From Ma-brta to Ha-ra, the power of Tho-ba, the activity mantra starts from Namah Samanta and ends at Ting-ga-le, Pra-ha-ra and other fierce pacifications, the activity mantra from Matistira to Amogha-vajra, if combined, just like before, the heart mantra including both the main deity and retinue, and after the nectar of the near-heart mantra, praise and request, and the mantra of any activity, and the auspicious foundation establishment, or the vast Dharani, the final nectar is also combined in the same way. The third is the mantra of activity combination, in Shambura, for peaceful activity, 'Shantim kuru svaha', for increasing activity, 'Pushtim kuru om', for subjugating activity, 'Vasham manaya ho', after the fierce calling, 'Akarshaya jah', for subduing activity, 'Maraya rbad', for killing activity, 'Maraya phat'. And, the distinctions corresponding to each activity should be understood like oral instructions. Moreover, there are three types of activities: the main deity, the retinue, and the collection. The mantras of the four activities, etc., should be distinguished. Because it is said in the scriptures: 'For each accomplishment of activity, one should understand.' The classification of mantras combined with accomplishment and activity follows the teachings of Acharya Sangye Sangwa. Fourth, explaining the concluding ritual and its benefits, including: 11-515 Explaining the great accomplishment ritual and its benefits, and the empowerment ritual and its benefits. The Great Accomplishment Ritual and Its Benefits Firstly, to illustrate that upon manifestation, one attains the merit of obtaining sovereignty, avoids the causes of diminishing merit, and diligently engages in recitation and meditation, gradually attaining whatever fruit. Purifying all sins, eliminating all suffering. Moreover, through diligent practice of recitation and meditation, when the practitioner reaches a state of equanimity, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas know that they are capable of being blessed, all deities abide in their respective abodes, the practitioner is watched with compassionate eyes, and the secret mantra manifests or approaches. At this time, the practitioner should also focus on meditation and recitation, not be confused, and diligently exert effort. Therefore, the virtuous imprints arising from the meditation and recitation of the secret mantra, due to their constant union with the fruit, possess power. Therefore, its ripening immediately manifests. This ripening, due to mindfulness, becomes the common accomplishment of Vidyadhara (knowledge holder) etc., and is the result of the union of secret mantras. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These practitioners will achieve accomplishment. 11-516 Then, gradually, the Bodhisattva arising from the practice of secret mantras, or the Samadhi of the noble Vajrapani, with the secrets of body, speech, and mind as its object, through the sequence, will transform until the later continuum becomes Buddha. Therefore, by washing away the imprints of sins, one will not find the occasion to produce the ripening of results, hence it is called purification of sins and absence of suffering. Thus, by reciting and meditating, the qualities of the practitioner arise, revealing the secret mantras as the cause of turning towards manifestation. Such recitation and meditation, if one has not clearly seen the mandala, no matter how one recites the mantra, one will not attain accomplishment. Because there is no occasion to teach those who have not seen the mandala and have not received empowerment, and empowerment also depends on the practice and the great practice mandala. In order to explain the practice and the great practice ritual, it is said: 'It is the root of all tantras.' For this, one needs pure view and pure conduct. The view is not like that spoken by the Tirthikas, the Vaibhashikas, the followers of the Sutras, and those who consider themselves insiders, because it harms the excellent lineage. 11-517 Then, what is it? It is abiding only in the particularly excellent Madhyamaka school, because it abides without exceeding and without contradicting the principle of the two truths. There are three conducts: relying on the conduct of truth, the paramitas, and the secret mantras. Among them, the most excellent is the conduct of secret mantras. For beginners, if they rely on the complete ritual, they can achieve accomplishment, so it is taught: 'One should make the limbs of the ritual complete.' Thus, the glorious Sri Sarva is well adorned. The limbs of the ritual are also said in the tantra: 'First abide in the preparation, completely accomplish the ritual of the ground, then draw the mandala according to wealth, and rely on it to perform the practice.' These detailed classifications have already been taught in the common tantras, so they are not repeated, and only a brief explanation is given here. Thus, by practicing, even in temporary situations, the faculties of sentient beings decline, or if the six faculties of sentient beings have problems, they can return to normal, and sentient beings whose lifespan is exhausted or about to end can also recover.
