until reaching the Avīci hell. Thus it is said. Secondly, regarding the explanation of the Red Path instruction, there are three aspects: the formation of the habitual body, the state of mind and wisdom, and the symbolism of the essential instructions. The first is from the Kunsel: "First, the body forms from the eyes. Then the body gradually develops. From the two eyes, two channels arise. That becomes the knot of the channels. Then the body gradually develops. The branches of the channels all arise. At that time, the citta, and the lungs and other internal organs, the heart and others, are formed separately. (108) This summarizes the way the body is formed." Thus, among the three aspects of body formation, development, and abiding, the first is the union of the father and mother's white and red bindus, and the wind and mind of the gandharva, the being about to be reborn. From the mixture of these four, in the first week, in the center of a tiny mustard seed, in the center of the triangular channel knot, the two eyes are formed. In the second week, from the soft state, in the eastern channel, the essence of blood, as thin as a horsehair split into a hundred pieces, is formed. In the third week, from the hard state, in the southern channel, the essence of flesh is formed. In the fourth week, from the round state, in the western channel, the essence of heat is formed. In the northeast, the essence of breath is formed. In the fifth week, it becomes hard, and the three channels and four chakras are formed. In the sixth week, it forms like a carp in the mother's intestines. In the seventh week, it forms like a turtle, curled up, with limbs slightly visible. In the eighth week, it is like a turtle spreading out (109), the same height as the mother, with the senses and limbs fully formed. The development of the body is: when the wind enters the central channel, the essence of the food eaten by the mother matures and develops the body. In nine months and ten days, the body is especially complete. The Kunsel says: "The way the essence develops the body is: the mother and child are connected by the navel. It develops from the position of the navel. It develops its strength and radiance." Thus it is said. After that, from being born from the womb, the abiding of the body is caused by the increase, abiding, and decrease of the three, channels, wind, and bindus. The channels are the support of the body, and the bindus and wind rely on them. There are three main channels, four chakras, and one hundred thousand branch channels abiding. In that it says: "The front and back channels of the body"

Four years. Although the wheels are interconnected like a net, They are supremely upright, like pillars. The wisdom that generates the three bodies is the abode of the three roots. Thus it is said. The pulse petals have sixty-four at the navel, eight at the heart, sixteen at the throat, and thirty-two at the crown of the head. The subtle ones that arise from these are immeasurable. The winds that flow through the pulses are of two types, large and small (110). There are five functioning winds: the upward-moving wind resides in the four limbs, generating the strength of muscles and bones. The wind that increases radiance resides in the shoulder blades, generating the strength of blood and serum. The fire-equalizing wind resides in the stomach, causing food to be digested. The wind that separates the pure and impure resides in the upper and lower parts of the body, distributing the pure essence throughout the body and expelling the impure waste. The merciless wind of karma of the kalpa, inseparable from awareness, resides in the heart, performing the action of liberating samsara into dharmata. Bodhicitta flows from within the pulses: the ultimate bindu flows from the left channel, the conventional bindu flows from the right channel, and the self-existing bindu flows from the central channel. In women, this is reversed. The white bindu generates the brain, and in the feet, it generates bone, marrow, and water channels. The red bindu generates flesh, which generates serum, which generates skin, which generates hair and body hair. When the essence of this increases, the body is beautiful and there are no white hairs or wrinkles; when it declines, these arise. The way in which mind and wisdom abide (111), although there is no distinction in other dharmas, here, due to the difference in oral instructions, these two, mind and wisdom, are distinguished separately by four things: place, path, gate, and result. First, the place of wisdom: in the Cittaratna, the third surrounding circle has peace, and in its radiance, in the conch shell room, wrath resides. As the "Nomenclature Praise" says, "Radiant and blazing with glory." And as "All-Illuminating" says, "In the palace of the precious Citta, the body is as small as a sesame seed, perfectly dwelling in the realm of the five lights." It also says, "In the precious eight-cornered room, body and wisdom are like a lamp, not dwelling on the walls, spontaneously accomplished." Thus it is. It also abides in the realm of the self-radiance of the five awarenesses, like a peacock's egg: the essence is emptiness, the shape of the egg is round and hollow, the nature is clear, and the water patterns inside are five lights.
