Exhale from the right nostril and inhale from the left, allowing the breath to permeate each syllable. During this time, recite the mantra and contemplate equanimity. With practice, one will clearly know the thoughts of others. Alternatively, by listening to the sound of 'ཨ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), one can understand the seven levels below. If you want to control someone, visualize red with a desire, thinking that the other person's heart is very attached to you, and then pull the other person's heart into yourself. If entering a town, do not pull it back, but extend the stay there. Finally, when releasing, exhale from the right nostril, visualize the other person entering from the left, and staying there. The extent of practice is that your body becomes a corpse, or you see (the other person) in front of you. If you want to make it enter anything, first practice visualizing something in front of you like a flower, and then make it enter it. When entering and emerging from all things, recite 'ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hūṃ svāhā, Literal meaning: Om Hum Svaha) Vajra recitation. 'མཉམ་ཉིད་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཅེས་པ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal meaning: Equanimity is Suchness) means realizing that all the entrances and exits of oneself and others are non-dual, thereby contemplating equanimity, like an illusion. Cow's Hoofprint: The Seat of the Lord of Means Second, Cow's Hoofprint: The Seat of the Lord of Means. There are four types of instructions: the outer cow's hoofprint, the inner, the secret, and the suchness cow's hoofprint. The first is: Visualize an eight-petaled lotus in front. In the center of the lotus, visualize a lotus split like a cow's hoofprint. To its right, visualize a black seed syllable of wind 'ཡཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yang). To its left, visualize a red seed syllable of fire 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Then, due to the movement of the wind of 'ཡཾ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yang), the fire of 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) ignites. Visualize that the root of the fire is blue and the flame is white. Then, focus your mind on that white flame, and when experiencing the bliss of obtaining the four empowerments and three times, contemplate the flame without conceptualizing. The inner cow's hoofprint instructions are divided into two types: relying on bindus and relying on letters. The first is: In the center of the body, there is an upward channel like a water tree, the central channel. Visualize the heart hanging down like a flower of a water tree, opening like a cow's hoofprint, facing upwards. Above it, in the center, is the bindu of mixed wind and mind. To its right, visualize a black seed syllable of wind 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), and to its left, visualize a red seed syllable of fire 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). When inhaling, the black wind of 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) stirs, blowing on the red 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). When it is full, the flame burns from there, rising upwards from the crown of the head, touching the bindu of the crown, descending bodhicitta, touching the bindu of mixed wind and mind of the heart, and when it melts, experiencing the bliss of the third empowerment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let the bliss of non-thought blaze forth like a flame, and ultimately, as you exhale, awareness dawns in bliss. During breaks, the essence of bodhicitta dissolves into the two channels. Visualize the prana dissolving into the cow's hoofprint, returning to its natural peace. The second is relying on letters. Relying on one letter, relying on two letters, relying on thirteen letters, there are three types. First, in the cow's hoofprint of the heart chakra, visualize an eight-petaled lotus blooming, and in the center of the lotus, on the moon, combine vowels and consonants, that is, 'ḍa' and 'ra' combined into 'a', visualize a white 'Oṃ'. At the soles of the left and right feet, visualize 'yuṃ' (wind) and 'kṣuṃ' (fire), blazing with light. When inhaling, the 'yuṃ' causes the wind to move, and the 'kṣuṃ' causes the fire to blaze. When holding the breath, by its power, gather the essence of bodhicitta from the eighteen places of the body to the crown of the head. From that essence, descend nectar to the uvula. Then descend it to the cow's hoofprint of the heart chakra. When exhaling, visualize the two hot and cold winds fighting, and by its power, everything melts and fills the cow's hoofprint of the heart chakra. When exhaling, from the 'a' of the heart, rays of wisdom light emanate, accompanied by the experience of bliss, radiating from the pores to the infinite realms, visualizing it as the nature of bliss. By practicing in this way, one will realize that all dharmas are great bliss, and the common five and eight signs, etc., will appear. When performing 'burning prostrations', that is, adding the letter 'a', reciting 'Oṃ āḥ svāhā', this indicates that vajra recitation should be performed. The five-stage path is the same as before. The second method is to visualize the cow's hoofprint of the heart chakra as before, visualizing an eight-petaled lotus blooming, and in the center of the lotus, on the moon mandala, visualize a 'aṃ'. Visualize it as the nature of skillful means. On the uvula, visualize a white 'hūṃ' facing downwards, visualizing it as the nature of wisdom. From there, nectar bodhicitta drips, dissolving into the 'aṃ', and focus on visualizing the great bliss of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom. When resting, visualize them melting and dissolving into the cow's hoofprint. When tired, recite 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ', this is vajra recitation. Performing the five-stage path on it is the same as before. It is only different in the way of returning. By practicing continuously in this way, the appearance of the five signs, etc., is also the same as usual. Finally, it should also be combined with the result. When 'wisdom form' is mentioned, it generally refers to the universal manifestation, that is, the nature of non-dual wisdom manifests as things such as lotus, moon, and letters. When 'milk moon' is mentioned, it indicates that vajra recitation should be performed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
