他任命格西拉鼎让炯巴(dGe ba'i bshes gnyen lha sdings rab 'byams pa)为冈底斯山(gangs ti se)的金刚持。

He built many statues, including a golden statue of Dwags po rin po che (Gampopa). He established a Tantric college and requested Chos rje thugs rje grags pa to be appointed as a teacher. He had great attainments in Tantra and was proficient in many subjects such as grammar (ka la pa) and astrology (dkar rtsis). He completely received all the empowerments, transmissions, explanations, and instructions from the Gyalwa Rinpoche (Victorious One). He was skilled in teaching and debate. However, he himself did not live to the end. All the monastic systems and colleges were managed by the teacher. In that year, at Sos rdo rje gling, he gave the empowerment of twenty-eight mandalas according to the Vajra Garland ritual of the accomplished master Abhayākara to more than five hundred people, led by the Uche (chant leader) and monks, who requested the empowerment. He said that in this way, he received the empowerment of forty-five mandalas and about three hundred mixed mandalas. He said that in the forty-five mandalas, he added the Vajra Amrita of his own tradition, the three lineages. He was granted the transmission of the Indian treatise 'Yoga Completion Garland', the ritual, and the three types of fire offerings. He appointed Geshe Lhading Rabjampa as the Vajra Holder of Mount Kailash. He was initially golden in color and completed all his studies in the exoteric teachings. Relying on 'dzin ram nam mkha' rbad gcod, he received the transmission of the Kangyur (Buddha's words). He heard all the empowerments, instructions, and key points from the Omniscient One. After being promoted to Vajra Holder, he became the guru of the King of Purang, Smon lam lhun grub, and the Kings of Mon. He became the master of the Kachar Temple. He ascended the throne of Le chen rin chen bzang po and was known as Dorje Dzinpa Dorje Rabjampa. His activities were very extensive. Later, he also received valuable offerings such as the statues of Guhyasamaja and Manjushri Vajra made of white copper. The King of Maryul, as a patron, laid the foundation for a new Tantric college and requested a teacher who was proficient in teaching. He considered Bhikshu Phende Rabphel, who was proficient in Tantra, suitable to be a teacher, so he appointed him and gave him support. He became the guru of the king and ministers, initiated the tradition of teaching Tantra, and contributed to Buddhism. At Byams chen chos gling, when he gave the empowerment of Tsepakme Drubgyal Lhamangs (Amitayus, the King of Attainments, and the assembly of deities), the crowd of monks and laypeople filled the assembly hall, the gatehouse, and the corridor. He said, 'In order to leave an impression on Tantra, there should be no one nearby.' There was no one else. Someone said, 'There are some Mutopa (non-believers).' He said, 'Let them also enter the ranks of the empowerment.' The young monks who were serving found that some of the kusha grass did not have leaves during the preparation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Merely saying 'I am a beggar,' (you) bestowed treatment no different from great lamas. Invited to བྱར་སྟག་རྩེར་ (place name), you took your seat. From then on, you began the transmission of the secret mantras, completely bestowing all the tantras until You completely performed the empowerment ritual of (Glorious Goddess Secret Accomplishment) according to the lineage. At that time, ངག་དབང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གྲགས་པ་ (person name), the ruler from རིན་སྤུངས་ (place name), sent a detailed letter, condensing the essence of the message, and presented gifts, including an exquisite statue of Shakyamuni Buddha made of ཛྷཻ་ཀྵིམ་ (a material), symbolizing the enlightened Buddha entering the town. Simultaneously, the virtuous friend བྲག་དམར་བ་རབ་བརྟན་དཔལ་འབར་ (person name) also arrived. 'We follow in the footsteps of the Buddha.' If we act according to your instructions, who else could be greater than your image? Therefore, (you) made the core content of the letter meaningful. This sacred object was given as the main object of veneration for the new monastery You bestowed the sadhana upon some, headed by that virtuous friend. You showed him particular favor. Later, he became the Khenpo of In འབྲུ་མང་པོ་ (place name), at the beginning of the Earth Tiger year, close to the time when ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བྱ་ཁྲི་ (person name) was appointed as an official, you went to ཆོས་རྒྱལ་གླིང་ (place name). You displayed the arrangements for maintaining the previous good governance. In the assembly hall on the top floor of the magnificent palace, on the ornate throne adorned with all wealth and decorations, You arranged the seats for the patrons. At the auspicious time when he was appointed as an official, this great being was surrounded by all his attendants, virtuous friends, and many vidyadharas. Holding in his hand a fine vase filled with jewels and the essence of auspicious nectar, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree, he crowned the prince (རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་རིགས, royal prince) from the crown of his head with auspicious verses. You bestowed upon him the seven precious royal emblems and granted the blessings of enthronement. You bestowed the true words of dominion over the entire southern region of Tibet, including People enjoyed many days of celebration.
