When the senses are mixed with objects, the mind is focused on the illusory state. Various qualities will gradually arise. After obtaining Dhyana (meditative absorption), five Abhijñās (superknowledges) such as the divine eye and the ability to manifest magical powers will gradually arise, hence the term 'gradually'. To purify the wind of speech, this is a branch of practicing speech Vajra. Second, to purify the wind of speech, this is a branch of practicing speech Vajra, including: Prāṇa exertion, holding the fruit, the function of the two, and the fruit achieved through the function, a total of four parts. First is Prāṇa exertion. The first part includes: preliminary, main practice, post-practice, and supplementary explanation of the intermediate wind. First is the preliminary. The first part includes: Vajra recitation and finding the place of the wind. First, 'Prāṇa exertion' refers to the wind of the life force. 'Exertion' refers to completely stopping, that is, injecting the posterior drawing air into the dhūti nāḍi. Or, 'exertion' refers to expansion, that is, increasing the wind of the central channel. Although the meanings of stopping and increasing are different, they ultimately converge on the same purpose. To perform this yoga, the body posture is the usual Vajra posture, or squatting with legs crossed, bound by a meditation belt, adopting any of the five Dhyana postures. The eyes are in the nectar-swirling gaze, subduing obstacles by turning the eyelids upward and looking at the center of the eyebrows. The key to the wind is: exhale three times of impure air, making it flow evenly, very subtly entering the path of the posterior drawing air through the nostrils, reciting Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:嗡), which is the moon. When inhaling, inhale the downward-moving air together with the mouth shape making a 'dud' sound, while reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is Rāhu. Then, exhale the breath from the path of the posterior drawing air through the nostrils, with such little force that the flow of breath is almost imperceptible, reciting Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), which is the sun. In all three stages of inhalation, retention, and exhalation, maintain a yoga mind that is free from action, maintaining the same taste. In this state, various signs will appear, which is also the reason for the hand mudra of retraction at this time. Therefore, one should not visualize the shape with the sound and color of the letters. The reason for saying that these three stages of inhalation, retention, and exhalation represent the three is because the Tathāgata taught by using the three letters as symbols. Second, like the wind of the sky, when inhaling, holding, and exhaling, one should feel no sensation, maintaining calmness, slowness, and evenness, and holding for a long time. Similarly, the wind of wind should be strong and long; the wind of fire should be strong and short, making a 'puffing' sound; the wind of water should slightly tighten the teeth and exhale through the gaps; the wind of earth should be slightly stronger than the wind of the sky, but should maintain a sense of heaviness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
