吽！饮血忿怒独发大自在，化身曜尊及化身使者八，殊胜忿怒兄弟及眷属众，法界六母日月颅鬘饰，白母独眼五十二药女，傲慢八部空行使者敬，誓盟护法依止而修观，守护藏地大神及天母等，国土神祇地主及眷属众，受用清净五妙欲之供。嗡 阿 吽 玛哈嘎 嘎 匝扎 喀 喀 喀 嘿 喀 嘿！ 吽！身语意三罪业诸事中，由贪嗔痴生起诸违缘，业力所致三界轮回果，由无明无知无见三者故，积集业际轮转之业果，衰损违犯失坏诸罪堕，以悔恨痛苦之心皆忏悔，清净已得堪忍之悉地。身语意之誓言等诸事，失坏违犯错谬所作等，以此会供大祭作圆满忏悔，以悲悯垂念赐予灌顶及悉地。念诵嗡 班匝萨埵等百字明后，三毒血肉之供品，宰杀渔夫供养朵玛，吽！于诸佛教法作损害者，于诸有情作损害者，于上师圣者作身敌者，于瑜伽我作憎恨之仇敌，失坏誓言及其眷属众，血肉堆积如须弥山王，以血之洗脚水盈满大海，诸根识蕴暖气与气息，蕴界处及诸界等，投入誓盟众海之口中，请享用请受用 喀让 喀嘿！ 成就猛烈之事业。嗡 阿 吽 玛哈 茹扎 且给 眷属众等一切 喀让 喀嘿！ 如是念诵并以血涂洒。 供养圆满是于朵玛上涂洒药酒，涂洒甘露之流，并以熏香之烟及乐器之声作供养，吽！于具德誓盟众海，以外供五种珍宝作圆满，以香及灯供养圆满意誓，以食物乐器供养圆满意誓，以钹歌舞乐音作圆满，以伞及胜幢绸缎作圆满，以药及鲜花珍宝作圆满，以天人欲妙

In all actions of body, speech, and mind's sins, From attachment, hatred, and ignorance, arising conditions, By the power of karma, the fruits of the three realms' cycle, Through the three of ignorance, unknowing, and unseeing, Accumulating karmic potential, the results of cyclic existence, All impairments, transgressions, breakages, faults, and downfalls, With remorse, regret, and sorrowful mind, I confess. Purify and cleanse, grant the accomplishment of forbearance. Vows of body, speech, and mind, etc., Breakages, transgressions, faults, and wrongdoings, With this great feast of the assembly, I fulfill and confess. With compassion, consider with love, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Reciting Oṃ Vajrasattva, etc., the Hundred Syllable Mantra, The offering of the three poisons, flesh and blood, Slaughtering the fisherman, offering as a torma, Hūṃ! Those who harm the entire doctrine, And harm all sentient beings, Enemies of the body of the holy lama, Enemies who hate the yogin me, Those who break vows and their retinues, Piling up flesh and bones like Mount Meru, Filling the ocean with blood-washing water, Senses, consciousness, warmth, and breath, Aggregates, sense bases, (520) elements, etc., Casting into the mouths of the ocean of oath-bound ones, Take, enjoy, Kha Raṃ Khāhi! Accomplish fierce activities of manifest action. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Mahā Rūdra Che Ge and all the retinue, Kha Raṃ Khāhi! Thus, recite and sprinkle with blood. The fulfillment offering is sprinkling medicine and alcohol on the torma, Sprinkling the stream of nectar, and offering with the smoke of incense and the sound of music, Hūṃ! Hūṃ, to the oath-bound ocean of beings with their retinues, with the inner offering of five kinds of nectar, and with medicine and blood, fulfill the heart oath. Fulfill in the afflictions, great wisdom. Fulfill in the negation and affirmation, in the bodhicitta. Fulfill in the unborn emptiness of all dharmas.
