Visualize yourself: In the center of the sun, there are five extremely hot and radiant sun wheels, appearing in the shape of a five-story building. Inside the body, there are three channels and four wheels, along with the Ashad Below the Ashad, there is a red Ram (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:ram,汉语字面意思:让) syllable, as red as iron heated by a blacksmith, emitting crackling sounds. On the lotus above the crown of the head, visualize the root guru, in the form of glorious Heruka, with a red complexion and a wrathful smiling expression. The right hand holds a copper curved knife blazing with fire, and the left hand holds a Kapala bowl filled with red nectar, boiling and burning like melted butter, held above and below the heart. The hair is upright, adorned with a headdress consisting of a skull and a jewel tip, decorated with six bone ornaments and a tiger skin skirt, etc., the ornaments of Heruka, with both feet in a half-lotus posture, seated in the midst of blazing flames. Visualize yourself as having the brilliance of a thousand suns, the embodiment of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, and from the light of your own heart, generate a host of offering goddesses emanated from activities, offering outwardly all appearances, sentient beings, the environment, and enjoyments, as well as countless flames and suns; offering inwardly the five desire goddesses, with the nature of warmth; offering secretly the bliss of union brought by the white-clad fire goddess. Offer in a state of transcendent mind, without any object of offering, offering agent, or offerer. Pray to the all-pervading glorious and venerable guru, and pray that the extraordinary wisdom of Tummo (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:拙火) bliss and warmth may arise in my being, please grant your blessings. Thus pray. Then, the five key points of the fierce wind: The key point of exhaling to prevent the arising of reverse wind; the key point of inhaling to draw the wind into its own place; the key point of filling to control the wind; the key point of pressing to fix the wind in the wheel's eye; the key point of radiating to mix the inner and outer winds. Among these five key points, the first is: exhaling, which is the last of the nine section winds released fiercely. The latter four are the four ways of combining gentle wind, performed with intense effort. Like this, combined with the fierce wind, inhale fiercely through both nostrils, as if whipping with intestines, making the sound 'ldiri ri' from the two channels on the left and right. Fiercely draw up the lower wind, causing it to rise upwards from the central channel, and fill these two in union at the junction of the three channels. The upper and lower winds strike the Ram (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:ram,汉语字面意思:让) syllable, and from the Ram (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:ram,汉语字面意思:让) syllable, flames ignite, striking the Ashad (藏文:ཨ་ཤད་,梵文天城体:अशड्,梵文罗马拟音:ashad,汉语字面意思:阿夏), and visualize the fire of Tummo (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:拙火) burning even more fiercely from the Ashad (藏文:ཨ་ཤད་,梵文天城体:अशड्,梵文罗马拟音:ashad,汉语字面意思:阿夏). Slightly perform the pressing combination, then gradually increase the inhalation, fiercely tightening the three channels on the left, right, and center. Visualize the fire of Tummo (藏文:གཏུམ་མོ,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:拙火) flashing upwards from the central channel, emerging from the upper end of the central channel, touching the body of the guru. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize the extremely vast and warm wisdom of the root guru. As you exhale, visualize light radiating from the heart of the guru at the crown of your head, invoking the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the Three Roots. Visualize the essence of the outer world and the life force, merit, radiance, and glory of sentient beings of the inner world, all condensed into the form of nectar and flame, dissolving into the nectar in the kapala held by the guru. As you inhale, visualize the nectar in the kapala as extremely hot and boiling, with the nature of wisdom fire, pouring into your own crown chakra, entering through the Brahma aperture, passing through the central channel, touching the A-syllable flame. Like pouring butter into a flame, with a whooshing sound, the unbearable heat and bliss of the tummo fire blaze intensely, filling the three channels, four chakras, and countless subtle channels, generating inconceivable and unbearable sensations of warmth and bliss. Simultaneously, perform forceful kumbhaka. During the retention and shaking, visualize the fire not contained within the body, but radiating outward from the pores of the hair, touching the five suns. The fire blazes even more intensely from the five suns, reflecting back and touching your own body, covering your body with flames. As you exhale outward, visualize the entire world filled with unbearable heat and flames, all outer and inner phenomena burning and churning with the nature of fire. Practice approximately twenty-one vase breaths with five key points in one session, and finally perform three Ha-syllable shakes, in the left, right, and center. Finally, visualize the guru dissolving into light, transforming into the form of nectar and flame, dissolving from the crown of the head, pervading all channels and the entire body. By practicing in this way without deviating from the key points, it is said that warmth will arise within three days, and the ability to wear only cotton cloth will be achieved within seven days. Secondly, the means of generating bliss: the physical posture is the seven-point posture, the visualization point is the empty bliss wheel, visualizing Chakrasamvara in union with his consort, or visualizing Vajrayogini. Clearly visualize the three channels and five chakras, as well as the A-syllable and Ham-syllable, in their respective places within the body, with mindfulness of purity. As before, visualize that as you exhale, light radiates from the Ham-syllable at the crown of the head, invoking all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, peaceful and wrathful deities, heroes, and dakinis, as well as the lineage gurus and root guru. Visualize them descending in the form of the Chakrasamvara sixty-two deity mandala, residing in the space in front of you. From the cloud of light in your own heart, emanate the sixteen Vajra goddesses and other outer, inner, and secret offerings, and offer them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
