与中脉合一,从顶轮(含义:头顶的中心)向下,直至鼻孔。从秘密处(含义:生殖器)分为两支,直至大小便道。观修其如实之状态。然后,在顶轮处,观想绿色的吽(藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字,代表智慧),无头,以 bindu(藏文:ཐིག་ལེ,梵文天城体:बिंदु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:小圆点)和 nada(藏文:ནཱ་ད,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:声音)装饰,显现清晰。

Unify with the central channel, from the crown chakra (meaning: the center of the head) downwards, until the nostrils. From the secret place (meaning: genitals), divide into two branches, until the urinary and excretory passages. Meditate on its true state. Then, at the crown chakra, visualize a green Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable, representing wisdom), headless, adorned with bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिंदु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, literal meaning: small dot) and nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाद, Sanskrit Romanization: nāda, literal meaning: sound), appearing clearly. At the head, visualize a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: the sound of the universe) appearing clearly. At the throat, visualize a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, literal meaning: open sound) upwards. At the heart, visualize a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable, representing compassion) appearing clearly. At the navel, visualize a yellow Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, literal meaning: joy) upwards. At the secret place, visualize a reddish-yellow Ksha (Tibetan: ཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, literal meaning: emptiness) upwards. Visualize drawing in fire and wind from above, entering two separate channels from the nostrils, reaching the secret place. When inhaling from below, the wind from below pushes, reaching the navel, holding the breath, mixing the three. Again, push upwards to the place of the Great Bliss Mother, entering the interior of the central channel, merging with the Ksha syllable, the Ksha syllable burning like fire. If it cannot be done, bend backwards, exhaling with breath. Through this union, the fire of Candali (Tibetan: ཙཎྜཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: caṇḍālī, literal meaning: Candali) is as fine as the tip of a needle, entering all the channels of the secret place, until the ends of the toes. All the channel images formed by the habits produced by karma are burned, all the channels maintain their shape, but the essence appears as flames, just as visualizing all the coals in a coal pile appearing as flames. Then, the flames spread upwards from the three channels, entering the seed syllable of the navel, causing it to burn. All the channels that spread from this are filled, the channel images are burned, from the left burning the five Buddhas of the nature of the five aggregates, from the right burning the five Tathagatas of the nature of the five elements. Again upwards, in the same way entering the letters between the heart, throat, head, and crown chakra, burning all the channels that spread from each chakra, visualizing body, mind, and wind all merging with the fire, exhaling from the nostrils, visualizing all the worlds burning. Second, learn the practice of great bliss through dripping. In order to gradually generate the bliss of dripping, it is said. When the warmth is stable, maintain water and wind. As the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिंदु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, literal meaning: small dot) increases, filling each chakra in turn, thereby bathing the Candali (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: caṇḍālī, literal meaning: Candali) of the navel, the light of even more burning fills all the channels, visualizing the joy of the two elements merging, each knowing with the essence of luminosity. A yogi accustomed to this method, the heat of the fire melts the bodhicitta of the crown chakra, reaching between the throat, appearing in various forms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the moment of bliss, joy arises. Outwardly, from the first to the fifth day of the white moon is pure. Similarly, the ripening joy and supreme joy that come to the heart, from the sixth to the tenth day, the completely subdued joy and special joy that come to the navel, and up to the fifteenth day are pure. Completely filling up to the end of the tip of the jewel is the moment without characteristics and the innate joy. After the full moon of the fifteenth day is completely full, the sixteenth moment before the first day of the black moon begins is completely pure. It is said that it arises according to the outer order. Third, the teaching of the fruit is: from remembrance, one obtains the eye of wisdom, turns the wheel of light on the body, the wind ignites the fire, burns the earth, melts the water, and thus enters into the meaning of emptiness. It means that the bodhicitta residing at the tip of the jewel, as clear as kunda (藏文,梵文天城体,कुन्द,梵文罗马拟音,kunda, meaning: jasmine) and the moon, in the immaculate bindu, with the eye of wisdom of each self-awareness, because there is no dust, one sees the emptiness of all aspects, the wheel of the mandala without distinction, the endless clouds of Buddhas. This is called the central channel wind igniting the fire of emptiness. It burns the body, speech, and mind, which are dominated by the gross earth element, and makes them the bliss of semen, which is the nature of water. The bliss of semen itself appears as emptiness without distinction, and that is also the space of dhūtī (藏文,梵文天城体,धूती,梵文罗马拟音,dhūtī,meaning: shaking), all of which is empty and luminous, or the supreme unchanging bliss without characteristics, or the innate mind that is born together, or the great compassion without object dissolves into it. Then the union body arises, and its qualities are the eight powers such as subtlety. Gradually, one also achieves the state of non-learning, neither male nor female, Its qualities also include the eight powers such as the power of body and speech. After arising in union, one abides in samadhi. The medium faculty relies on one's own body: Second, the medium faculty relies on one's own body, divided into the main practice and the auxiliary, which are the two instructions of the wisdom mother's own body. First, there are five: the clear establishment of the generation stage, inviting and dwelling the wisdom hero, then the increase, then the subsequent cutting, and then making it the path. The first is: from the bliss of vajra erection and elevation, the initial, middle, and final bliss arise. Invite, dwell, bind, delight, taste the same, and stabilize. Through this order, one will surely achieve. If from the power of life force, fierce fire burns and bodhicitta arises. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
