།ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །བདེན་ལྟ་ནང་གི་མཚན་མོའི་གཤེད་བྲལ་བའི། །སྙིང་གི་འདབ་བརྒྱའི་འཕྲེང་ལ་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི ། 17-462 གེ་སར་རྒྱས་པའི་ཁུར་སྟེར་མན་ངག་གི །ཉིན་བྱེད་གང་དེ་བདག་བློའི་ཤར་རི་ནའོ། །རྣ་ཐོས་མེ་ཏོག་འཕྲེང་ལ་ཆེར་རློམ་སྙེག །ཅོལ་གཏམ་འགྲོན་བུའི་ཤལ་པར་བློ་ཆུང་ཧཾ། །མཁས་རྣམས་འདོད་འཇོའི་ ལེགས་བཤད་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི། །འཕྲེང་བ་གང་དེ་བདག་གི་མགྲིན་པར་འཁོར། །གྱ་གྱུའི་ཚིག་འཕྲེང་སྨིག་སྒྱུ་ལ་སྲེད་པས། །ཅོལ་ཆུང་རི་སྐྱེས་དགའ་བ་སྐྱེ་མིན་ཡང་། །འཁོར་བས་ཡིད་དུབ་མཐར་པའི་ངལ་བསོ་ དཔྱིད། །དོན་དུ་གཉེར་ལ་ལམ་འདི་བདུད་རྩིར་འཁྲུངས། །དཔལ་ཤ་བ་རའི་མན་ངག པཎྜི་ཏ་ཆེན་པོ་ནགས་ཀྱི་རིན་ཆེན་གྱིས་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་བ། གྲུབ་པའི་སློབ་དཔོན་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ལས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཐོས་ པ་བཞིན་དུ་གཞན་ལ་མི་བསྐྱུད་པའི་བསམ་པས། པུཎྜ་རཱི་ཀའི་ངག་གི་བརྗོད་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བའི་རྗེས་སུ། ཡི་གེའི་འཇུག་པ་པོ་ནི་བཱིརྻ་བྷ་དྲ་སྟེ། རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ནགས་ཚལ། གོ་ བི་ཙནྡྲར་གྲུབ་པ་འདིས་ཡང་དག་པའི་ལམ་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མིག་བྱེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བརྒྱུད་པ་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་། ཤ་བ་ར། ནགས་ཀྱི་རིན་ཆེན། རྒྱལ་དབང་རྗེ། རྗེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་ གྲགས་པ། ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་པ། དེས་བདག་ལའོ།། །།མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

如是说。于真实现象中，远离夜晚的魔障，于心之百瓣莲花串上，双运（藏文：ཟུང་འཇུག་，梵文：yuganaddha，梵文罗马拟音：yuganaddha，汉语字面意思：双运）的 赋予增长智慧精华的，那太阳升起于我心智的东山之上。对于耳闻之花串过分自负追求，对于无聊之语如海螺般迷恋，真是愚蠢至极！ 贤者们如意宝般的，善说珍宝之，项链环绕于我的颈项。对于虚幻不实的言辞迷恋，即使是无知山民也不会因此而喜悦。 于轮回中疲惫不堪，渴望最终的休憩之春，若能精进求索，此道便如甘露般涌现。吉祥夏瓦拉之口诀，由大学者森林宝（Nāgaki Ratna）所开显。如从成就上师处所听闻，不以传于他人之心，如布达日嘎（Puṇḍarīka）之语所言，文字记录者为勇贤（Vīrya Bhadra），胜王之森林。愿此果比灿札（Gobi Candra）之成就，能使一切众生开启正道之眼。 传承：金刚持（Vajradhara），夏瓦拉（Śavaripa），森林宝（Nāgaki Ratna），嘉瓦仁波切（Gyalwang Je），杰仁波切（Je Rinpoche），法称（Chökyi Drakpa），阿瓦都帝巴（Avadhūtipa），彼传于我。吉祥！吉祥！

Thus it is said. In the realm of true reality, free from the darkness of night, upon the string of a hundred-petaled lotus of the heart, the union (藏文：ཟུང་འཇུག་，梵文：yuganaddha，梵文罗马拟音：yuganaddha，汉语字面意思：union). Bestowing the burden of increasing wisdom's essence, that sun rises upon the eastern mountain of my mind. To be overly proud and strive for a string of flowers heard by the ear, to be foolishly fond of idle talk like a conch shell, is utter folly! The wish-fulfilling jewel-like, well-spoken precious, necklace of the wise circles my throat. To crave after illusory strings of words, even a foolish mountain dweller would not find joy in that. Weary in samsara, longing for the final spring of rest, if one diligently seeks, this path will arise like nectar. The instructions of glorious Śavaripa, revealed by the great scholar Nāgaki Ratna. As heard from accomplished masters, without the intention of transmitting it to others, according to the words of Puṇḍarīka, the scribe is Vīrya Bhadra, the forest of the victorious king. May the accomplishment of this Gobi Candra open the eyes of all beings to the true path. Lineage: Vajradhara, Śavaripa, Nāgaki Ratna, Gyalwang Je, Je Rinpoche, Chökyi Drakpa, Avadhūtipa, who passed it on to me. May there be auspiciousness!
