Do. Regarding secrets, there are three: the king being enthroned, the ministers being imprisoned, and the subjects being subdued. The first is: self-awareness abiding without moving from its base, that is, in the position of the five bindus (380), self-awareness not being distracted, restraining with any of the three sounds or three key points and abiding. The body adopts the seven-point posture, or any of the postures of a sage, elephant, or lion. The breath goes in and out extremely slowly, the eyes fixed on the center of the sky, this is the intention of the Thus-gone One. Looking straight into space, the neck slightly bent, the chin not placed on the shoulder. The breath approaching self-cessation, this is the bodhisattva's meditation. The eyes looking down, the neck slightly bent. The breath naturally subsiding, this is the mind-holding of gods and humans. Having done this, awareness, empty and clear, does not move from its own place, this is the king being enthroned. The five bindus of the seat are: The bindu of space, the solid earth that is without hardness is: inner space, self-nature, clear light, self-sound, outer space completely pure. The bindu of completely pure space, the gathering water that is without moisture is: the distant hook water lamp, although wisdom truly dwells in the mind, its self-sound manifests completely through the window, like an eagle. The bindu of great wisdom (381), the wind that grows without moving is: the vajra garland bindu, its self-sound fivefold, those that appear coming and going from the center of the sky. The spontaneously accomplished bindu, the fire that burns without heat is: seeing the garland, the wisdom of self-luminous awareness, when immature, the bindu is self-luminous, when mature, it appears as pure body and environment. The spontaneously abiding bindu, the sound-possessing sky that is without pervasiveness is: not appearing externally from self-appearance, but being pure, therefore uniting with the nature of exhaustion, inseparable from the view of primordial purity, one's own face. These five are also: the essence is fundamentally pure in the mind, appearing without interruption, the five wisdoms appearing, abiding spontaneously accomplished, abiding purely in self-appearance. From its sound, the outer realm is the vast blue sky. In the center of the dust-free sky, because it is self-appearance, it is the object of self-appearance. Because the distant hook appears completely through, it is the door of self-appearance. Because it appears as the five wisdom lights, it is the place of self-appearance. Because it appears as the garland bindu, it is the body of self-appearance. (382) Purity appearing as self-appearance, therefore it is the boundary collection of self-appearance.

。It is to join (oneself) to the view of indivisible emptiness and wisdom. The three radiances are shown as the union of three appearances: The sky of the naturally pure object of sight, the wisdom emptiness, the originally pure empty space, is the original radiance of the pure sky, that is, the intermediate space free from dust, like the night sky. Its essence is pure, like a lamp in pure water, wisdom is transparent, it is the self-radiance of the pure nature of reality, like the sky at dawn. Self-appearance arises in the field, light radiance accompanied by bindus, is the radiance of pure wisdom, like the sky at sunrise. These three, when the view abides in the inner space, is the time of the original ground. When the radiance of wisdom is clear in the intermediate space, is the time of the natural radiance. When self-appearance arises outwardly, it is the time of the radiant radiance. Looking at the outer radiant appearance, it arises in the intermediate natural radiance, so it does not move from the inner nature, it is the instruction of the king sitting on the throne. The minister is imprisoned, which is to seize the horse of the outgoing and incoming breath, seize it for a long time outwards, slow down in the middle, (383) and place it inwards in its own place. The mind's scattering ceases, and it naturally abides in non-conceptual samadhi. The mind is like a minister because it engages in many conceptualizations in the field. When the horse is separated from the breath and imprisoned in non-conceptuality, the view abides in immutability, hence it is called the key point of breath. The people are subdued and do not change, which means that the five senses do not conceptualize objects, and wisdom is not distracted by its own radiance but focuses on it, then the key point of the six consciousnesses being naturally liberated. To summarize these, by restraining the way of looking with a long rope, like the king sitting on the throne. The breath is extremely slow, and it is regarded as abiding, like the minister being imprisoned. Wisdom focuses on the wisdom of space, like the people being subdued. Restraining the way of looking, wisdom is clear from within. The breath and mind are calm. The object of focus and grasping are liberated, it is the instruction of showing the Dharmakaya abiding in its own place. These are the three secret methods of practice. Secondly, the things to be practiced are, nature, self (384) three.
