向金刚吉祥黑鲁嘎（Heruka）致敬！ 然后是祈请： 如来（Tathagata）一切寂静。 如来一切之所依。 诸法无我之殊胜。 坛城主尊请开示！ 从南方开始：自己瞬间变成黑色的卓热玛（Cauri），一面二臂三眼，龇牙咧嘴，赤身裸体，具有五印，以五个干骷髅为头饰，五十个干骷髅为鬘装饰，右手持鼗鼓，左手持猪，左脚伸展，以半跏趺坐之姿坐在莲花和自在天的座垫上。如前供养赞颂。祈请： 诸名皆已圆满。 诸非名皆已舍弃。 普贤（Samantabhadra）身之殊胜。 坛城主尊请开示！ 从西方开始：自己瞬间变成黄色的贝塔里（Vetali），一面二臂三眼，龇牙咧嘴，赤身裸体，具有五印，以五个干骷髅为头饰，五十个干骷髅为鬘装饰，右手持龟，左手持颅碗，左脚伸展，以半跏趺坐之姿坐在莲花和近自在天的座垫上。如前供养赞颂。祈请： 寂静之殊胜生于法。 调伏一切智慧行。 普贤语之殊胜。 坛城主尊请开示！ 从北方开始：自己瞬间变成绿色的格斯玛里（Ghasmari），一面二臂三眼，龇牙咧嘴，赤身裸体，具有五印，以五个干骷髅为头饰，五十个干骷髅为鬘装饰，右手持蛇，左手持颅碗，左脚伸展，以半跏趺坐之姿坐在莲花和忿怒尊的座垫上。如前供养赞颂。祈请： 一切有情之大心。 自性清净无垢染。 普贤意之殊胜，调御者。 坛城主尊请开示！ 然后，金刚上师说：‘与明妃（Yum）及所依物一起的坛城融入自身。’ 收摄坛城，自身变成一面二臂黑鲁嘎之身，双脚脚底有吽（ཧཱུྃ，हूँ，hūṃ，种子字）字所化的杂色金刚杵，双眼有嘛（མ་，मा，mā，种子字）和吒（ཊཱ，ṭā，种子字）字所化的日月轮，其上各有一个吽（ཧཱུྃ，हूँ，hūṃ，种子字）字所化的杂色金刚杵。以迅速转动之眼观看，立于中央，生起我慢： 口中莲花带微笑，略带红色的獠牙显现，昆达（Kunda）洁白。

The left leg extended, in a half-lotus posture, seated on a lotus and Indra's seat. Offerings and praises as before. Exhortation: All names are perfectly complete. All non-names are completely abandoned. Supreme body of Samantabhadra. Please explain, Lord of the Mandala! From the West: Instantly transform oneself into yellow Vetali, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. Baring fangs, naked, possessing the five seals, adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a garland of fifty dry skulls. Holding a turtle in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. The left leg extended, in a half-lotus posture, seated on a lotus and near-sovereign's seat. Offerings and praises as before. Exhortation: The supreme of peace arises from dharma. Purifying all wisdom practices. Supreme speech of Samantabhadra. Please explain, Lord of the Mandala! From the North: Instantly transform oneself into green Ghasmari, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. Baring fangs, naked, possessing the five seals, adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a garland of fifty dry skulls. Holding a snake in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. The left leg extended, in a half-lotus posture, seated on a lotus and wrathful one's seat. Offerings and praises as before. Exhortation: Great mind of all sentient beings. Nature pure and without stain. Supreme mind of Samantabhadra, the charioteer. Please explain, Lord of the Mandala! Then the Vajra Master says: 'The mandala with the Yum and supports dissolves into oneself.' Absorbing the mandala, oneself becomes the form of Heruka with one face and two arms, at the soles of both feet are multicolored vajras arising from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，हूँ，hūṃ，seed syllable), in both eyes are sun and moon mandalas arising from Mā (མ་，मा，mā，seed syllable) and Ṭā (ཊཱ，ṭā，seed syllable), each marked with a multicolored vajra arising from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，हूँ，hūṃ，seed syllable). ‘明光之鬘。殊胜饮血瑜伽士，救度众生甚稀有。’以此等舞姿，驱逐邪魔等。 念诵后，以金刚铃杵结吽字手印。 从东方开始，面向内侧，对邪魔进行训诫：‘我乃殊胜慈悲力，守护轮之行者。以炽燃金刚杵尖，身腐所生皆击碎。愚昧自性何处去？唯有斩首别无他。大乐智慧圆满觉，金刚萨埵真实生。身腐之物何处有？大邪魔众各自分散。此地我金刚阿阇梨名为某某，将使弟子们获得圆满正觉，为使一切众生获得无上菩提。我将绘制薄伽梵喜金刚之坛城轮。无论何者，凡此地之天、非天、夜叉、罗刹、饿鬼、食肉者、癫狂者、遗忘者、生灵、压迫者、鹏、人非人、持明等，无论老者、老妇、仆从及眷属，皆不得居于此处，移步他处！若有不离去者，彼等之头颅将被手持金刚者、极度炽燃之吽迦罗、极度忿怒者、大智慧金刚彻底击碎为百瓣！’ 念诵：那嘛萨曼塔布达喃（藏文：ནམཿས་མནྟ་བུདྡྷེ་བྷྱོ།，梵文天城体：नमः समन्त बुद्धानां，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ，汉语字面意思：敬礼一切诸佛）。那摩瓦日ra卓达亚（藏文：ན་མོ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो वज्र क्रोधाय，梵文罗马拟音：namo vajra krodhāya，汉语字面意思：敬礼金刚忿怒）。