愿获得灌顶！’这样灌顶后，宝瓶的长寿佛（Amitayus）本尊众，从头顶逐渐融入。心间化为甘露，遍布全身，平凡的五蕴、十二处、十八界全部转化为清净虹光之体，远离生灭、破灭，成为无量寿金刚身。 之后，将颅碗置于头顶，观想坛城中的语本尊众显现，接受甘露灌顶。甘露置于舌尖。嗡（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：Āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）！此乃一切佛之语秘密三处所生。三界一切寿命汇集，愿获得语之灌顶！如此灌顶后，颅碗中的本尊众融入学者的语中，语成为咒语之体，远离生灭、破灭，成为无量寿语金刚。 手持宝瓶，观想坛城中的意金刚本尊众显现，接受宝瓶灌顶。宝瓶置于头顶，倾注宝瓶水。吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！此乃一切佛之意秘密三处所生。三界一切寿命汇集，愿获得意之殊胜灌顶！如此灌顶后，宝瓶本尊众融入水中，从头顶进入。洗净一切无明垢染，觉性成为智慧之体，远离生灭、破灭，成为无量寿意金刚。 之后，右手持箭，左手持食物，观想坛城中的功德本尊众显现，接受灌顶。梭哈（藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：Svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）！此乃一切佛之离系与异熟所生。三界一切寿命汇集，愿获得功德殊胜灌顶！如此灌顶后，箭上的无量寿本尊众以光的形式融入身语意，唤醒无明之眠。对于一切所知，智慧增长，远离生灭、破灭，观想获得无量寿功德。 之后，将长寿丸置于口中，长寿绳置于手中，观想坛城中的事业本尊众显现，接受灌顶。哈（藏文：ཧཱ，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：Hā，汉语字面意思：哈）！此乃一切佛之利他事业所生。三界一切寿命汇集，愿获得事业殊胜灌顶！如此灌顶后，品尝长寿丸本尊众所化的甘露，获得不死，长寿绳的本尊众化为吉祥的缘起物，一心为他人的利益。

Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: Āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah)! This arises from the three secrets of speech of all Buddhas. It gathers the life force of all three realms, may I receive the speech empowerment! Thus, after the empowerment, the deities in the skull cup dissolve into the student's speech, transforming the speech into the essence of mantra, free from birth, death, destruction, and disintegration, becoming the indestructible Vajra speech of immeasurable life. Holding the vase, visualize the mind Vajra deities from within the mandala arising and receiving the vase empowerment. Place the vase on the crown of the head and pour the vase water. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: Hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum)! This arises from the three secrets of mind of all Buddhas. It gathers the life force of all three realms, may I receive the supreme mind empowerment! Thus, after the empowerment, the deities of the vase dissolve into the water and enter from the crown of the head. Washing away all the stains of ignorance, awareness becomes the essence of wisdom, free from birth, death, destruction, and disintegration, becoming the indestructible Vajra mind of immeasurable life. Then, handing the long-life arrow to the right and the long-life food to the left, visualize the merit deities from within the mandala arising and receiving the empowerment. Svāhā (Tibetan: སྭཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: Svāhā, Literal meaning: Svaha)! This arises from the detachment and maturation of all Buddhas. It gathers the life force of all three realms, may I receive the supreme merit empowerment! Thus, after the empowerment, the deities of immeasurable life on the arrow dissolve into the body, speech, and mind in the form of light, awakening from the sleep of ignorance. The intellect expands to all knowable things, the essence is free from birth, death, destruction, and disintegration, visualize receiving the merit of immeasurable life. Then, placing the long-life pill in the mouth and handing the long-life thread to the hand, visualize the activity deities from within the mandala arising and receiving the empowerment. Hā (Tibetan: ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हा, Sanskrit Romanization: Hā, Literal meaning: Ha)! This arises from the altruistic activities of all Buddhas. It gathers the life force of all three realms, may I receive the supreme activity empowerment!
