Then I began to compose 'The Dakini's Guidance' (Phagmo Lhakhri). When it was half finished, I thought, 'All the oral transmissions (Nyen Gyü) are written down, it seems there is no place for arising.' In calculating, I dreamed of a painter who completely painted an image of the Two Truths (Dennyi), with a white complexion and a reddish glow, very vivid, and then handed it to me, so I wrote it all down. At that time, I explained all the Completion Stages (Dzogrim) as if spreading out a Thangka. Rinpoche (Rinpoche) was staying in Klowo Gyaltse, and after hearing this, it is said that the Tulku Rinpoche of the Drukpa Kagyu (Drukpa) was explaining all the profound oral transmissions (Nyen Gyü) at the assembly. If you do that, it will be detrimental to your lifespan. Don't do it, he gave teachings and instructions. I thought that if our own teachings were too secret, they might lose their roots and gradually decline, so I said this. At that time, a great Smönpa practitioner came. He was very intelligent and seemed to be well-versed in the Kalachakra (Dü Khor) and other tantras. He stayed with me for three or four days. The teacher Sherlek and others seemed to be asking questions. Because I was humble, I seemed to be avoiding them. I also wanted to say something, but every day was very full. He seemed to enjoy listening to the explanations of the tantras. After about four days, I asked him a question about the difficult points of the Kalachakra (Dü Khor) and others, but he was completely unable to give an explanation. This made him feel ashamed. He said that he had asked many teachers for Dharma, but had never seen anyone more learned than me. Later, he often quoted my words as examples. At that time, my disciple, the practitioner named Geshe Rigwang, was attracted by a hermit's lifestyle and went to Upper Ngari (Ngari Tö). The king of Lhopa in Zangkar (Zangkar) renounced the throne and became a monk, gradually arriving there. It is said that he was very brave and reckless in worldly life, did many bad things, and now regrets it very much. He didn't seem to want to postpone the Dharma to later. He shaved his head, took the vows of a novice monk (Getsül), and changed his name to Gönpen Sangpo. He worked very hard, never put his head on a pillow to sleep, didn't sleep lazily, and didn't indulge in unrestrained food and drink. Wherever he went, as soon as he arrived, he immediately began to meditate. His practice was very good. Not long after, the descendant of the accomplished Ugyenpa (Ugyenpa), the Dharma Lord Putrapa (Chöje Putrapa), arrived. In addition, there were very many Geshes (Geshe), and the Dharma was very prosperous. In the autumn, I was taken to Lhozhak (Lhozhak). It is said that a reincarnation of Dampa Rinpoche (Dampe Rinpoche), the son living in Lhomöntang (Lhomöntang), they wanted to send him here. The Dharma Lord Pawo Rinpoche (Chöje Pawo Rinpoche) from Growolung (Growolung), the reincarnated Chögyal Döndrup (Chögyal Döndrup), was preventing him because he was worried that the patron of Layakpa (Layakpa) would change his mind, so he seemed to be taking precautions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was no detailed investigation of the reincarnation. At that time, it was rumored that a treasure was discovered from Gnam-skas-can. At that treasure site, the name of the treasure was erased and could not be seen clearly. I visited Guru Lha-khang. A descendant of the Dorje Lingpa family showed the 'Theg-mchog mdzod' (Supreme Vehicle Treasure), and after carefully reading it, I understood all of the Semde (Mind Section), Longde (Space Section), and Mengagde (Instruction Section) of Dzogchen (Great Perfection) clearly. After that, I went to Padma Gling. When I arrived at spel byung, my companions, the officials of Phyong-gyas, including the Zangs-dkar rgyal-po (King of Zangs-dkar), Chos-rje spu-tra-pa, the elder Chos-rje gser-tog, and the great lama Bsam-rgyal-ba, and many other pilgrims from Gro-bo lung. I said to them, 'This time Chos-rje is here, wouldn't it be good to meet him? In any case, you should go to meet Chos-rje, whether you listen to the Dharma or not, but he seems to be an important holder of the Karma pa teachings, so offering and so on should be done.' Although I strongly advised them, some of them were too arrogant to be persuaded, and in the end, they left without listening. There were about two hundred monks divided into two groups. The first group seemed to have been sponsored by Chos-rje, but when the common people went to see him, he did not receive them. He favored the powerful and received them. The people of Phyong-gyas did not make offerings, and others seemed to be affected by this and did not make offerings, which displeased Chos-rje, who may have thought that I was interfering. After that, wherever he went, he seemed to be targeting me, but I didn't care. He also restricted the later people, not allowing them to worship freely. Later, in g.yul rgyal rdzong, I dreamed that the Lha-khang gi rgyal-po (King of Lha-khang), Klu-mo lcong-ma, and other peaceful deities came to greet me. After that, I arrived at Lha-khang. At that time, someone seemed to be taking care of zhi byed (Pacification), but I did not think that the oral instruction was in accordance with many scriptures and the system of oral instructions. There, one dawn, I imagined arriving at Ding-ri glang-'khor. In the center of the vast plain, there was a mountain standing like a pig, and I went to the foot of the mountain covered with dark rocks, where I met a person who fully symbolized the image of sangs rgyas (Buddha), radiant like the sun, and was teaching the Dharma. He greeted me with a joyful smile and blessed me, and I immediately understood the meaning of eliminating the suffering of the path. Just then, I dreamed that he said, 'You are the holder of this teaching.' When I woke up, I understood all the key points of the zhi byed (Pacification) path. But at that time, I did not receive permission to write. After that... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
