A person in a rainbow five-colored tent came and said, 'Child Gyaras, don't stay, hurry to practice! In the mandala of Tsari (holy mountain), there is the heart cave of the Dakini rock, there is the accomplishment of the food of the continent, there is the blessing of the mother and the Dakinis, enlightenment without practice is there!' After saying that, he disappeared, so he was determined to go to Tsari. He gradually arrived at Drikung, and let his companions return to their respective homes. He himself, in the state of knowing the Guru Yoga, held his breath. On that day, he arrived in U-Tsang (one of the three main regions of Tibet). He met Gnyos, Agar, and Chos. They asked, 'Who are you?' He replied, 'I am Ling Ras, a disciple of Gusbochhe, Gyaras Mig Poche.' They asked, 'Then where are you going now?' He replied, 'I am going to open the gate of Tsari.' They said, 'There, you need the means of the Tsogkhorlo (gathering wheel), you need the objects of wisdom, so you must go with many followers, otherwise you cannot pass.' He said, 'You do that, I don't need those.' It seems that the objects of wisdom they were talking about were meat and wine.' He walked with them, when a young boy riding a golden horse came and said, 'Lamas, if you go up from here, there is only fog.' He followed the boy's instructions, so later that place was called Fog. This is the gate of Nubphyang. Then he arrived at Kha-lding brag 'og. When he lived there, Gnyos came and repeatedly said, 'Friend Gyaras's residence is so comfortable!' He replied, 'If you like it, be friends.' He also went to Mar Thab, and when he arrived at Sbalpa Gyu-tsho, a terrifying frog as big as a yak blocked the way and would not let him pass. Gnyos thought, 'If I practice Samadhi, will it calm down?' Agar thought, 'If I practice the generation stage of Vajrabhairava, will it calm down?' Palchen Chos-yes thought, 'If I throw Torma (sacrificial cake), will it calm down?' At this time, Chos-rje Gyaras jumped behind the frog without hesitation. Gnyos Chenpo said, 'Friend, don't do that! This Naga (serpent) is vicious and will harm your own life and the followers of future generations.' Rje Gyaras said, 'If I live long, I will live to fifty-one, and if I live short, I will live to fifty-one. In the future, a spring will gush out from under the threshold, and at that time my followers will have to move from here no matter what.' After saying that, he trampled on the frog. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

当他在那里安顿下来时,噶当巴(འགར་དམ་པ་,a master of the Kadampa school of Tibetan Buddhism)来了,说:‘朋友的住处真舒适啊!’ 之后,法王嘉惹巴(ཆོས་རྗེ་རྒྱ་རས་པ་,Chöje Gyarepa,a prominent figure in the Drukpa Kagyu school)突然从乔钦(སྐྱོབས་ཆེན་,a place name)出发,非人幻化出许多女性生殖器的形象来阻挡道路。

I transformed into a place, where many exceedingly splendid footprints appeared. How wondrous! Then, when he went to the remote region, he joined the ranks of hundreds of thousands of ḍākinīs (མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་, female spirit) of wisdom and accomplished action. When he settled there, Gar Dampa (འགར་དམ་པ་, a master of the Kadampa school of Tibetan Buddhism) came and said, 'Friend's dwelling is delightful!' I offered, 'If it pleases your mind, then be my closest friend yourself.' After that, Chöje Gyarepa (ཆོས་རྗེ་རྒྱ་རས་པ་, Chöje Gyarepa, a prominent figure in the Drukpa Kagyu school) suddenly departed from Kyöchen (སྐྱོབས་ཆེན་, a place name), and non-humans conjured many images of female genitalia to block the path. 4-243 He transformed the secret vajra (གསང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་, guhyavajra) into a usable tool and struck those illusions with it, and they turned into rocks, leaving clear traces. He found a marrow cavity in the stone. There, he appointed the farming ḍākinī Dorje Yüdrönma (རྡོ་རྗེ་གཡུའི་སྒྲོན་མ་, Dorje Yüdrönma) as Dampa (དམ་པ་, Dampa). She said, 'I will be your protector.' He replied, 'I don't need a female protector.' She said, 'Even if the venerable one doesn't need it, in the future your followers will occupy this place. At that time, we can even be yak herders.' She vowed to promise. The great female physician Ngele (སྨན་བཙུན་ཆེན་མོ་ངེས་ལས་, Menchun Chenmo Ngele) made the mudra (ཕྱག་རྒྱ་, mudra) of certainty. The farming lion-faced one (ཞིང་སྐྱོང་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་པ་ཅན་, Shingkyong Senge Dongchen) vowed to listen to all commands. After that, he went down. When he sat on the spontaneously arising playful throne, the directional guardian Yama (ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་གཤིན་རྗེའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་, Chokyong Shinje Gyalpo) appeared before him in the pleasing form of an eight-year-old boy. He took the upasaka vows (དགེ་བསྙེན་, upasaka vows) and was given the name Chikchar Marpo (ཅིག་ཅར་དམར་པོ་, Chikchar Marpo). He acted as before and left. He and those people and Shakam (ཤ་སྐམ་, Shakam) met at the summit. He said, 'Today, friend Gyarepa will hold a gathering.' They promised, saying, 'We will do so.' He first took a breath and then left, and the farmers gathered to watch. When he begged from them, an unimaginable amount of butter appeared. When the friends arrived, 4-244 They grandly performed the tsok kyi khorlo They piled the unused food there, so that place was called 'White Stone Plain' (དཀར་རྡོག་ཐང་, Kar Tok Tang), and now it has become a large mound called 'White Hill' (དཀར་གོང་, Kar Gong). Shikmo Trak Tri (ཞིག་མོ་ཁྲག་ཁྲི་, Shikmo Trak Tri) also came along. After that, when the sun was at noon, the sky became dark, and the stars became like drops of blood, the three masters Nyö (གཉོས་, Gnyos), Gar (འགར་, Gar), and Chö (ཆོས་, Chö) postponed their arrival. Chöje Gyarepa said, 'Here there is great food accomplishment, there is the blessing of mothers and ḍākinīs, there is a place for meditators to rely on, there is a place for Dharma practitioners to throw stones, there is a place for me, the yogi Gyarepa, to go.' Having said this, he left without hesitation. He pierced through the red and black blood lake (དམར་ནག་རཀྟར་, marnag rakta). Lhamo Ekajati (ལྷ་མོ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི་, Lhamo Ekajati) (Tibetan: Lhamo Ekajati, Sanskrit Devanagari: एकजटी, Sanskrit Romanization: Ekajaṭī, Chinese literal meaning: One-braided Mother) and her retinue appeared and accepted his vows. No matter how much it rains, disciples of the Drukpa (འབྲུག་པ་, Drukpa) lineage who hold the vows will arrive here. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
