In the tent of five colors, Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa) (Vajrasattva, vajrasattva, Diamond Hero) is in union with his consort. In the center is a bindu (thig le). In such a state, visualize Vairochana (Namnang). Similarly, visualize Amitabha (Öpakmé) (Infinite Light, amitābha) in the heart, Ratnasambhava (Rinchen Jungne) (Jewel Born, ratnasambhava) in the throat, Amoghasiddhi (Dönyö Drubpa) (Unfailing Success, amoghasiddhi) on the crown of the head, and Akshobhya (Michöpa) (Immovable, akshobhya) on the topknot, as if drawing Tummo (Gtummo) with a brush on the wheel of all wisdom, trembling, flickering, and burning, from which the gathering and dispersing of light is performed. At that time, the essence and dregs of the bindu separate, the dregs become thick, and the essence pervades the whole body, thereby increasing bliss and warmth. Through this power, the essence of food reduces the dregs until they completely disappear, leaving only the essence to nourish the body. This power makes the skandhas (phung) and so on clear, thereby transforming into a rainbow body (jalü). A rainbow body that comes out of the body like a worm is not a true rainbow body. The third method is to raise the essence upwards by making the sounds of Haha Hihi Hum Hum Phet, and to keep the essence in its own place. The so-called 'immortal body' refers to the absence of aging, disease, and death. To achieve this, if the white element (dkar cha) is kept without leakage, one can always remain in the fullness of sixteen years old. The channels are clear, the elements increase, and the winds flow in the correct way, so the body will not exceed the youth of sixteen years. This is achieved by the short Hum (Hum thung) and long Hum (Hum ring) enlightening the crown of the head, and by the three guides in the middle and so on. This can achieve the reversal of the lotus and the reversal of the topknot and the river. If the essence of wind and mind pervades the whole body, no dregs and impurities will arise, thereby balancing the four elements (jungwa). Therefore, through the three expansions of short Hi (Hi thung) and long Hi (Hi ring), one can achieve freedom from disease. This can obtain eight qualities. First, separate the essence and dregs, making the dregs thick, and then consume the dregs, leaving only the essence, thereby making the lifespan equal to the sun and moon. This depends on suppressing the karma wind (lé lung) under the sun. To achieve this, one needs to devour the four continents (ling shyi) with short Ha (Ha thung) and long Ha (Ha ring). This can also achieve suppressing the sun above. The fourth method is to vibrate the mandala (kyilkhor) violently by the sounds of the letters Yam, Ram, Bam, and Lam, thereby making sounds and fixing it. From the space element (namkhé kham) of the topknot to the neck, heart, navel, using the wisdom nature of Vajravarahi (Dorjé Tsünmo) in the wind, fire, water, and secret lotus (sangwé pema), the womb mandala is violently vibrated, causing the bodhicitta (jangchub kyi sem)—the suchness (denyi) of the three letters or sounds—to descend below, uniting with emptiness (tongpa nyi), and making sounds. There, they appear in various forms.

Manifesting the emptiness of all phenomena, it is again filled with supreme and immutable bliss. Bind the three roots tightly below with intense effort.’ Here, effort refers to the three mudras, which can be applied anywhere. Through the empowerment of the secret vase, from the secret lotus to the navel, heart, throat, crown, and topknot, appearing as it does, by stopping the twelve branches, one attains the twelve bhumis. ‘Through opening and closing, the bricks move downwards.’ For beginners, opening the upper door and closing the lower door, opening the lower door and closing the upper door, one should strive to control the wind and chakras in this way. ‘Immutable Bodhicitta,’ This is the oral instruction for combining the practice and attainment of meaning, the three vajras, on the same seat, because its key points are very important, it will be explained separately in detail. The fifth part is about the yoga of liberation from death, including observing the signs of death and redeeming death, practicing longevity, and if one cannot redeem death, then explaining the transference of consciousness at the time of death, which is the method of transferring the wind and mind at will. First, there are two types: the signs of death and the yoga of preventing death. The first is the signs of death: the decline of the channels, paralysis, and dryness lead to death, which are the signs of death of the body. The breath flowing only from the right channel is the sign of death of the sun, the breath flowing only from the left channel is the sign of death of the moon, and equal flow is the sign of death of Rahu, these are the signs of death of speech. White bindu dripping downwards and red bindu dripping upwards are called the signs of death of mind. For the body, if it is dried to about two-thirds, it can still be restored. If the breath is exhausted within twenty-seven days, it can still be restored. If the bindu is exhausted, it can still be restored, but if it cannot be prevented, death cannot be redeemed. The second is the yoga of preventing death, including binding the death of the body through behavioral restraints, binding the death of speech through the effort of life energy, and binding the death of mind through the focus of intention. First, it is shown through ‘the form of the wrathful deity,’ the body is like a mother Buddha, the posture is as usual, the hands form the vajra fists, tightly pressing the pulse under the armpits, and the facial expression is extremely wrathful. The second is ‘collecting the breath of the nine doors within,’ meaning grasping the vase breath that combines the three breaths and preventing the flow of breath from the nine doors. The third is ‘abiding in oneself,’ through the wind vajra recitation mentioned earlier, at the end of practicing emptiness form, through the combined wind, instantly transforming oneself into Amitayus, red and shining like a ruby, on top of samadhi. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
