Please repeat: 'Bhagavan, Great Peaceful One, Hrih! (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཞི་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཀྱེ།), Vajrayogini desires, the accomplisher of the indivisible mudra, born from Vajrayogini.' 'How great you are, O Lord, grant that to me. Protect me, the helpless one, who is sinking in the mire of samsara.' Recite this three times. To signify not seeing the Dharmodaya mandala, cover your face. Imagine mentally circumambulating the Dharmodaya mandala three times counterclockwise, and then invoke the wisdom. Stand with your feet together, body straight, palms joined, and visualize as follows: Gather the functioning consciousness of the five senses. In the center of the moon in your heart, visualize an indestructible bindu the size of a mustard seed, infuse it with wind, and do not be distracted. Its meaning is: In the center of the heart is the moon. From the form of the moon is the indestructible. It possesses a variety of light manifestations. Therefore, contemplate Vajra. Vajra selflessness, Dakini. Contemplate the ritual of invocation. On the tip of the Dakini's nose, contemplate a mustard seed. All moving and unmoving beings of the three realms are in the mustard seed. If you contemplate in this way, self-blessing will be perfectly accomplished. By reciting 'Pratīccha Vajra Hoḥ' (Tibetan: པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་བཛྲ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रतीच्छ वज्र होः, Sanskrit Romanization: pratīccha vajra hoḥ, Accept Vajra Hoḥ), scatter flowers in the Dharmodaya mandala. Thus I heard at one time, the Bhagavan abides in the bhaga of the Vajra Yogini, the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas. And said, 'In the supreme bliss of secrecy, all self-nature always abides.' Therefore, during the secret empowerment, the guru is the mandala of the body, and more profound than this is the Dharmodaya mandala. Dharmodaya represents bliss and emptiness, and the deity residing therein also shows that it is inseparable from bliss and emptiness.' Thus, the deity is indicated in the Dharmodaya mandala, and named Vajra Nyemma, etc. Then, in an instant, you all become the Bhagavan Vajrayogini, fully complete with all faces, hands, and ornaments. From the guru's heart, a ray of light emanates, transforming into the selflessness mother holding a curved knife and skull cup, extremely beautiful, radiant, like a sixteen-year-old girl, and is given to you. Dakini joyfully bestows, abides in bestowing, possessing various pleasing forms. Take it, take it, great-minded Bodhisattva! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then say, 'Please always make offerings.' Meditate that by doing so, you experience the four joys, an extraordinary experience arises in your mind. Furthermore, meditate that at your own navel center, the tummo (fierce heat) wisdom fire, a tangible, hot, intense, burning red flame, focus your awareness on it, and meditate that a subtle bliss arises. 'Then, the master presses the disciple's pulse with his finger and makes him meditate, thereby cutting off the bonds of concepts and the co-emergent wisdom arises, which is called empowerment. By doing so, generally the defilements of body, speech, and mind are purified. In particular, the defilements of the mind are purified, so that those with attachment can rely on karma mudra (action seal), and those without attachment can receive permission to practice the generation stage and tummo yoga, that is, uniting with the face of the deity. // Word Empowerment To receive the fourth empowerment, offer a mandala, and to pray for the meaning of the word empowerment, please repeat the following: 'By the grace of the great Vajradhara (Holder of the Vajra)! Here, I have received three empowerments. Please grant me the fourth grace, the beauty of emptiness wisdom!' Repeat three times. Just as at the time of the third empowerment, the non-conceptual experience of co-emergent wisdom is established, the fourth empowerment is to establish it through words: From the outside, it is correctly explained. Pure wisdom and form, and completely purified samsara, there is not the slightest difference. There is no supreme meditation, and no meditator. There is no body, no object to be grasped, and no grasper. There is no flesh and blood, no feces and urine. There is no repulsive ignorance, no need for cleanliness, no obstruction to offering. There is no attachment, no hatred, no ignorance, no jealousy. There is no miserliness, no pride, no object to be seen. There is no meditation, no meditator, no friend, no enemy. The co-emergent, without conceit, is all-encompassing.' And also: This wisdom is neither large nor small. It is like the center of the vajra sky. It is dustless, ultimate, and peaceful. You are also its father.' Thus, by bestowing the fourth empowerment, the defilements of body, speech, and mind, that is, the defilements of clinging to the three, are purified, and permission to practice Mahamudra (Great Seal) is obtained. To give thanks for fully receiving the four empowerments, offer a mandala. Then, offer a torma (ritual cake). In front, on top of the triangular source of dharma, there are white lotuses, black lotuses in the middle, and red lotuses below, all stacked with eight petals, white light radiating from your crown chakra Vajra body, illuminating the formless. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
