第一种是:如《显明上师》中所说:‘坛城被说成是身体,坛城被说成是bhaga(藏文:བྷ་ག་,梵文天城体:भग,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:吉祥),坛城是菩提心,坛城被说成是三种。’ 如《第一誓言》中所说:‘身体的感官、bhaga(藏文:བྷ་ག་,梵文天城体:भग,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:吉祥)、心,坛城变成三种形式,其他不是五种颜色。’ 关于身体的坛城,在Samputa(藏文:སམྦུ་ཊ,梵文天城体:सम्पुट,梵文罗马拟音:samputa,汉语字面意思:容器)中说:‘嘿噜嘎等本尊,根脉形象美丽而真实地显现,身体的坛城令人愉悦,四门如所说。’

And, because there is nothing he does not hear, he is called 'Ear,' he makes all the stable and moving world one taste with his own nature, therefore he is called 'Existing covering everything.' This is the practice of the vase empowerment, the method of accomplishing the conventional truth. In the mandala of the body, visualize the lama as the Sambhogakaya. Second, in the mandala of the body, accomplishing the lama as the Sambhogakaya. This includes the order of the tantras, the order of the mantras, the order of wisdom, and the order of the secret, four in total. The first is: As stated in 'Manifestation of the Lama': 'The mandala is said to be the body, the mandala is said to be bhaga, the mandala is the bodhicitta, the mandala is said to be three.' As stated in 'The First Vow': 'The body's senses, bhaga, mind, the mandala becomes three forms, the others are not five colors.' The first two are the method of accomplishing the ultimate truth, the practice of secret and wisdom, the method of combining the remaining four. Regarding the mandala of the body, in the Samputa it says: 'Heruka and other deities, the root forms appear beautifully and truly, the mandala of the body is delightful, the four doors as spoken.' Therefore, one should contemplate its meaning as follows: The two feet spread out in the shape of a bow, representing wind; the triple junction is a triangle, representing fire; the abdomen is round, representing water; the chest is square; the spine is the king of mountains, Mount Meru; the head is the top of Mount Meru; the ribs are the tent; the body is one fathom long, an equal square, representing the palace; the body, speech, and mind are the four doors; the tip of the nose is the stable for four horses; the eight feet are the pillars; the wind of the five aggregates is the wall; the five desirable qualities are the cloth, the five elements are the posts; the intestines and tendons are the net; the uvula is the window; the jaw is the bird's wing; the teeth are the fence; the brain and marrow are the central raised ornaments; the eyes and other senses and the six consciousnesses are the wheel of dharma and the ornaments of deer, etc., as the supporting body mandala. In its center, the support is the three-pointed wheel and the four wheels, along with the root-womb of the crown chakra, the great bliss wheel, where the sun, moon, and Rahu are mixed into one. Within it, the seed syllable(藏文:སོན་པའི་རྩ་ཡིག་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) is 'హం(藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం)' adorned with a headless dot, one taste with the wisdom of bodhicitta, the vajra body of the lama. Outside, the sixteen vowels are adorned with the moon, the hero. Embracing it are the thirty-two root-petals, the heroine. In the heart chakra, the root-womb is a mixture of ro, brkyang, and avadhuti. Within it, the seed syllable(藏文:རྩ་ཡིག་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) is the dripping 'ཧཱུཾ་(藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:हुं)', the mind of the lama. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