玛哈当斯卓卡塔贝ra瓦亚（藏文：མཧཱ་དཾཥྚོ་ཀ་ཊ་བྷེ་ར་བཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：महादंष्ट्रो कट भैरवाय，梵文罗马拟音：mahādaṃṣṭro kaṭa bhairavāya，汉语字面意思：大獠牙暴怒怖畏）。嗡达卡达（藏文：ཨོཾ་ད་ཀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：ओँ दक त，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ daka ta，汉语字面意思：嗡，饮，切）。瓦日ra桑多航（藏文：བཛྲ་སནྟོ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：वज्र सन्तोहं，梵文罗马拟音：vajra santohaṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚，令喜悦）。达尔帕亚（藏文：དརྤ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：दर्पय，梵文罗马拟音：darpaya，汉语字面意思：使骄傲）。嗡阿弥rita昆达利吽啪特（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀུཎྜ་ལི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄།，梵文天城体：ओँ अमृत कुण्डलि हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amṛta kuṇḍali hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，甘露，盘绕，吽，啪特）。 并念诵根本咒。以上念诵三次，初摇金刚杵，末摇铃。从‘有权者’开始，念诵多次‘吽’字，顺时针绕三圈，观想嘿汝嘎心间的光芒驱逐一切邪魔。再次从‘有权者’的方位开始，观想自身显现为空行母之身。以‘我是空行母’的傲慢，念诵多次‘嘿’字，逆时针绕三圈。或者，以嘿汝嘎的傲慢，在坛城中央右腿伸展而坐，手持金刚铃杵，舞动身姿，仅发出‘吽’的声音；以空行母的傲慢，左腿伸展而坐，仅念诵‘嘿’字。 再次，自身观想为嘿汝嘎。

'A garland of clarity. Glorious, powerful Heruka yogi, wonderfully liberating beings.' With these dances, drive away obstacles and the like. After reciting, make the Hum-gesture with the vajra and bell. Starting from the east, facing inward, instruct the obstacles: 'I am the power of glorious compassion, the one who applies the protective wheel. With the blazing vajra tip, all that is born of bodily decay is shattered. Where does the nature of ignorance go? Only beheading, nothing else. Great bliss, perfect wisdom, perfect enlightenment, truly born from Vajrasattva. Where are the decaying bodies? Great obstacles, each go your separate ways. In this place, I, the vajra master named so-and-so, will enable the disciples to attain perfect Buddhahood, and for all sentient beings to attain unsurpassed enlightenment. I will draw the wheel of the mandala of the Bhagavan Hevajra. Whoever it may be, whether gods, asuras, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, madmen, forgetters, bhutas, oppressors, garudas, kinnaras, vidyadharas, etc., whether old men, old women, servants, and retinues, do not dwell here, move elsewhere! Those who do not leave, their heads will be shattered into a hundred pieces by the hand-holding vajra, the extremely blazing Humkara, the extremely wrathful one, the great vajra of wisdom that blazes everywhere!' Recite: Namah samanta buddhanam. Namo vajra krodhaya. Mahadamstro kata bhairavaya. Om daka ta. Vajra santoham. Darpaya. Om amrita kundali hum phat. Also recite the root mantra. Recite these three times, first shaking the vajra, then ringing the bell. Starting from 'the powerful one,' recite many 'Hum' syllables and circumambulate three times clockwise, visualizing that all obstacles are dispelled by the rays of light from the heart of Heruka. Again, starting from the direction of 'the powerful one,' visualize yourself clearly as the form of Nairatmya. With the pride of 'I am Nairatmya,' recite many 'He' syllables and circumambulate three times counterclockwise. Alternatively, in the center of the mandala, with the pride of Heruka, sit with the right leg extended, holding the vajra and bell, moving the body in dance, and uttering only the 'Hum' sound; with the pride of Nairatmya, sit with the left leg extended, uttering only the 'He' syllable.
