ྲུབ་དམ་པ་ཚེ་འདིར་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། ཅེས་བསྟོད། དེ་ནས་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་བསྐུལ་བའི་སྔགས་བཟླ་བ་ནི། བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ ཟེར་འཕྲོས། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་བརྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། སྒྲུབ་བྱའི་ཚེ་ཉམས་པ་བཀུག །འབྱུང་བ་བཞིའི་བཅུད། སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ནུས་མཐུ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུས་ནས་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཚེ་བུམ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ཐིམ་པས་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བར་དམིགས་ཏེ། 16-456 ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་སྭ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿཨ་པ་ར་མི་ཏ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་མ་ཧཱ་སིདྡྷི་ཧ་ས་ནི་རི་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་ཅི་ནུས་བཟླ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚེ་འགུགས་པ་ནི། དགུང་གཉིས་ནང་ནུབ་ ཐུན་བཞིར་ཚེ་འགུགས་རྒྱས་པར་བུ་མོ་གཙང་མ་ལྔའམ་གཅིག་མདའ་དར་གཡོབ། སྤོས་བཏང་རོལ་མོ་བྱ། དབྱངས་སྙན་པ་གྱེར་བཞིན་པས། ཧྲཱིཿ ཕྱོགས་བཞིའི་སྒོ་མ་དྲག་ཤུལ་ཆེན་མོའི་འཕྲུལ། །ས་དང་ས་འོག་ ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་གང་བས། །བདག་གི་ཚེ་འཕྲོག་བརྐུ་བའི་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་གདོན། །ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་སྙིང་བཟུང་ཞགས་པས་མགྲིན་པ་ཆིངས། །ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་སྡོམ་དྲིལ་བུས་མཉེད་མཛོད་ལ། །ལག་གི་ཚེ་སྲོག་ཕྲོགས་ལ་འདིར་ཁུག་ ཅིག །ཞེས་བསྐུལ་བས་རང་འདྲ་བའི་སྤྲུལ་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་བཀྱེ་ནས་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བཅུའི་གདོན་ཚེ་དཔལ་འབྱོར་པ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པའི་བགེགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་ཕུག །མགྲིན་པ་ཞགས་པས་ བཅིངས། ཡན་ལག་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་བསྡམས། དྲིལ་བུས་ལུས་མཉེས་ཏེ་ལག་གིས་བདག་གཞན་གྱི་ཚེ་ཕྲོགས་པ་དེ་སླར་བསྡུས་པར་བསམ། ཡང་། ཧྲཱིཿ ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་དྲག་ཤུལ་ཆེན་པོའི་འཕྲུལ། ས་དང་ས་འོག་ ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་གང་བས། །བདག་གི་ཚེ་སྲོག་བརྐུ་བའི་གདོན་བགེགས་དང་། །འཆི་བདག་བདུད་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མགོ་འཁོས་ལ། །དེ་དག་སྙིང་ནང་གནས་པའི་ཚེ་སྲོག་དང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་བཞིའི་བཅུད་བསྡུས་ཤིག ། 16-457 ཞེས་བསྐུལ་བས་ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པས་གདོན་བགེགས་བར་དུ་གཅོད་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྒྲལ། །དེ་དག་གི་སྙིང་གའི་ཚེ། འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་བ་བཞིའི་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་དྲངས་ནས་བུམ་པའི་ བདུད་རྩི་ལ་བསྟིམ། ཡང་། ཧྲཱིཿདབང་དྲག་པདྨ་རིགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས། །ཁྲག་འཐུང་བདེ་གཤེགས་རིགས་ལྔ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་རྣམས། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་དགོངས་ལ་དབྱིངས་ནས་སྐུ་བཞེངས་ཏེ། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པས། ། སྲིད་གསུམ་ཟིལ་མནན་ཁམས་གསུམ་དབང་བསྡུས་ཏེ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། །རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྩེ་གཅིག་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་ཚེ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་བསོད་ནམས་ལས་ཐོབ་སྲོག་ཁུག་ཅིག །ཅེས་བསྐུལ་བས། གཙོ་ བོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་

Please grant the supreme long life in this life.' Thus praise. Then, recite the mantra to invoke the front generation: From the heart of oneself, light radiates. Urge the mind stream of all the deities of the front generation. From there, light radiates. Summon back the life force that has deteriorated, the essence of the four elements, the life and merit of sentient beings, and all the blessings and powers of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and gather them into the longevity vase in the heart, visualizing it filled with the nectar of immortal life. oṃ hrīḥ hūṃ svāḥ oṃ āḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ aparimita āyurjñāna mahāsiddhi hasani riti svāhā.(藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་སྭ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿཨ་པ་ར་མི་ཏ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་མ་ཧཱ་སིདྡྷི་ཧ་ས་ནི་རི་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།梵文天城体：ॐ ह्रीः हुं स्वाः ॐ आः जः हुं बं होः अपरिमित आयुर्ज्ञान महासिद्धि हसनि रिति स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ hūṃ svāḥ oṃ āḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ aparimita āyurjñāna mahāsiddhi hasani riti svāhā，literal meaning: Om, Hrih, Hum, Svaha. Seize their hearts with iron hooks, bind their throats with lassos, restrain them with iron chains, and please the treasury with bells. Bring here the life force stolen from the hands! ' Thus, by urging, emanate countless manifestations like oneself, pierce the hearts of the guardians of the ten directions, demons, and obstacles that hinder life and wealth with iron hooks, bind their throats with lassos, bind their limbs with iron chains, please their bodies with bells, and think that all the life force stolen from oneself and others is gathered back. Again, Hrih! The powerful manifestations of the wrathful kings of the ten directions! Filling the earth and underground, and the realms of the sky. Demons and obstacles who steal my life force, and the leaders of the lords of death and demonic forces! Gather the life force residing in their hearts, and all the essence of the four elements of the world!' Thus, by urging, the manifestations of the wrathful kings, male and female, subdue all the hindering demons and obstacles. Draw out all the life force from their hearts, and the essence of the four elements of the world, and dissolve them into the nectar of the vase. Again, Hrih! From the mandala of the powerful Padma lineage, the blood-drinking Herukas, the five Buddha families, male and female, with compassionate minds, arise from the Dharmadhatu, with countless emanations, suppress the three realms, control the three worlds, gather the wisdom of the Buddhas of the ten directions, and the life force achieved by the Vidyadharas through single-pointed practice, and the life obtained from worldly merit!
