When the red sparks fly out and spread outwards, the whole world burns and becomes chaotic, imagine your own body, inside and out, turning into the essence of fire. First, focus on the fire of Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: guṇḍalī, Chinese literal meaning: fierce fire) filling only the navel chakra and below. After meditating in this way, when heat is generated below the navel, gradually focus on igniting the fire of Tummo in the heart chakra and so on. It is said that meditating in this way can quickly generate heat, and the generated heat is stable. Finally, when inhaling, make the Vajra fists with both hands and cross them at the heart. When exhaling, place the fists on the knees, and simultaneously undo the Vajra posture and make slight taps. Then, while holding the breath, twist left and right. At this time, visualize the chakras where Tummo is burning, the flames burning evenly, rejuvenating the withered and dry veins, and dissolving all the knots in the veins. Finally, when exhaling, shake the whole body violently with the sound of 'Ha! Ha!' Then, when inhaling, gather all the flames of Tummo into the A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none). When exhaling, gather all the flames of the lower body into the A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none). Focus on visualizing the A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none) burning like a butter lamp, its bright light illuminating all the chakras and the inside of the body. The second is the yoga of union of bliss and emptiness: visualize the previously clear three channels, four chakras, and the A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none), at the upper end of the central channel in the crown chakra is the Vajra Moon, in the immaculate light appears the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) with its head pointing down, seemingly about to drip nectar. Because it is the nature of the moon, it is white. Because it is the nature of skillful means, connected with wisdom, it shines like a pearl. Because it possesses the essence of Bodhicitta nectar, it is oily. In order to easily guide it to any chakra location, it is completely round, possessing these four characteristics. Or, the essence is the glorious Heruka, the Chakrasamvara, the nature is the white bindu, the form is the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), the touch is cool, able to cool the chakra locations and the entire body, the function is to generate great bliss. The smoothness of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is water, the light is fire, the movement is wind, the emptiness is the nature of space, possessing the five elements. The purification of the earth element is Vairocana, the purification of the water element is Ratnasambhava, the purification of the fire element is Amitābha, the purification of the wind element is Amoghasiddhi, the purification of the space element is Akshobhya, it is the collection of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. The nature of wisdom is complete. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
