To grasp these (actions), it also demonstrates practices that align with the actions. Therefore, it is called the Action Tantra or the Dual Tantra, being examined and proclaimed separately. The inner practice mainly focuses on meditating on the yoga of skillful means and wisdom, hence it is the Yoga Tantra. As stated in the Mayajala Tantra: 'This tantra primarily focuses on meditation.' And in the commentary of 'The Conqueror of the Three Realms': 'Yoga is the state of mind resting in equanimity.' Through this, in order to accomplish the benefit of Bodhisattvas through the means of mantras, various methods such as mantras, mudras, and initiations are combined, hence it is called the Yoga Tantra. Alternatively, the vast wisdom of conventional truth is omniscience, the profound wisdom of ultimate truth is omnirecognition, and the yoga that combines these two without duality is the main teaching, hence it is the Yoga Tantra. In the Vajrasekhara Sutra, it says: 'What is the meaning of yoga? It is the vast and supreme Dharma, and the ultimate of the profound. One who possesses omniscience and omnirecognition is said to have yoga.' The non-dual union of skillful means and wisdom is yoga, and it is the most supreme of all tantras, hence it is great. Because there is no tantra higher than it, it is unsurpassed. The Uttaratantra of the Guhyasamaja Tantra says: 'How rare and difficult to find! This is the method to accomplish enlightenment. It is the most supreme of all tantras, called the Guhyasamaja Tantra.' The Vajrahṛdayālaṃkāra Tantra says: 'Bhagavan, the wisdom of all Tathagatas is immaculate, the Bodhicitta is a jewel, please explain the unsurpassed.' The Gurutantra also says: 'How rare! The Tantra of the Dakinis is the most supreme of all tantras, easy to understand yet difficult to realize, and if understood, it is as if not understood.' Its commentary says: 'It is the guru of all tantras.' This refers to the Anuttarayoga Tantra, which is the guru of the Kriya Tantra and the Charya Tantra. The third distinction is: the distinction of the practitioner, the distinction of the ripening empowerment, the distinction of the path of manifest realization, and the distinction of the vows to be protected, which have already been explained as the adornment of the three vows. The distinction of the way the tantra itself abides in its essence is: The Sarvatathāgata-jñāna-vajra-samuccaya Tantra says: 'In the center of the retinue of consorts, abiding in the samadhi of great bliss in the form of a Chakravartin.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Perfectly dwelling in the bhaga (auspiciousness) of the consort of Na (Sanskrit: na, meaning: no), Diligently practicing with the six-syllable mantra of Vajra, which is contrary to worldly behavior and wonderfully inconceivable, this dwells in the Mahayoga Tantra. Playing with the vidyā (knowledge) goddesses in the wheel of the mandala, and practicing the actions and deeds arising therefrom, this dwells in the Ubhaya Tantra. Diligently practicing the characteristics of the mudrā (seal) object of the vast Kriya Tantra to accomplish what should be accomplished, this dwells in the Carya Tantra. Visualizing fear and being extremely clean, Without the supreme bliss of the jñānasattva (wisdom being), without the pride of oneself as the deity, without inconceivable conduct, and diligently practicing the conceptualization of the water of faults, this dwells in the Kriya Tantra. Diligently practicing mantras, medicines, fire offerings, future lives, eye medicine, 11-289 Swift feet, and other great siddhis (accomplishments), this dwells in the Kalpana Tantra. The meaning of the above is easy to understand. The Ubhaya Tantra is explained as the Yoga Tantra by Śrāddhākaravarmā. Visualizing extreme fear and being clean means visualizing fear and being extremely clean in the profound meaning. The meaning of 'without the supreme bliss of the jñānasattva and without the pride of oneself as the deity' is to visualize oneself as the deity and not to integrate the jñānasattva into it. This view also appears in the Kṛṣṇāri Commentary and the Tent Commentary, etc. However, Ācārya Buddhasamgupta, in the Commentary on the Later Samādhi, quotes the Śrī Samgrahā Tantra as saying: 'One should practice the absence of self in phenomena, and the yoga of the deity is explained in many scriptures, so it is not elaborated here.' Therefore, in those tantras, the form of the deity is visualized as it is, and the recitation is spoken with the sound of the mantra in samādhi. Those that were not explained due to the taming of disciples are explained in the Ārya Suvikrāntavikrāmi and the Śrī Samgrahā Tantra, which summarize the rituals of all tantras. In the Summary of the Sadhana of the Well-Accomplished Tantra composed by Ācārya Bodhicitta, 11-290 It should not be considered simultaneously that the order of yoga for accomplishing the deity from the Kriya Tantra is not explained. The Bhagavan mostly did not explain it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
