Then, by squeezing to the right, to the left, and to the middle, finally tilting slightly upwards, and at the same time from the two nostrils, first lightly and then strongly, with a hissing sound, expel all the remaining residue. When the exhalation is finished, hold the breath as long as possible, and then inhale again as before. Just like hooking with an iron hook, gently inhale and pull. Just like filling a bottle with two-thirds of water, fill the inside of the navel with two-thirds of air. Squeeze like tying a knot, and tighten below the navel. Shoot like an arrow without obstruction, this has four combinations. Combine the two parts of the upper air and one part of the lower air, hold it, and press down without tilting to the left, right, front, or back. When in this state of four combinations, visualize: at the time of inhalation, all the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as the root and lineage gurus, the mandala of Chakrasamvara (Tibetan: འཁོར་ལོ་སྡོམ་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: Wheel Binding), and other deities, all the blessings of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the heroes and dakinis (Tibetan: དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: Hero Sky Goer), in the form of five-colored rays of light, from sixteen finger-widths from the nostrils, the blue wind of the sky fifteen, to the green wind of the wind, fourteen to the red fire wind, thirteen to the white water wind, twelve to the yellow earth wind, all enter from the nostrils. From the two channels, like an enema, enter Talala, filling the confluence of the three channels. At the time of squeezing, the winds of the left and right channels enter the central channel, becoming a single stream of wisdom wind. At the time of exhalation, visualize all the winds completely dissolving into the central channel. Therefore, beginners practice seven breaths each time, resting for a moment in between. Gradually, as they become accustomed, increase to twenty-five, fifty, one hundred, and so on. In any case, finally place the fists on the knees, massage the abdomen clockwise three times, counterclockwise three times, pat the abdomen three times, then untie the vajra knot, place the palms down, and shake the body with a 'ha' breath, so that the body trembles evenly. Like this, the benefits of becoming accustomed to this gentle four-combination wind are: the essence as stated in the Hevajra Tantra and the Extremely Marvelous Tantra: With an angry posture, exhaling with both eyes looking up at the forehead can cause fruits etc. to fall from trees. Looking to the left with both eyes and filling with air can control kings etc. Looking to the right side of the forehead with both eyes and inhaling can attract wild animals etc. Looking straight ahead with both eyes and squeezing can make armies etc. stiff. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Falling by melting Bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་སེམས་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:) due to the spontaneous blazing of inner heat (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:), Taking pleasure into one's control, drawing Thigle (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ་, meaning: Bindu) to the secret place, preventing Thigle from moving, thereby freeing oneself from the obscurations of the four states, is considered a downfall. Transforming the three: channels, winds, and Thigle into an indestructible, clear state, taking them into one's control. Causing Bodhicitta to ascend upwards, thereby attracting the assembly of uncontaminated qualities. The collection of channels in the Dharmata (Tibetan: ཆོས་ཉིད་, meaning: the nature of reality) central channel is another matter: from the position of the assembly wheel outwards, from the position of aspiration and practice inwards, from the noble ones, others are said to be accomplished. That's all. Here are the key points of the Tummo (Tibetan: དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གཏུམ་མོ་, meaning: the Tummo of Suchness) Spring Thigle (Tibetan: དཔྱིད་ཐིག་, meaning: Essence). The fourth key is the key to the Tummo Spring Thigle of Suchness: 'Ah Hum Burn Drip.' This is divided into two parts. First is the yoga of the burning night: Visualize yourself as Chakrasamvara (Sanskrit: Cakrasamvara) in union (Tibetan: ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཡབ་ཡུམ་, meaning: Co-emergent Father-Mother), or Vajrayogini (Sanskrit: Vajrayogini), with the three channels and four wheels, clearly as before. Four fingers below the navel, where the two side channels converge into the central channel, at the junction visualize the Vajra Sun (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཉི་མ་, meaning: Diamond Sun), appearing as a great light, shaped like the letter 'Ah', like Shadpaluta (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་པ་ལུ་ཏ་, meaning: a type of flame), three curves pointing upwards, thin and thick, like the tip of a needle, half a finger in length. Like a feather moved by the wind, fluttering and swaying, making the sound 'Phem Phem'. Because the Dharmata of the sun is completely pure, the color is red. Because it is made of the heat of wind and fire, the touch is hot. For the sake of the wisdom nectar of Bodhicitta, the experience is blissful. Because the Dharmadhatu is the nature of Prajnaparamita, the nature is emptiness. Clearly visualize it with these four characteristics. Or, from another perspective: the essence is Vajrayogini, the nature is a red Thigle, the form is a flame burning with three curves, the touch is hot, able to warm the chakras and the body. The function is to generate warmth, not to generate hot stinging, but to generate bliss. The roughness of the 'Ah' is earth, the moisture is water, the heat is fire, the movement is wind, the emptiness is space, it is the collection of the five elements (Tibetan: ཁམས་ལྔ་, meaning: five elements). The purification of the earth element is Locanā (Tibetan: སྤྱན་མ་, Sanskrit: Locanā), the purification of the water element is Māmakī (Tibetan: མ་མཱ་ཀི, Sanskrit: Māmakī), the purification of the fire element is Pāṇḍaravāsinī (Tibetan: གོས་དཀར་མོ, Sanskrit: Pāṇḍaravāsinī), the purification of the wind element is Tārā (Tibetan: སྒྲོལ་མ, Sanskrit: Tārā), the purification of the space element is Dhātvīśvarī (Tibetan: དབྱིངས་ཕྱུག་མ་, Sanskrit: Dhātvīśvarī), it is the collection of the five mothers. The complete purification of the wisdom element is the nature of Vajravarahi (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོ, Sanskrit: Vajravarahi), it is important to remember and ascertain this equal purification. Then, visualize the winds of the five elements, each with its own color, gently inhaling from the two nostrils, entering through the two side channels, touching the 'Ah' letter, like wind blowing on a coal fire, imagine it turning bright red, and when pressing down, focus your mind on this. Exhale outwards. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
