To summarize the oral instructions and hand gestures, it involves recognizing the nature of reality through three methods of training, cultivating self-luminous clarity through three practices, and measuring the signs of its realization through three levels of proficiency. Firstly, it relies on the leisure of body, speech, and mind, establishing a foundation on three immovabilities, and manifesting through three key points. The first is to relax without doing, saying, or thinking anything with body, speech, and mind, which is necessary for balancing the winds and mind. The second is the eye-wind, which involves focusing on three objects without moving, which is necessary for the actual appearance of clear light. The third involves placing the king on the throne, imprisoning the ministers, and subduing the populace. The first is to look at the meaning of the six bindus, which are shown as the union of three appearances, through three ways of looking. The key point of the object is empty space, the key point of the door is not moving the gaze (392), and the key point of awareness is to look without distraction. Thus, placing awareness like a king in the heart, focusing on the self-radiance appearing in the sky. Because the self-radiance of the door appears as empty and transparent, the key point is to recognize the self-appearing purity and abide in awareness-emptiness. Imprisoning the ministers means that at this time, the key point of the wind is to slowly exhale and practice holding it out, which is the key point of the natural cessation of permanence. First exhale, then slowly inhale, allowing it to settle naturally in its own place within. Because holding it out is more effective than inhaling, abide in non-conceptual clear emptiness, which is a very important key point here. Subduing the populace means that awareness does not stray from the self-radiance within the sphere of reality, focusing on this, the five sense consciousnesses naturally and spontaneously become non-conceptual and self-liberated, submitting to the rule. The color of light, the bindus like ministers, also submit to the state of awareness, which is the key point of the populace submitting to the rule. The key point of not moving the gaze, slowing the wind, and keeping awareness clear and undistracted (393) is that clear light actually appears and recognizes the self-radiance of awareness. By focusing awareness on the eyes, one can recognize the transparent, empty, clear awareness that arises. Because the door is transparent, the key point is that awareness appears transparent when focusing on it. The three practices are: after recognizing in this way, the state of non-conceptuality, the radiance of self-luminosity, and the nature of impartiality without separation or union, should be constantly practiced. The three levels of proficiency are

Thus, by practicing in this way, knowledge does not become subject to conditions. Conceptual thoughts cease. The arising of the three aspects of overpowering characteristics is the display of signs and measures. These commitments are taught as instructions in the precious oral teachings. Third, there are fifteen categories of conduct that abandon clinging and attachment, which will be explained with two commitments. During meditative equipoise, the mind abides in the nature of reality. Conduct without acceptance or rejection, conduct without clinging to characteristics, conduct of the meaning of the nature of reality. Clear and without conceptualization, conduct of self-aware wisdom. Without effort (394) or accomplishment, conduct of the meaning of view. Not moving from the original state, conduct of the meaning of mind. Not straying from one's own sound, conduct of the meaning of fruition, conduct without difference in the face of awareness. In the post-meditation state, there are two aspects. In the conduct of playing with the nature of reality for one's own benefit, remembering the experience of meditative equipoise in the post-meditation state, conduct is carried out by the mind. Not following the speech of oneself or others, conduct is carried out in one's own place, conduct is carried out in one's own nature. All conduct is carried out as unreal, conduct of self-liberation of the three doors. Without recognition of anything, conduct without attachment. Whatever appears is used as conduct, without making conceptual judgments. Conduct is carried out in a natural and transparent manner, conduct without memory. Without attachment or clinging to anything, conduct without attachment. The three doors are not intentionally blocked. In the great expanse, without making effort, conduct is carried out as self-arising, self-manifesting, without trace, conduct of non-duality, etc., transforming grasping and appearance-mind into the nature of reality. Conduct of great compassion for the benefit of others, whatever appears as benefit for others is the conduct of great compassion. Compassion for sentient beings arises without self-nature (395), accomplishing benefit, is the conduct of compassion's yearning, with these two, the conduct of taming those to be tamed. These are also stated in the Kunsel: Conduct without acceptance or rejection is the supreme conduct because there is nothing to do. Conduct of the meaning of the nature of reality is without characteristics, like the sky. Without seeing phenomena as characteristics, the yogi, with undefiled wisdom, acts like the unconfined sky. Conduct of one's own wisdom is unobstructed, like a mirror. The nature of wisdom is unobstructed, self-appearance is acted upon without self-nature. Conduct of the meaning of view is like a great garuda soaring in the sky. In the great self-arising without effort, self-arising effort.
