One should remember purity and generate certainty, regarding oneself as inseparable from pure Vajradhara (持金刚). Then, gently inhale the winds of the five elements through the two nostrils, passing through the two channels of the right and left, entering the central channel, touching the A syllable (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无). Visualize a red flame igniting at the location of the A syllable, as thin as a horse's tail, blazing with red radiance, rising upwards through the central channel, touching the Hum syllable (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), suppressing it, and focusing solely on this. When exhaling, visualize countless white rays of light radiating from the Hum syllable, filling the entire body, emanating outwards from the pores of the head, eyebrows, and so on. From the tips of the rays of light, countless offering goddesses emanate, offering supreme outer, inner, and secret offerings to all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, Heroes, and Dakinis of the ten directions, causing them to be pleased. When inhaling, visualize the blessings of their three secrets of body, speech, and mind, all condensed into white light, whose nature is nectar, entering through the nostrils together with the winds of the five elements, passing through the paths of the right and left channels, dissolving into the Hum syllable, thereby greatly increasing one's own ability, coolness, bliss, power, and radiance, and focusing on this. Again, when exhaling, the light radiates as before, touching the outer world, purifying all impurities, and transforming it into a pure land. When inhaling, visualize the essence of the five elements, especially the essence of the moon and the nectar of the gods, all condensed as before, dissolving into the Hum syllable, thereby further enhancing one's own ability, coolness, bliss, power, and radiance even more than before, and focusing on this. Again, when exhaling, the light radiates as before, touching all sentient beings, purifying their sins and habitual tendencies, and transforming them into the nature of the deities of the three wheels (referring to the three aspects of giver, receiver, and the act of giving, all being pure). When inhaling, visualize all the merits of all sentient beings, such as lifespan, merit, wealth, and radiance, all condensed and dissolving into the Hum syllable, thereby further enhancing one's own ability, coolness, and so on even more than before, and focusing on this. When exhaling, visualize the light, coolness, and blissful power of the Hum syllable pervading all the channels, chakras, and gathering places. Then, with the fourfold union of winds, ignite the heat of the Tummo (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:猛厉母) fire from the A syllable, possessing the power of heat and bliss, gradually increasing, propelled by the heat, visualize that the Hum syllable is not actually melting, but like a crystal touching moonlight and dripping water droplets, from the Hum syllable descends a stream of white Bodhicitta nectar, possessing the nature of coolness and bliss, white and dripping, mixing with the fire of the A syllable, thereby increasing the union of bliss and warmth, completely filling the Dharma origin of the navel chakra, just as the roots of a tree are nourished by butter, the Tummo fire blazes even more intensely, rising upwards through the central channel, touching the Hum -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ་ལ་ཕོག ། 19-322

Visualize that a large stream of white Bodhicitta flows from the syllable 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), filling the crown chakra completely, giving rise to joy. Again, visualize the Bodhicitta flowing down from the central channel, white and elongated, filling the throat chakra all the way to the tips of the fingers, giving rise to supreme joy. Similarly, visualize it flowing down and filling the heart chakra, giving rise to special joy. Visualize it filling the navel chakra all the way to the soles of the feet, giving rise to innate joy. For beginners, at the time of aspiring to generate the four joys, and gradually becoming accustomed to them, when the four joys arise somewhat genuinely, in all these instances, contemplate the nature of joy, and cultivate the experience of inseparable bliss and emptiness, realizing its emptiness. For each chakra, do as much wind intake and release as possible, such as three, five, seven, or ten times. Finally, when inhaling, cross both hands into fists at the heart. While pressing down, place the fists on the knees and undo the vajra posture. Do small vibrations. While holding the breath, rotate the abdomen to the left and right, and twist to the right and left. At this time, the focus is: visualize that all the three channels, four chakras, and all the subtle channels within the body are evenly filled with white Bodhicitta, so that the withered and damaged channels are nourished, and all the knots in the channels are loosened. Finally, while exhaling, say 'Ha Ha' and shake the body vigorously. After that, while inhaling, gather all the fire in the central channel into the syllable 'A' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). While exhaling, constrict the body, straighten the body upwards, press the tongue against the palate, look upwards with the eyes, etc. With the sixfold union, draw all the white essence from the tips of the toes upwards through the central channel and dissolve it into the 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown, which is 'drawing'. Again, while inhaling, visualize that Bodhicitta rains down from the 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), evenly filling the entire body, including the three channels, four chakras, and all the subtle channels, spreading like water poured on sand. When pressing down, twist to the right and left as before, and do the bellows intensely, then say 'Ha' and shake the body, which is 'scattering'. Then, gather the four chakras and the right and left channels into the central channel. Visualize the central channel filled with red and white Bodhicitta, and remain in the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness. Regarding the two methods of generating heat, the first is generating warmth: keep the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana or the six fire-lighting postures, and visualize oneself as the union of Chakrasamvara (དཔལ་འཁོར་ལོ་སྡོམ་པ་) or Vajrayogini (རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་) as previously described. Below, in front, behind, to the right, and to the left of oneself... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
