Posture: First, implying the previous two steps, press the secret chakra pad with the heel of the left foot, and keep the mind relaxed at the ankle of the right foot. 20-183 Straighten the elbows and spine, open the chest, bend the throat, leave a gap between the teeth and lips, and press the tongue upwards against the palate. Second, the gaze of the eyes: a calm and slightly angry gaze, squinting the eyes slightly and looking straight ahead. Third, push a small amount of air into the abdomen, mix the air and mind there, and keep it balanced. This eliminates the defects of the upper and lower parts, enhances the heat of the abdomen, promotes digestion, separates the essence and dross, and distributes the air and mind to all parts of the body, even reaching the fingers. Body, air, and bindu are interdependent, so focus on the posture of the body. The action of doing: Second, its action is: Just practicing the Great Mother Yoga, and practicing the ultimate Daytime Yoga. First, a collection of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, bound and fixed by the upper and lower channels. The twenty-one thousand six hundred mentioned here refers to the breath that combines inhalation, retention, and exhalation into one. For a person who is youthful, energetic, and has a balanced body, this is the number of breaths that pass through the nostrils during one day and night. The upper and lower channels refer to the fixed positions, namely the six channels of the upper and lower gates. Bound refers to the way of binding, which is what was said before. 20-184 Fixed refers to describing the essence of fixed, namely the number of flows, the length of flows, the strength of flows, the color of flows, and the ability when there is no flow, the last of these five aspects. In reality, starting from the flow of air, practicing yoga, when the mind abides, during the period of abiding, the air that should have been flowing will stagnate there. Initially, when the earth air naturally stops, smoke will appear. When the small change of the earth air stops, the sign of smoke will disappear and begin to dissipate. Then, when a small change of the water air stops partially, a mirage will appear. When the whole stops, it will disappear and begin to dissipate. Then, when a small change of the fire air stops partially, fireflies will appear. When the whole stops, it will disappear and begin to dissipate. Then, when a small change of the wind air stops partially, beauty will appear. When the whole stops, it is completed. When the four small changes stop, the non-conceptual thought becomes stable, and one can begin to learn Daytime Yoga.

In the tantras, it is said: 'In the sky, with a mind attached to everything and unblinking eyes, entering the Vajra path, from emptiness appear smoke, mirages, clear light, stainless space, sun, and lamps.' The Vajra path mentioned in the sutra is Madhyamaka. If one thinks this contradicts what was previously said about merely binding the winds of the four elements in their own positions, it is correct. Because the former is more important. 'Earth merges into water, water merges into fire, and fire purifies into wind.' This is said in the context of determining the key points of time. If the key points of time are not determined, then in which wind stage will one grasp? If it is at the time of simultaneous descent, it does not descend but remains, and its place of remaining is Madhyamaka. Therefore, relative to it, grasping Madhyamaka is also reasonable. Therefore, just as entering the path is said to be for obtaining a partial similarity to liberation, merely obtaining a part of grasping the wind in Madhyamaka is also called entering the Vajra path. Not only that, but scattering also occurs from not paying attention even for a day, and the karma winds also tend to descend into the central channel, so it is said that way. Now, the actions of meditating until the ultimate stage of daytime yoga are explained: 'With the nature of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, bind the winds internally.' Merely the descent of the wind of emptiness stops, and the winds of the five elements also enter the central channel due to the power of life force, so the outward flow temporarily stops. First, the earth wind enters, seeing a mandala of yellow light burning. The water wind enters, seeing a mandala of white light shining. The fire wind enters, seeing the red sun. The wind of wind enters, seeing Rahu, like the belly of a blue wrathful deity. The space wind enters, seeing something like flashes of lightning, which is the supreme part. If this flashing becomes more intense, one sees two nostrils, connecting into a bindu. That is also blue. If one directs awareness to that space, it becomes smaller and smaller. If one directs it to the light, it becomes larger and larger, which is the key to the bindu increasing in Dzogchen and becoming finer and finer in Kalachakra. In that, one sees the single and collective forms of the Nirmanakaya, peaceful and wrathful forms. Then one hears the Sambhogakaya of sound appearances. Finally, in the center that has become the size of a mustard seed, black lines appear, emitting light, as fine as the tip of a hair. If one directs awareness to that depth, one will see various appearances there. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
