When the unbearable fire blazes intensely, visualize it filling the entire chakra, body, and even the heart. Hold your breath, and finally dissolve it into the Lama A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: None), and rest in equanimity. In this way, all obstacles of heat and cold in the upper and lower parts will surely be pacified, without a doubt. Transform the downward leakage into uncontaminated great bliss, thereby extracting the essence of the lower gate. Second, transforming the downward leakage into uncontaminated great bliss, thereby extracting the essence of the lower gate. As in 'Through mastery and stability, wisdom is equally entered,' etc., up to 'non-conceptual,' this is explained. Through Vajra recitation, master the five winds. For vase breathing yogis, one must strive for a long time and single-mindedly practice the yoga of burning and dripping of Tummo. In this way, one can gradually master its cause, length, strength, color, and ability. The true signs of the five winds being mastered in their respective positions will appear in experience and dreams: mastering the earth wind, smoke will appear; mastering the water wind, a mirage will appear; mastering the fire wind, fireflies will appear; mastering the wind wind, a haze will appear; mastering the space (Tibetan: ནམ་མཁའ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः, Sanskrit Romanization: nama, Chinese literal meaning: space) wind, a cloudless sky will appear. The lower end of the central channel opens, and the downward-expelling wind enters the central channel; the upper end opens, and the life wind enters the central channel. The upper and lower winds merge into one in the central channel below the navel. Therefore, the Tummo within the central channel burns naturally without effort or fabrication, never ceasing, and the waves of Tummo are stable, with the warmth of the nature of bliss pervading the entire body. Therefore, from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) within the central channel, the mind of Bodhichitta flows continuously, so that in both meditation and post-meditation, great bliss and the non-conceptual nature appear unceasingly. At this time, the wind and mind merge into the central channel, and the bindu reaches the secret place. For stability, perform vase breathing at the navel, heart, throat, crown, and secret place. Therefore, the bindu is able to fill the secret place, navel, heart, throat, and crown, thereby stabilizing the four joys below. At this time, the wind, mind, and bindu merge into one, and all the knots of the five channels are untied, so that all the channels are transformed into Dhuti, and all the winds are transformed into wisdom winds. The special signs are: The earth wind is stable at the navel, so the sitting posture is stable, and one can see the earth as gold, moonlight, and a vast plain; the water wind is stable at the heart, the body appears as silver, and one can see water, sunlight, and red light; the fire wind is stable at the throat, the warmth increases, and one does not need to wear clothes, and one can see a great fire and lightning; the wind wind is stable at the crown, so one is strong and walks quickly.

Seeing Wind and Rainbow: In the secret place, the wind of the sky is stable, the body is comfortable and full of radiance. Seeing the clear and bright bindu where the sun and moon merge, the wind-mind merges into the central channel, all pores emit five-colored rays, and the body is surrounded by a five-colored rainbow, obtaining the merit of earth, which is the power of the son of non-greed. The merit of water is that it does not burn even when burned by fire. Fire can externally absorb and release things, and it does not sink in water. Wind makes the body as light as cotton, and it is able to walk quickly. It is able to fly in the sky without being hindered by mountains and rocks. The wind of the moon makes the channels clear, does not produce shadows, and is able to reverse the flow of rivers. The wind of the sun clears away impurities, the body is not seen by others, and it is able to suppress the sun. The merit of accomplishing everything, the merit of the body is the transfer of the wind of the nine apertures, the door of speech opens, and the functions of the four different elements of the body cease. The door of mind, through the key points of the brow and heart, the two doors open, thereby knowing all the dharmas that were previously unknown, and obtaining the dharani of not forgetting the meaning of words and sentences. Accomplishing the form of space-goers with the eight siddhis of power such as subtlety. Transferring the continuum of samsara and nirvana to the point of interruption, thereby showing the bonds of the channels and winds: Third, transferring the continuum of samsara and nirvana to the point of interruption, thereby showing the bonds of the channels and winds. As stated in the Self-Arisen Tantra: 'Afflictions are self-pacified, bliss-clarity is continuous. Seeing its own nature, liberation in the Dharmakaya.' The left channel is the wind of the five aggregates, which is the Tathagata; the right channel is the wind of the five elements, which is the nature of the Tathagata Mother, merging into the central channel. Therefore, the five poisons of afflictions need not be abandoned, they are naturally purified. The karmic channel merges into the wisdom channel, luminosity becomes an eternal continuum. The karmic wind merges into the wisdom wind, non-discrimination becomes an eternal continuum. The karmic bindu merges into the wisdom bindu, bliss becomes an eternal continuum. Therefore, the channel is clarity-emptiness, the wind is awareness-emptiness, the bindu is bliss-emptiness, combined with the co-emergent wisdom of self-nature. In the Dharmata, the innate Candali (藏文:གཉུག་མའི་ཙཎྜཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:gnyug ma'i tsaN+DAli,汉语字面意思:本有的拙火) manifests, thereby being able to directly see its own nature. Thus, when practicing Tummo, do not be attached to the vows of warmth-bliss, strive diligently. Do not be concerned about cold, even if you feel cold, do not shrink back, practice the meditation of increase. Do not wear thick skins or many layers of clothing, nor wear clothes with sleeves. Do not drink cold drinks, stay away from fire and the sun. Do not be attached to the vows of bliss, practice the meditation of non-emission. Do not indulge in the experience of bliss. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
