Without, separated from the object of focus, without meditation, without other, all the words about the unmeditable, please understand as I have taught. Thus it is said. Regarding conduct, it is also divided into self and common characteristics, with and without acceptance and rejection. Essence, definition, classification, examples and illustrative words, etc. As it is said in that very text: The essence and definition of conduct, classification, examples and illustrative words, are summarized and explained as the meaning of conduct. The essence of conduct is doing, continuously engaging in meaning. The definition of conduct is that each meaning, harmoniously engages, therefore it is conduct. There are two types of classification, conduct with acceptance and rejection, and conduct without acceptance and rejection. Examples are like a skilled dancer, transforming with various dances, and like the actions of the hands of a skilled craftsman. In all the tantras and agamas I have taught, regarding conduct and activities, and the words of action, as well as the three yogas of superior, intermediate, and inferior, and the conduct of ground, path, and fruit, wherever they appear, I explain as I have taught. (363) Thus it is said. Regarding the fruit, there are also the characteristics of self and common, those who are ultimately perfect. Essence, definition, classification, examples and illustrative words, etc. As it is said in the Explanatory Tantra: The essence and definition of the fruit, classification, similar examples and illustrative words, are summarized and I definitely explain. The essence of the fruit is the complete perfection of view. The definition of the fruit is that liberation, maturation, and completion are ultimate, therefore irreversible. Classification includes with outflows and without outflows. Two examples are the simultaneous completion of different types, like the ripening of fruits and grains, and like the Udumbara flower. In all the tantras and agamas I have taught, wherever the respective fruits appear, they should be understood as explained here. The words representing the fruit are completion, ultimate and complete, maturation and accomplishment, liberation and irreversibility, etc. Initially, it is Arhat, and finally, it is knowing that one has attained one's own ground. Please understand as I have taught. Thus it is said. Thus, the ground, path, and fruit of the two vehicles of self and other, the four of view, meditation (364), conduct, and fruit, are shown. This instruction should be determined as what is to be known, it is shown as an important key to the sutras and vows. Second, the specific methods of practice.

There are four aspects to the teachings: settling with view, sustaining in the state with meditation, abandoning attachment with conduct, and taking the fruit in its own place. First, the wisdom of self-originated awareness, the great perfection of emptiness and clarity, spontaneously present, is free from the extremes of elaboration, free from the categories of permanence and annihilation, free from the calculations of samsara and nirvana, faults and virtues. Being pure from the very beginning, it does not establish things and characteristics. Being spontaneously present, qualities abide in self-completion. Adorned with the wisdom of the three kayas, the view of the single, unchanging bindu of the dharmakaya is the great breakthrough. The self-awareness of unobstructed transparency, without inside, outside, or in-between. Without limitation or partiality, the intention of the Victorious Ones is the wisdom of simultaneous equality. From within the state of self-nature, emptiness, clarity, and spontaneous presence, the self-radiance appears unceasingly as samsara and nirvana. Therefore, all that appears, the outer and inner worlds, happiness and suffering, high and low, self and other, arises from the play of the kayas and wisdom. Self-arising, self-appearing, self-abiding, self-liberating, it transcends all acceptance and rejection, and all effort. Since appearances are nothing other than the self-radiance of one's own appearances, it is the play of self-originated wisdom. Since liberation occurs in the appearance of the play, one does not impose judgments of good or bad on the movement of self-appearance within one's own state. Like dreams moving in the state of sleep, one decides. All outer and inner contents are the self-radiance of awareness, without impurity. Clear appearances are like rainbows, appearing but without inherent existence. In external objects, there is nothing other than one's own mind, and nothing other than mind. One practices in the groundless emptiness. Self-awareness, awareness of emptiness, is rootless. Since its essence is emptiness, it is not established anywhere. Since its nature is clear, the ground appearance is spontaneously present. Compassion is unceasing, and its play arises in any way and makes decisions. At the present time, awareness-emptiness, the dharmakaya, is transparent. One abides in a state without limitation or partiality. One walks in the state, one sleeps in the state, one rises in the state, one eats in the state, one dwells in the state, one speaks in the state, one thinks in the state, one understands in the state, one (366) sees in the state, one meditates in the state, one acts in the state, one is liberated in the state. Just as a bird, wherever it goes, does not go beyond the sky, the yogi knows that whatever appears and whatever he does does not go beyond the self-radiance of the king of views, the self-originated wisdom. This is called practicing the view, it is called deciding with the view, it is called introducing oneself to the view, it is called settling with the view. Since the state of original purity is spontaneously present, it is the great breakthrough.
