那时,我正在做 Ri ma ba(利美巴,不分教派者)的工作。

His actions and demeanor made it impossible for anyone to be completely satisfied. Even someone like a secular leader, he valued greatly. People also seemed to be gossiping about it. Moreover, he didn't seem too willing to meet with others. As for me, the lama of Dpal 'byor lhun sdings pa (Mountain of Assembled Wealth) bestowed upon me the title of Bzod pa ba (Patient One). If I went to Pa snam (place name), I would have to meet with him and inquire about how I should act. As for how I should act, you can do whatever you want, I don't need any restrictions. I agreed to meet with him. On the day of arrival, I stayed between the monasteries as usual, providing service. The next day, the fifteenth, we met. It was said that ten officials and scholars had come. More than twenty of us went. The secular leader seemed to value those ten founders very much. In terms of etiquette, he only greeted us at the door. On a cushion, he gave me a very elaborate three-tiered cushion and bolster. And he himself sat on a white cushion, with a Kṛṣṇa sara (black antelope) skin spread out. We sat facing each other, very close to the shrine room. All the attendees gathered in the outer hall of the shrine room. After tea, they began to recite prayers praising the wise and the paṇḍitas. After that, they immediately began to interrogate. Then, he asked many questions about the Dharma. I answered them one by one. After the meeting, we had been doing merit ceremonies, so we did a merit ceremony. The secular leader went to have lunch. After these two things were over, since I had no offerings, we talked through questions and answers until late at night. The next day, he said he needed an empowerment. At that time, I was doing the work of Ri ma ba (Rimé, non-sectarian). I dreamed that I had completed a very exquisite lineage collection of Bde mchog 'khor lo (Cakrasamvara) in the courtyard of a maṇḍala, with dhāraṇī mantras and emblems. Later, this seemed to foreshadow my establishment of a mantra college in Gyal byed tshal (Victory Garden). The next day, the realized one of 'Phags rgyal dul (Holy Victory Tamed) said to come, so I had to go. But because they said to come, the secular leader himself proofread the Thig btab pa (lined) stupa emblems, etc., of the Kun rig bu ngor (All-Knowing Boy) tradition, so I had to stay until sunset. The secular leader was very happy. He said that the lama of the realized one was delayed. After that, they didn't seem to value the founders very much either. While we were staying in 'Phags rgyal (Holy Victory), the secular leader sent most of his entourage to visit. They said, 'This person is a holy person, so respect him. Those who respect him will receive more respect, and those who do not respect him will receive less respect.' At their encouragement, I heard a commotion. Apart from the offerings of about twenty thousand and the cost of establishing a practice community in Pos skya (place name), all the others were offered to Rje (Venerable) in Ralung (place name). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From then on, the five deities were transmitted. I saw the golden figure. At that time, Khenpo (abbot), who was also a disciple of Je Lama (Tsongkhapa), was Khampa Bum Rapjampa, a great scholar. The teachers Slobpon Pelchokpa, Drakpa Tokmeba, and Doring Gonpowa, etc., were all learned individuals. They had very pleasant conversations and gave Dharma teachings. At that time, the teacher Slobpon Pelchokpa did not have any temple offerings, so I gave him a beautiful jade to buy land. As a result, Khartsewa obtained one hundred 'khal' of land, which became the educational land for Changra Dratsangwa. When I arrived at Samdrub Lhatse, the new local official of Nyukyal Khangna was sitting there, so I went to visit him. I gave a long-life initiation to the father and son and stayed for one night. Hawo Gompa and Lakhawa carried me. After passing through the circumambulation route of Jyasang, passing through Nyamo, at that time the new local official Choje Khyentsepa came out to greet me. The current Khenpo of Thubten Namgyal was also among the attendants. I presented the teacher and disciples with the Gyalwa Rinpoche's (Dalai Lama) Eight Great Oral Transmissions, as well as the permission of Mahakala, etc. The following year, when I went to Ralung, I presented Hevajra Lhenkye (Sahajasambhara), Phagmo (Vajravarahi), Tendrel Labdrup (Praise of Interdependent Origination), etc. He served as the abbot of Shalu Gompa. I appointed him as the Khenpo of Bodong E. A mantra holder, renowned for his wisdom. Later, I arrived at Satrak Drubde. Usually, at the New Year of the Iron Dog year, I did a retreat, but the people of Panam strongly urged me to leave. I stayed at Zhikha rtser. For a few days, he was satisfied with the Dharma questions. Two or three times, I showed the binding documents made by the local official himself, as well as the seal of Je Drung Mikyo Dorje. I told them that I must make every effort to reach Lhasa as soon as possible. I heard from Gepe that he wanted to do a retreat in Shalu. If you go there in the afternoon, the monks will be drunk, behave rudely, and even firewood will be a problem. Gawa Dong is the warm residence of Bachhen Rinpoche Ngakpa, it would be better to do a retreat there. Because I didn't like dilapidated temples very much, I accepted his kindness and continued my studies. Later, because I wanted to go to an uncertain place, I did not agree. But he persuaded me again, if you don't do that, then it would be pleasant to live in Sampel. Stay here for about a year. I will provide salaries for the teacher and disciples, and ask them what books they need. I thought, even if I promised, it would be okay. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
