire the Dharma from the depths of your heart, meditate single-pointedly! Generating the bodhicitta that seeks the benefit of others, If it can accomplish glorious Buddhahood, it is indispensable.
