Or, it is accomplished through the guru's instructions. 'The yogi who has attained wisdom' refers to realizing non-dual wisdom and making it manifest. Therefore, 'protecting the country' means that if you want to benefit others, you should consider how to best benefit them. 'Entering the stream' refers to realizing the first bhumi. The wisdom of the three realms refers to the unity of the three realms, just as realizing emptiness is like walking in the sky without obstruction. If you know that yourself and others are without self, you will transcend samsara. Third, contemplate the vase of the signless stupa, which is the meaning of 'having the form of correct view'. In the heart, visualize Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) on the moon, its rays burning like fire, burning all inner and outer dharmas, and contemplate emptiness, which is 'the seed of the moon' refers to A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A). It itself is the name of emptiness, so it is considered the cause of arising. From this, clearly generate the form, the place of the stupa is the seat, 'arising feet' refers to the arising of the feet of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), the two opposite mouths of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) are the left and right knees, which face east and south respectively. The four arising feet are the four knees, the outside is the earth and jewels, composed of eight pairs, is the place where the stupa resides. The bell is the mouth, and also the body itself. It has the nature of Mount Sumeru, so know that it is the place where the Four Great Kings and the Thirty-three Gods reside. 'Measuring cup' refers to the neck, 'desire god' refers to the place where the desire gods who rely on the sky reside. Selfless Dharma refers to the emptiness inside the body, and the body has the nature of Dharmakaya. The seventeen heavens of the Form Realm are the place where the Great自在天 resides, and the eighteenth is the spine. The order of the wheels is seventeen or eighteen. The gods of the Formless Realm refer to reaching the secret place at the lower end of Avadhūta (Sanskrit: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Literal meaning: Ascetic). The top is the vase, which is the heart. Oviparous refers to visualizing Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) inside the pistil of the eight-petaled lotus of the heart. In this way, the body becomes the nature of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), becoming a stupa, know that it is the nature of the unity of the three realms, the body of wisdom. This is for those of superior faculties. If the faculties are inferior, then focus on Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), make it usable, and combine it with non-dual wisdom. 'Non-dual' means to know that the nature of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) or the stupa is non-dual wisdom, far from all extremes. Giving and so on, because it perfects the six perfections, is offering, is attachment to the body. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Generosity is giving with a mind free from stinginess and full of generosity; discipline is binding the three doors of body, speech, and mind to a stupa and maintaining balance; patience is enduring the realization of selflessness; diligence is joyfully and swiftly engaging without interruption; concentration is single-pointed focus; wisdom is understanding what to adopt and abandon through the wisdom that discerns phenomena. By abandoning distractions through 'fearlessness' and so on, it is taught to meditate by focusing mainly on meditative equipoise. In the 'dharmadhatu', following the teachings of the 'Four Session Yoga Tantra' and practicing according to the guru's instructions, it is taught that one can accomplish the benefit of oneself and others. The Meditation That Prevents Confusion at Night—Dream Yoga Secondly, regarding dream yoga, there are five aspects: grasping, practice, recognizing dreams as dreams, knowing dreams as illusions, and mixing sleep and appearance. First, in general, from the state of knowing, during deep sleep, consciousness resides in the heart; in the ordinary state, it resides in the navel; during sexual activity, it resides in the crown; and during sleep, it resides in the throat. If you grasp where it resides, it is easier to grasp, so during sleep, visualize an eight-petaled lotus in the throat. In the center of the lotus, visualize a red 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: None) syllable, which is of the nature of fire and wind. On the four petals in the four directions, visualize four white letters with the nature of earth and water, which are cool and heavy, from the eastern petal to the northern petal, write 'A', 'Nu', 'Ta', 'Ra'. Leave the corner petals empty. Then, from the central 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: None) syllable, a red light shoots out and strikes the eastern 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: None) syllable, causing it to melt into light and merge into the central 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: None) syllable. At this time, the coarse thoughts cease, and this is the appearance of mind. Again, a light like the previous one emanates from the 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: None) syllable and strikes the southern 'Nu' syllable, causing it to melt and be absorbed back. The thoughts become even more subtle and cease, and the appearance increases. Again, as before, striking the western 'Ta' syllable causes it to melt and be absorbed back, and even more subtle thoughts cease, and appearance is attained. Again, in the same order, striking the northern 'Ra' syllable causes it to melt into light and be absorbed back. At this time, all thoughts subside and go into clear light emptiness. Then, remembering the power of meditation, lie down, causing the thoughts to gradually cease as before, and enter clear light emptiness, like a pillar standing upright. Afterwards, if the residue of previous habits arises, or if many other distractions occur, this is a sign that dreams are about to arise. If nothing happens after doing this, make a strong effort to remember and think about the dream. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ིས་པ་ནི། སྔ་
