Thus, the self-sounding sound of Nāda (sound), in all its forms, in short, all that is stable and moving, appears as the endless wheel of Kālacakra (Wheel of Time) until the very end. The Hevajra Tantra says: 'The glorious Tathāgata (Thus-Gone One) has passed away, and thus passes away again.' The path of Nāropa also says: 'In the navel dwells the heart of the water tree, and in the heart also dwells that which is erected. This is the ever-empty door, which the wise should always reverse. Through the difference of meditation and recitation, if one enters through the path of speech, accomplishment will surely occur, there is no doubt about this.' Thus it is meditated upon, and the method of recitation is also the same, not to be done in the manner of uttering letters and sounds, but to establish the recitation as the inseparable union of wind and mantra, free from all obstruction and artificiality. It is said: 'The recitation that understands the meaning is the beauty of no-self-nature. Established by the Buddhas of the three times, that is called the Vajra recitation.' Therefore, the three emptinesses are indicated by the symbols of the three letters. Here, the term 'deity' does not only refer to forms with faces and hands, but to all that arises unhindered like a reflection of the moon in water, the self-manifestation of wisdom. As Lāva pāda said: 'In the stream of pure thought, whatever wisdom arises well, is like the moon in water, it is present but not truly existent.' As stated in the Uttara Tantra: 'By restraining the breath and effort, in the pure and stainless maṇḍala (circle), the image of the Buddha truly appears. The secret place, the navel, the heart, the throat, the head, and the vajra (diamond) each occupy their respective positions. The semen ascends, and the blood descends, and from the indestructible Brahma aperture, who reveals the three vajras (diamonds) of body, speech, and mind, and that which is stainless? It is the Buddha himself.' Second, to make the bindu (drop) the abiding place of the deity, is the yoga of the great bliss wind. This is unrelated to the activity of eating, and in the time before, during, and after, a space of about two fingers appears between the skull and the cranium. After eating, these spaces will close, so it must be done at this time. Except for maintaining the vajra (diamond) posture, the body posture and purification of the breath, etc., are done as before. Directly below the center of the crown chakra (wheel), between the skull and the cranium, visualize a white bindu (drop), shaped like an egg, with the tip pointing upwards, about two fingers wide, and open a hole below it.

Thinking of following the peak of Dhuti (wisdom), contemplate the upper and lower winds gathering at the navel, entering the central channel, and dissolving into the bindu. Meditate on this, with the mind, bindu, and winds becoming one taste of luminosity. By focusing single-mindedly on this meditation, a samadhi of non-duality and blissful nature arises. As the 'Self-Nature Jewel Purity' states: 'What is grasped and what grasps is the mind.' 'The mind becomes a vajra of cessation, from which arise conceptualizations and attachments.' Thus it is said. If one grasps the sequence of this method, then contemplating the bindu in any part of the body will increase the endurance of the winds, channels, and bindus. Third, the nectar-dripping, immortal wind practice of the uvula: The body posture is the same as before. Draw in extremely gentle air from the two nostrils. Hold the lower wind at the navel, visualizing it as wind over fire, becoming of the same taste as fire. Vigorously pull the tip of the tongue and the golden gate upwards. With the tongue touching the palate, the tip of the tongue touching the uvula, use the method of sucking, from which nectar will descend. Bathe the wisdom being in the navel with this nectar, greatly delighting it, and rest in the co-emergent bliss-emptiness of equal taste. As it says: 'Sit in vajra posture, teeth not touching each other, mouth slightly open. Draw in external air, and together with nectar, insert it into the center of the navel. It eliminates all suffering, hunger, and thirst, and also prevents poison in the supreme body.' Thus it is said. By this, one attains the siddhi of overcoming all the forces of death. If it is difficult for nectar to drip from the tip of the tongue, then mix flawless red coral, magnet, and lotus stamen with white honey without beeswax, and apply it to the palate. Sucking with the root of the tongue will quickly guide the nectar to descend. The third part concludes: These are the yogic exercises that untie the knots of the channels. Third, guiding the lower tongue tip to touch the palate with the power of a passionate one: Third, guiding the lower tongue tip to touch the palate with the power of a passionate one. It is divided into: those with sharp faculties combining with Mahamudra, those who transcend the peak combining with the four mudras, and those with dull faculties combining with a karma mudra woman. The first is: combining with one mudra, for those with excellent faculties, it generates great bliss by truly embracing the immeasurable Mahamudra. Here, obtaining the irreversible bliss with the tongue, and... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
