stambhaya。

Through the maturation of actions, I become the master of wealth and treasures. I accumulate perfect merit, and my life, enjoyment, and power increase. Having obtained the inexhaustible treasury of space, I become a great tree for all sentient beings, and I aspire to bestow all desires. For power, with attachment and loving-kindness, in the navel of Ratna Sambhava (藏文:རིན་འབྱུང་,梵文天城体:रत्न संभव,梵文罗马拟音:Ratna Saṃbhava,English literal meaning: Jewel Born), visualize a jewel on the sun, with the seed syllable (藏文:རྀ,梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,English literal meaning: Wisdom), and the mantra: oṃ ṛ rī ga ja ḍa da ba ra ṣa svāhā. So-and-so boṣṭa. Through rays of light, invite all the deities of the ruling and attracting tribes. They hold iron hooks and ropes, whether it be a king or queen, or any god, demon, or human of existence that one wishes to control. Place the heart of the man in the vagina of the woman. Bind with ropes, and enjoy bliss. Visualize him gathering before me like iron attracted to a magnet, lying supine, trembling, and deprived of power. For wrathful action, with an extremely compassionate heart and an untamed mind, visualize the deity who accomplishes all purposes, Devakaryasiddha Devakaryasiddha,English literal meaning: God-Deed-Accomplished). In the navel, visualize the seed syllable (藏文:ཨི,梵文天城体:इ,梵文罗马拟音:i,English literal meaning: Freedom) on Rahu (藏文:སྒྲ་གཅན,梵文天城体:राहु,梵文罗马拟音:Rāhu,English literal meaning: Rahu), and the mantra: oṃ i ī gha jña ḍha dha bha ya śa svāhā. Through rays of light, invite all the deities of the wrathful tribes, along with all the demons who perform worldly deeds. Dispatch their emanated messengers, wrathful and emaciated, terrifying and violent, holding countless loathsome weapons. Separate the enemy and obstacles from the chief deity, and imprison them in the Yama's prison beneath my feet. Visualize them devouring life, suffocating breath, and consuming thoughts, gathering in swarms like flies on the stench of rotting flesh and blood. For expulsion, upon entering, invite the object to be expelled. While dwelling, ride on a drum as swift as the wind. Upon expelling, visualize expelling to the end of the ocean. The end of the wrathful mantra is: So-and-so uccāṭaya hūṃ. For stiffening, while inhaling earth and wind, invite and transport, and strike the body, speech, and mind with a peg. While suppressing, press down beneath Mount Meru. stambhaya. For separation, separate the object to be separated. Transform into a vulture, owl, raven, or yak, ride on the wind wheel and spin, visualize the two fighting each other, and then agitate the left and right winds of the navel, until one becomes worse and is expelled, just like expulsion. So-and-so prapeśaya phaṭ. The deity of the space tribe, on the seat of wisdom, the seed syllable is (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,English literal meaning: Without), the mantra is: oṃ a ā aṅa ña ṇa na ma tha ka svāhā. Emit rays of light. Visualize all bodies becoming the nature of space. At the time of entering, visualize the deities, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

首先,打开肚脐处的duti(梵文:dhūtī,能量通道)。

Furthermore, all actions should be performed in a similar manner. The mantra (sngags) here refers to the vowels and consonants themselves, and elsewhere, it should be done according to the text of each individual action. Afterward: Third, Afterward: When the winds of the elements move in their respective holding manners. This means that through these methods, the winds of the elements prevent their respective outward flow. First, open the duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, energy channel) at the navel. There, the mind, with the winds as its vehicle, forcefully gathers, causing unbearable pain in the body, like being pierced by needles all over the skin. To transform this pain into the bliss of extreme training, the training of the body is shown here. It should be accomplished by the seventeen root channels and the names of the fifty branch channels, maintaining balance between hunger and satiety, without the harm of smoke, well controlling the wind, and contracting and releasing in various places. Based on this, the combination of the wind for fast walking is discussed: When walking, visualize the feet as a mandala of wind, shaped like a bow, adorned with banners waving from the two nostrils. At the navel, visualize a container filled with the image of the guru. Focus the eyes forward, expand awareness, and then walk. The tantra emphasizes the wheel of fast walking. Using the wind as medicine, one can avert diseases such as plagues; when eating it as food, one should combine it with kumbhaka, sucking the gums and uvula, and swallowing saliva. Explanation of the Intermediate Wind: Fourth, the explanation of the intermediate wind includes: essence, classification, and extraction of benefits. First: The left heart is the life wind (srog), which is masculine; below the navel is the downward-clearing wind (thur sel), which is feminine; the space between them is called the neutral wind, which is the basis of all qualities. To hold it: maintain the posture between the body and the eyes, and rest the mind in a state of non-discrimination. Without loosening the upper and lower parts, push the navel forward. Do not block the flow of wind, let it be in its natural state. If the lower part is uncomfortable, push the ocean upward; if the upper part is uncomfortable, forcefully push towards the womb area below the navel. Second, it is divided into effortless, natural stopping, and three combinations. First: Continuously practice pushing the ocean outward without any effort. Even when speaking and breathing, do so unevenly. Second: Without inhaling the life wind, stop naturally, blocking it like a needle, transferring it below the navel, pressing as much as possible. If it becomes unbearable, release with a groan from both the mouth and nose simultaneously. Third, it is divided into: three combinations with the upper wind as the main focus; three combinations with the lower wind as the main focus; and three combinations with the upper, lower, and middle winds. In those... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
