The second is: the mantra garland recited during the union of father and mother. For peaceful practice, it is like a wheel of fire; for increasing practice, it is like a cluster of grains; for subjugating practice, it is like linked iron chains; for wrathful practice, it is like a rolled-up thread. Meditate on it revolving from the father's mouth to the mother's mouth, that is, to the lotus and vajra. The third is: visualizing the mantra garland revolving from the vajra to the mother's bhaga, then from the mother's mouth to the father's mouth. This is called the recitation that generates bliss and emptiness through union. To enhance these effects, make the earth-touching mudra with the hands, and with the male rotation, visualize the mantra garland revolving like a wind wheel. For peaceful and increasing practices, it is to the right; for subjugating and wrathful practices, it is to the left. The Method of Accomplishing Actions, Part Three The method of accomplishing actions is: according to the colors of the elements of each family, respectively, peaceful, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful. As the great accomplished one said: 'The combination of water and wind is the peaceful action; the combination of earth and wind is the increasing action; the combination of fire and wind is the subjugating action; the combination of wind is the wrathful action.' As it is said, generate the deity that corresponds to the action, recite the mantra, practice meditation, and combine it with the action; these four are interconnected. With an equanimous mind, generate Amitabha according to the previously described method. At the heart, on a moon disc lotus, there is the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨུ་, Devanagari: ū, Romanized Sanskrit: u, Literal meaning: u), and the mantra is: Om U Ah Kha Cha Tha Tha Pha Va Va Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨུ་ཨཱུ་ཁ་ཚ་ཋ་ཐ་ཕ་ཝ་ཝ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Devanagari: oṃ ū ā kha cha ṭha tha pha va va svāhā, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ū ā kha cha ṭha tha pha va va svāhā, Literal meaning: Om U Ah Kha Cha Tha Tha Pha Va Va Svaha). This is the mantra of accomplishment. When combining with the action, add 'Svaha'. Recite 'So-and-so, pacify, do, namah'. In the meditation of combining water and wind, radiate white light. When withdrawing, invite the assembly of peaceful deities. Visualize all of them, their body, speech, mind, and wisdom, dissolving into indivisible nectar, like white liquid, entering from the crown of oneself or the one being practiced for. All sins and obscurations, in the form of smoke, exit from the lower gate, transforming into maras, obstacles, the lord of death, and other repulsive beings. The body, speech, place, and time are purified, and filled from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head with the power of wisdom, visualizing union with the samaya being. All of it is accomplished with non-discriminating focus. Similarly, for the increasing practice, with a joyful mind, visualize Vairochana. On the fire wheel at the navel, there is the seed syllable (Tibetan:, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal meaning:), and the mantra is: Om Li Li Ka Ca Ta Ta Pa La Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ལྀ་ལཱྀ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ལས་སྭཱཧཱ།, Devanagari: oṃ lī lī ka ca ṭa ta pa la svāhā, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ lī lī ka ca ṭa ta pa la svāhā, Literal meaning: Om Li Li Ka Ca Ta Ta Pa La Svaha). 'So-and-so's perfection, all, increase, do, svaha'. The light invites all the deities of the increasing family. Visualize all of them, their body, speech, and mind, the indivisible samsara and nirvana as one taste, dissolving into oneself or the one being practiced for, thereby diminishing merit and weak fortune. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
