Abandon all past possessions like grass, generously give to others, and be unattached to anything. With the thumb and forefinger of the left hand, make a gesture as if flicking nectar-wine. Visualize the realm of the sky filled with Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Clear the (Tibetan: ཀྵུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ક્ષుం) at the crown of the head, and visualize a black hole and a deity. With the samadhi of your own Yidam deity, focus on any place you want to go. In the manner of emitting 'ഹി ക' (Tibetan: ཧི་ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिक, Sanskrit Romanization: hika, Chinese literal meaning: ഹി ക), transfer consciousness from the crown of the head.' It is said that by doing this, the practitioner will obtain any body they desire, such as the celestial body of a Vidyadhara. 'From the nose to the Yaksha place,' here, the meaning of a pith instruction is explained: If consciousness is transferred from the right nostril, one will be reborn in the place of Yakshas. It is said that the left path is more excellent. If one lies down with the right side of the body down, the breath will transfer from the left; if one lies down with the left side of the body down, the breath will run from the right. When the perfectly complete Buddha passed into Nirvana, he showed his head to the north and passed into Nirvana with his right side down. Therefore, the yogi should lie down with the right side down.' It is said that this is the method of transference in a lying posture. It is said that if one follows the breath and karma, one can also put any side of the body down. It is said that when the breath runs from the left, one should do virtuous deeds; when the breath runs from the right, one should perform wrathful actions. This is the meaning. The second method is: As before, perform the preliminary practices of yoga. The inner practice is to visualize a white lotus in the heart, blooming like a flower of an aquatic plant, with a bindu like an egg in the stamen, in which there is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: हुं), visualizing skillful means and wisdom as inseparable. Finally, visualize eight inverted (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलि, Sanskrit Romanization: āli, Chinese literal meaning: Āli), the color white, and meditate on them until final completion, which is the approach. Then, the outer practice is the accomplishment of knowing the minds of others, that is, the transformation of the nature of the mind. 'One's own body changes,' which means that on top of the bow-shaped wind mandala, visualize a burning triangular fire, and on top of the fire, a sun mandala, placing the one to be accomplished in the center of the sun. In that person's heart, visualize a blooming white lotus, and in the center of the lotus, on the sun, a red (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: हुं), surrounded by eight clear red (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलि, Sanskrit Romanization: āli, Chinese literal meaning: Āli). Then, when the yogi's breath comes out, visualize (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: हुं) and the eight (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलि, Sanskrit Romanization: āli, Chinese literal meaning: Āli) coming out of the nostrils, entering the left nostril of the one to be accomplished like bees, and devouring the lotus and the letters.' This means to merge them into one, becoming the same taste. In the meantime, recite (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning): Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
