The instructions on the six circles. From Paṇḍita Gāyādhara's son, who knows the five places and has attained accomplishment, at Tipu Sangngak Dongpo, Jetsün Rechenpa fully heard them. From Tipu's words: In general, from the tantras that are like an ocean of milk, the essential instructions, like the essence of butter, are hidden here. The Paṇḍitas speak of them in a roundabout way, they are like the heart of the accomplished ones, armor for the yogis who frequent charnel grounds, the medicine of the Kusālis. Other than Je Nāropa, no other Paṇḍitas, lords of yoga, or Kusālis have them. Because you are a vessel with the fortune and karma, I am teaching you. Now is not the time to teach, in a terrifying rocky place in Tibet that resembles the form of a wrathful deity, in a place where ḍākinīs gather, entrust it to all the ḍākinīs and spirits. After three generations, a worthy person will come to take it, give it into their hands, make great aspirations, and seal it as a treasure. Jetsün Rechenpa said: The guru's words are like the king's command, impossible to break. The instructions that cannot be found even if one circles the world are very precious, but I will do as you say. After making this promise, he buried it as a treasure in Lhodrak Kharchu Dewikoti. After three generations, Grant the essential instructions, like the essence of butter, to the fortunate one who wears the sky as clothing, whose crown is a flower of compassion. Be his Dharma protector, increase his retinue and possessions. As it was said, three generations have passed, please reveal it. Its catalogue: Homage to the Three Jewels! I take refuge in the guru, yidam, and ḍākinīs. May the lineage gurus bless me. A wondrous method of curing illness that arose in the mind of the great Paṇḍita Nāropa, called 'Transforming Thoughts into the Path,' and the two, the evil mantra and the razor of life. The border between Mön and Tibet, the place known as Lhodrak Kharchu, northeast of the footprint of the accomplished Namkhai Nyingpo, it is hidden inside a rock that resembles an old woman smiling. Pass this on in stages to a student who is like your heart, do not reveal it within three generations, as there is a seal of command from my guru. If revealed, the vows will be broken. Then, through the guru's blessings, you will always meet someone with karma, and it will be of great benefit. This is Jetsün's handwriting, entrusted to Sumpa, and Sumpa also gave it to you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In addition, he bestowed scattered teachings such as 'The Treatise on Equality of Taste' by Tipu, and some oral instructions. Then, he prostrated to the Lama and departed. Lama Ngokpa Dorje Senge (Vajra Lion) stayed for a while in the assembly where he was giving Dharma teachings. After that, he prepared to go to Khar-chu. While begging for alms of tsampa (roasted barley flour) at Dolgyi Serten, Jetsun Ling passed away. He sank into the swamp of sorrow, lamenting, 'The sun that guides beings has completely set, and we helpless ones have lost our protector and refuge!' He lamented and went to Na-phu with a heavy heart, striving for Dengong (completion of aspirations), building a Dungten (stupa), singing songs about Rje's (a respectful title) stupa and the consecration ceremony, completing Rje's unfinished work, and guiding four people including Lowa Yegon. He went to Tsang Ralung, bringing various necessities including a horse to Na-phu, offering them to Ama Jomo, and in winter, he went to Khar-chu with six attendants including Jyar Gom and Sher Yes. There, he suffered from poverty and cold, and his body became weak. The locals called him 'the seven demon sisters'. His attendants said, 'Whatever good deeds we do is enough, what's the use of suffering here?' He replied, 'You go back to a comfortable place, I will stay here.' He practiced diligently and meditated in retreat for three years. A person named Jowo Kunga Dra became his patron, providing three 'bre' (a unit of volume) of tsampa per month for his living. His attendants could not bear it and left. After a while, Rje also fell seriously ill and became very weak. At that time, both internal and external obstacles appeared simultaneously, and no matter what he did, he could not feel comfortable. To others, he seemed to be living comfortably, but in reality, he was facing great difficulties. Ominous signs such as omens of death appeared, no one greeted him, and there was no place to confide his pain. When he felt very painful, the army of the four maras, yakshas, gandharvas, mahoragas, flesh-eating demons, pretas, rakshasas, yamas, nagas, asuras, gandharvas, kinnaras, etc., appeared in terrifying forms, causing chills, and countless terrifying scenes gathered together, making huge terrifying sounds, and countless sharp weapons were thrown, even the king of mountains was lifted and smashed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
