English
With the various manifestations of the Buddhas, collect the essence of the life force of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, and the life force that the accomplished Vidyadharas have single-mindedly practiced. Regard all the essence of the life force of the world as the nectar of immortality. Invite all of them into the vase, transform them into the nectar of wisdom, abide in the samaya, become one taste, and through increase and nourishment, contemplate that the whole body is filled with joy. Recite: Oṃ hrīḥ hūṃ svā oṃ āḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ aparimita āyurjñāna mahāsiddhi hasani riti svāhā. Oṃ hrīḥ bhrūṃ ratna siddhi āyu puṇya bhrūṃ bhrūṃ. Bless the torma by reciting twenty-one times, etc. Recite: Oṃ hrīḥ hūṃ svā oṃ āḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ aparimita āyurjñāna mahāsiddhi hasani riti svāhā. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Bless the protection cord by reciting twenty-one times, etc. After the vase water and nectar boil, and signs such as the nourishment and the radiant torma melting or dripping appear, then bestow the longevity empowerment. If it is for oneself, then receive the empowerment and finally obtain the siddhi. Those who enjoy it through the tsok should do so. Next, one should enter according to the order of how to empower the disciples. Bathe according to the ritual of birth, etc. Offer the torma and chang, along with cloves, as a dispelling torma. Bless by reciting Oṃ āḥ hūṃ three times. Dedicate by reciting Oṃ akāro etc. three times. To all the obstructing spirits dwelling on the mandala ground: 'All the hosts of obstacles upon the mandala's base, listen to me! I am the glorious Vajradhara. Without transgressing my command, all hosts of obstacles, depart! If you do not depart and remain, the blazing wisdom vajra will shatter your heads into a hundred pieces, and your bodies will become empty, utterly destroyed without doubt. 'Disperse! Below, all is the Vajra ground; above, all is the Vajra tent and canopy. All directions are surrounded by a circular Vajra fence, adorned with a net of Vajra arrows, without any gaps. A Vajra castle that nothing can enter, nothing can destroy, and nothing can fear, ablaze with a blazing fire, pervading the expanse of the sky.' Thus, contemplate the protective circle. Then, beginning with 'Om Vajra Bhumi Ah Hum,' etc., in order to enter the mandala and receive empowerment in the presence of the Guru and the principal deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, offer the mandala. Offer the mandala with 'Compassion for the benefit of beings,' etc. In the presence of the Guru, the principal deity in union, pray three times: 'O Omniscient One, possessor of wisdom, purifier of the wheel of existence, precious treasure spoken of today, may the principal deity bestow grace upon me.' Beginning with 'I take refuge in the Three Jewels,' etc., may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Thus, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta three times. Then, O Bhagavan, compassionate protector, Amitayus (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་，Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुषे，Sanskrit Romanization: āyuṣe，Literal meaning: Long life), within the precious vase of the mandala of your heart, the red essence of the Bodhicitta Ayushe, as I single-mindedly practice the longevity practice, please bless and swiftly grant it to me. Thus, pray especially. Then, purify with the action mantra, purify with Svabhava. One's own body, aggregates, elements, and sources are all unattainable, transformed into emptiness. From emptiness, on a lotus stem, arises a lotus with a hundred thousand petals, Amitayus with a red body, slightly wrathful and slightly smiling, adorned with various jewels, holding a vase and a skull cup, seated in the Vajra posture. In his embrace is the Mother of Bliss, sixteen years old, with a full figure, soft and with protruding breasts, the right hand holding her own symbol, the lotus, the left hand holding a skull cup filled with nectar, embracing the Father, bodies intertwined, with the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, increasing the uncontaminated great bliss. From Sukhavati, the wisdom being descends like a blizzard, merging into oneself. After contemplating, burn incense.
