I prostrate to the glory of self-arisen compassion! Perfected with the qualities of the three bodies..., Attained immeasurable activity..., The unchanging Dharmadhatu..., Showing various forms of the Rupakaya..., Emanations inconceivable..., Power and strength are wondrous..., Miraculous powers are unimpeded..., Protects like an umbrella of compassion..., I prostrate to the one who has attained great qualities! I prostrate to the assembly of glorious (513) protectors! I prostrate to the assembly of the ocean of oath-bound ones! I prostrate to all the worldly Dharma protectors! Ah ti pu ho, prati dza ho. Great glorious mother, ocean of oath-bound ones, listen and consider, without exception, with your retinue. I am a single yogi with a definite supreme accomplishment, having entered the path of the great, unsurpassed secret, from the root and branches, I confess and repent all violations, errors, impairments, and transgressions from the vows received. Although I vowed to rely on you protectors and accomplish the practice, due to circumstances and laziness, I have not been able to achieve that. The tsok offering is small, and the fulfillment is incomplete, etc., I confess all that is contrary to your mind. In this supreme secret charnel ground mandala, great ashes, cliff bases, new and old fields, etc., the supreme substances for practice are incomplete and not available, I confess all violations, errors, and transgressions. Jagad phud and Pancha Amrita, flesh, blood, red torma, and so on, the oath substances for offering and fulfilling are incomplete, I confess all that is contrary to (514) your mind. The practice is short in duration, the number of recitations is small, unable to endure fasting, controlled by laziness.

至尊之神您啊，至今未能与您相见，所有违背您心意之处，我皆忏悔！ 我乃最初之业者，因愚昧无知， 未能见到心性之义谛， 怀疑、犹豫、烦恼、邪见等， 所有违背法性之义之处，我皆忏悔！ 因无明、我执、烦恼所控制， 与恶劣的轮回因缘相连， 以无边无际之势进入轮回等， 所有违背、错谬、衰损之处，我皆忏悔！ 难以积聚密咒修法之物， 恶世之人邪念深重， 我则衰弱，智慧极其低下， 所有违背甚深密法之处，我皆忏悔！ 如生圆次第禅定之大河， 本应修持并以智慧检验， 却散乱于无意义的错谬之事， 所有违背、错谬、罪过之处，我皆忏悔！ 对于伟大奇妙的善逝们， 那些令人惊叹的禁行和行为， 我不但没有接受，反而诽谤和邪视， 所有颠倒的结合解脱之行，我皆忏悔！ 本应于寂静处修持并接受， 却泄露秘密，宣扬于大众之中， 所有违背誓言者之海心意之处， 所有衰损、染污、罪过，我皆忏悔！ 我所违背、错谬、衰损之处， 所有违背您具智慧之眼的心意之处， 所有这些，我无余地在此忏悔！ 祈请您以慈悲清净之！ 往昔于大吉祥炽燃者之前， 曾承诺弥补衰损，守护教法， 所有承诺，如今我将实行， 祈请您清净我的违背、错谬、衰损！ 纵然是无情之物，炽燃的宝珠， 也能如意满足天人的愿望， 您乃如意宝珠，为何不能成办？ 祈请您成办我的愿望和希望！ 于胜义无生如虚空般清净中， 虽无忏悔及所忏悔之对境， 然于世俗如幻之自性中， 所有违背、错谬、罪过，我皆忏悔！ 您乃如幻之自性，可随意转变， 我所违背、错谬、衰损之处， 祈请以忏悔清净，赐予清净之成就， 祈请以慈悲护佑，成办我的希望！ 念诵“嗡 班匝 萨埵 萨玛雅”（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्रसत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言）等百字明。

Supreme deity, I confess all transgressions against your heart, as I have not yet met you! I am a being of primal karma, obscured by ignorance, Unable to see the truth of the nature of mind, I confess all transgressions against the essence of reality, such as doubt, uncertainty, afflictions, and wrong views! Controlled by ignorance, ego-grasping, and afflictions, Connected to negative karmic circumstances of cyclic existence, Entering into existence without end, and so forth, I confess all transgressions, errors, and downfalls! Difficult to gather the substances for secret mantra practice, Beings of degenerate times have great wrong thoughts, And I am weak and of very little wisdom, I confess all transgressions against the great secret methods! Like the great current of the river of generation and completion stage samadhi, Instead of practicing and examining with wisdom, I have been distracted by meaningless, deluded activities, I confess all transgressions, errors, and faults! Those wondrous and great Sugatas, Their amazing vows, conduct, and play, I have not accepted, but have criticized and viewed wrongly, I confess all perverted actions of union and liberation! Instead of practicing in solitude and accepting it, I have divulged secrets and proclaimed them in large gatherings, Whatever contradicts the heart of the ocean of oath-bound ones, I confess all impairments, defilements, and transgressions! Whatever transgressions, errors, and downfalls I have committed, Whatever contradicts your mind, which possesses the eye of wisdom, All of these, without exception, I confess at this time! I beseech you to purify them with your compassion! In the past, before the glorious, blazing one, I vowed to restore impairments and protect the teachings, Whatever vows I made, I will now fulfill, I beseech you to purify my transgressions, errors, and downfalls! Even an inanimate object, a blazing jewel, Can fulfill the wishes of gods and humans as desired, Why would you, the wish-fulfilling jewel, not do so? I beseech you to fulfill my aspirations and hopes! In ultimate reality, unborn and pure like space, There is no object of confession or one who confesses, But in conventional reality, in the nature of mere illusion, I confess all transgressions, errors, and faults! You are the nature of illusion, transforming into anything, Whatever transgressions, errors, and downfalls I have committed, I beseech you to purify them with confession and grant the pure accomplishment, I beseech you to protect me with compassion and fulfill my hopes! Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Vajrasattva, "Om Vajrasattva Samaya..." (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्रसत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言).
