If it is difficult to do, then accomplish it through the stages of learning the awareness of the mind. Sit comfortably on a seat, leaning the body slightly forward, with the toes of the left foot pointing upwards. Then, place the toes of the right foot on the heel of the left foot, and gently press the pulse that allows bliss to flow between the two genitals. If this is not done, the root of bliss will be lost, and the instructions will become meaningless. Then, moisten the left hand with oil, and visualize yourself as Kalachakra as before. Visualize the hand as various consorts. Visualize Om (ཨོཾ,Om,唵,Perfection) on the foreheads of yourself and the Wisdom Consort, Ah (ཨཱཿ,Ah,阿,Birth) at the throat, Hum (ཧཱུྃ,Hum,吽,Immovable) at the heart, Hoh (ཧོཿ,Hoh,吼,Frighten) at the navel, Swa (སྭཱ,Swa,梭,Giving) at the secret place, and Ha (ཧཱ་,Ha,哈,Emptiness) at the crown of the head. In the secret place of the Wisdom Consort, from the state of non-objectification, from A (ཨ,A,阿,Unborn) arises an eight-petaled lotus, and from Hum (ཧཱུྃ,Hum,吽,Immovable) arises a vajra marked with a sign. In your own secret place, from Hum (ཧཱུྃ,Hum,吽,Immovable) arises a five-pronged vajra, and from A (ཨ,A,阿,Unborn) arises a lotus, which is known as 'raising the vajra'. The second method is: stirring the vajra with the hand mudra, and entering into samadhi with the pride of Vajradhara, with the meaning of 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,Hum,吽,Immovable) Phat (ཕཊ,Phat,啪,Cutting)'. In the center of the seventy-two thousand nadis of the navel, there is the syllable Hoh (ཧོཿ,Hoh,吼,Frighten), which is the nature of the wisdom vajra. The Tummo wisdom fire flows down from the tip on the right side of the secret place, stimulating the aggregates and elements. When it blazes fiercely, it burns the five Buddhas of the left wheel, the five consorts of the right wheel, the six senses such as the eyes, and the six objects such as forms. Stop the flow of wind, prevent the senses from engaging with objects, and then let the fire move up from the Avadhuti nadi, touching the bindu at the crown of the head. When Ham (ཧཾ,Ham,航,Existence) melts, like the full moon, the fifteen complete parts flow down from the tip of the jewel, which is the initial joy, the beginning of desire. If you cannot bind it there, it will fall outwards, losing joy, which is the final stage. In between these two, or in the middle, push the front wind upwards and the back wind downwards, binding them together, so that the bindu gathers at the tip of the lotus and vajra, like Kundali. In the bindu of bodhicitta, manifest the light of wisdom like inserting the syllable Pra (པྲ,Pra,啪,Overflowing) into it, and with the light of immovable bliss, simultaneously illuminate all three realms and three times, which is the rotation of the mandala of the deity yoga. For beginners, attracting the joy-wisdom being of the crown chakra to the throat is the descent. Holding it is grasping it, using the illusion wheel of wind and mind entering the central channel. Once familiar with this, attract the supreme joy-wisdom being to the heart, and... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abiding. Having become familiar with that, visualize attracting the wisdom being of excellent joy to the center of the navel chakra and abide. Then, visualize attracting the coemergent wisdom being to the tip of the jewel and place it in that location. This is how the joy of increase arises: the initial, intermediate, and final joys. 'Attracting and abiding' is the key point. Here, due to the force of strong urging, the coemergent is placed in the middle. As it says in the Tantra: 'Desire and non-desire, abiding at the edge and the beginning, even a moment pervades, the number of breaths of the Lord increases.' etc. Third, the bindu that falls at the tip of the secret place, just as it came, in the manner of a fruit of the same kind, proceeds to the navel chakra; in the manner of maturation, to the heart; in the manner of the acting person, to the throat; in the manner of being free from defilement, it proceeds to the crown of the head, with such faith. All of the four draw-ins of the secret squatting posture, the four draw-ins of the inner lying posture, and the four draw-ins of the outer standing posture, all of these are to be done by pressing the front wind and bending the back upwards. This is said to make it unmoving, so it is called 'sealing,' meaning binding. For the beginner, when first abiding in another place, one should do earth reversal, etc. To that, one abides in the first and second places, then reverses. Having become familiar with that, then the third, and finally the fourth, and then there is no difference. Fourth, the four spreads of the outer standing posture, the four spreads of the inner lying posture, and the four spreads of the secret squatting posture are done in sequence with the three-fold union vase breathing. Because the wind leads the bindu to all the places of the channels, and joy arises, one abides in a non-conceptual state. That is the meaning of 'kneading,' because it is kneaded in all the places of the body, so it will not move afterwards, and for that reason it is also called 'subsequent cutting off.' Fifth, it is divided into four parts: the wind entering the path, sealing emptiness, thickening the bricks, and explaining the stage of accomplishment. First, at the end of the completion of spreading, one meditates on the three-fold union wind several times. If one does not meditate on that, one will be controlled by earth and become a cause of sleep, and the wisdom of great bliss will not arise. That is the meaning of 'equal taste.' Second, then, abiding in a non-conceptual state, one should make the joy self-generated like a fire. That is the meaning of making it stable. Third, in the end, one must rotate the male organ and navel, open the lower gate and smile, and thicken the bricks by pressing the middle, etc. Otherwise, the body will become black, the muscles will be mixed, and the senses will become unclear. This implies this sequence, that is, thickening the bricks by the path of this sequence. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
