Entering the city is called entering the city. It's like a snake shedding its skin, so it is said. Although there are practices and meditation methods for this in the old instruction manuals, there is no one who can experience it nowadays. Because this usually belongs to great accomplishments, it is said that it is difficult to achieve nowadays due to the times, so it is not discussed here. If you want to know, please refer to the old instruction manuals. The secret words of the Dakini related to the second root—the empowerment of wisdom and jnana, and the instructions for the great bliss of the lower gate, are not discussed here because there is no tradition of instructing in the usual way. If you want to know, please refer to the instruction manual on the great bliss of the secret words of the Dakini written by the Omniscient One (Kunchen, one who has knowledge of all things). The Great Seal Wisdom Illuminator related to the third root—the word empowerment: The Great Seal Wisdom Illuminator, meaning that wisdom refers to the basic primordial state, the essence of the mind is the clear basic wisdom. Recognizing it as itself is the wisdom of the path. Manifesting it is the wisdom of the fruit. Illuminator refers to cultivating the base, path, and fruit in such a way that those who do not understand come to understand, or those who are not clear become clear, hence it is called illuminator. Identifying the Key Points of Meditating on the Emanation Body: There are three ways to realize the Great Seal. Identifying the key points of meditating on the emanation body. Showing the actions of the Enjoyment Body of the meditator. Explaining the meaning of the Dharma Body Great Seal of the object of meditation. First, the three doors are immovable, and the five doors are wide open. It means that through the path of the vase empowerment, the bindus of the body are purified. Through the path of the secret empowerment, the bindus of speech are purified. Through the path of the third empowerment, the bindus of the mind are purified, so the three doors become immovable, and the five doors are wide open, that is, there is no activity of the five sense consciousnesses. The five sense consciousnesses are the bindu of the fourth joy, and at that time, the one who arises from the clear light into the illusory body, that is what is to be purified. That is to say, by purifying the body's channels, the speech's air, and the mind's bindus, the mind becomes empty or non-conceptual. From this, the constant illusory body arises from the clear light. Because purifying it is also discussed here, this path is to make those who have not realized the Great Seal realize it, to become accustomed to it after realization, and to truly go to the result after becoming accustomed to it. If the three doors have not become immovable, then one will possess the seven manifestations of Vairochana Buddha, and therefore suffer. That is to say, the actions of the body, let alone anything else, even a slight movement should not be done, this is the emptiness of the body. The breath of speech must eliminate the nine coarse breaths. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cutting off the air of the upper and lower realms, ceasing speech and remaining silent is verbal solitude. In the mind, abandoning the elaborations of the three times (past, present, and future), the thought of meditating on Mahamudra (Great Seal), and all meditations with characteristics, such as the idea of something to be meditated upon and the idea of Mahamudra, relaxing the mind like a young child and remaining loose and at ease is mental solitude. By remaining without meditating in this way, the mind becomes unwavering, detached from the activities of the five sense consciousnesses, and one becomes utterly bewildered. Next, the activities of the Sambhogakaya (Enjoyment Body) of the meditator will be explained. The second part is the explanation of the activities of the Sambhogakaya of the meditator. The text says: 'Look at the nature of the mind, which is unseen by looking.' As mentioned above, if you cannot remain in that state, search for the mind. What is this mind like? First, by what is it produced? How does it arise? Where does it abide in the middle? Where does it cease in the end? By what cause is it made? If you investigate in this way, you will find that it has never been produced in the beginning, and it has never ceased in the end. Since there is no object to be seen, the seer vanishes like a flower in the sky. After the seer and the seen have ceased, this thing called 'mind' is merely a label; it cannot be found to have any inherent existence. Realizing that there is nothing to focus on, leave it naturally as it is. Do not seek elsewhere; realize its essence. The text says: 'Because there is no object, leave it naturally as it is. Do not seek elsewhere; realize its essence.' If you examine the mind, is it like the child of a barren woman, or what is it like? You will find that its essence is emptiness, its nature is clarity, and its characteristic is bliss. It is neither established as a thing nor established as non-thing; therefore, it is realized as something without an object. When you realize this, leave it naturally as it is, and do not fall under the power of dullness or agitation. Do not move from that state; remain unscattered. If you move, that is scattering; return to the state of unscatteredness. Unscatteredness is mindfulness. When you know that the mind has moved, that is awareness. Therefore, mindfulness and awareness are one. Next, there are three ways to mix: mixing with appearance, mixing with grasping, and mixing the expanse with awareness. First, place mindfulness and awareness on any self-arisen appearance, so that appearance is seen as emptiness, and emptiness is seen as mind. The mind does not remain inside the appearance, and the appearance does not remain outside the mind. Appearance and mind are mixed together, and it goes flat like the sky. This can take all appearances onto the path. As it is said: 'The one stallion is the stallion of all.' Second, mixing with grasping. When strong anger arises, look nakedly at the nature of that anger, and the nature of the anger will become empty. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
