and fortresses and foundations. Everything abides within it, and it is determined to arise from power. Because the lower ones have internal contradictions in their respective tenets, they cannot be definitively established, and therefore this harms them. As it says in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: "Yogis also, due to differences in intelligence, the higher harms the lower." Likewise, the higher vehicle harms the lower, overpowering it like a king ruling his own domain. This is certain. The sixth general topic is the teaching of the essential instructions on the bardo, which is divided into two: the general presentation of the essential instructions on the bardo, and the specific explanation of the symbolic ways of teaching (455). The first has four aspects: the bardo of nature, the bardo of samadhi, the bardo of dharmata, and the bardo of existence. The first is this appearance between birth and death, where one cuts off the attachments to knowable things through the four introductions and practices the instructions on distinguishing between mind and wisdom. The second is when the yogi single-pointedly abides in the self-nature of dharmata, that is, practicing without wavering from self-arisen wisdom. The third is the time when illusion ceases and the appearances of existence arise as the self-manifestation of body and wisdom, recognizing the self-nature of self-manifestation and learning the key to seizing the stronghold of awareness. The fourth is the illusory appearance like a dream between the cessation of dharmata and the attainment of the next birth, where one takes refuge, practices the generation and completion stages like illusion, purifies everything into emptiness through the guru's instructions, and recognizes the means of continuing the continuity of karma. These are also shown through five aspects: essence, definition, division, example, and method of instruction. As it says in Kunsal: "The bardo is explained in four ways: the bardo of nature (456), the bardo of samadhi, the bardo of the clear light of dharmata, and the bardo of existence. Among these, the bardo of nature is this very illusory appearance of the present. The so-called bardo of samadhi is the time of meditation when one cannot engage in activities. The so-called bardo of dharmata is the bardo where, after the cessation of illusion, for five days, self-manifestation arises as the light of wisdom, and it is the bardo because one abides in the light. The so-called bardo of existence is when, in the appearance of the clear light of dharmata, the wisdom of realization has not arisen, the previous wisdom is latent, the appearances of previous imprints arise, and the faculties are all complete and unobstructed.

Dan. The physical form of existence manifests. Seeing deities of the same kind as oneself. Searching for a body and a place to dwell. Possessing essence and distinctions. Not abiding in a definite meaning. Because one has not grasped one's own ground, it is the bardo. This is called a definite reason. For example, someone pursuing worldly affairs. Just like lodging without reaching the place to go. For the bardo abiding in its own nature. Unveiling the essence of all tantras and agamas. Establishing certainty through four introductions. This is the determination of the view of self-awareness (457). The samadhi bardo should be clarified. The dharmata bardo should be recognized. If it is not like that. The karma of existence will continue. Thus it is said. Also, having moved from one's own place of origin. Appearing as the four bardos, because one has not reached the impure result, it is called bardo. Confused by the manifestation of power from the ground, when looking outward, when separated from the coarse, it is very important to grasp one's own position in the ground manifestation. Secondly, there are three ways to explain the symbolic representation of the instructions in detail. Establishing certainty through four introductions. Entering through four key times. Showing the order through three ways of liberation. The first has four. The essence of the Dharmakaya wish-fulfilling jewel. The Sambhogakaya with five perfections. The Nirmanakaya bardo. The three bodies are inseparable. The introduction to the Great Perfection. The first is the spontaneously accomplished ground. And the two of realization manifest. The first is the way of completeness in the ground. And considering the way it arises from that. The Dharmakaya is introduced as crystal. The Sambhogakaya is introduced as a mirror image. The Nirmanakaya is introduced as the union of light spheres. The three bodies are inseparable (458) introduced as the essence of the sun. The union of light spheres is. The self-light of the inner heart. And the two light spheres of the outer crystal. In the middle, like a rope, is the color of the light of the sign, introducing the three lights. The inner meaning is the red and yellow signs. The outer is an example of light. Realization manifest is focused on the bardo, after recognizing the clear light, emitting the emanation, this is the introduction of the Nirmanakaya. The Sambhogakaya appearing as a collection of five perfections is introduced. The three bodies are inseparable in self-manifestation is perfection, that is, the Sambhogakaya. Reaching the inner treasure of the wish-fulfilling jewel is the introduction of the perfect Great Perfection Dharmakaya. Or the self-manifestation of dharmata appearing is the Nirmanakaya. Appearing as a collection is the five perfect Sambhogakaya. After liberation, emitting the emanation is perfection, that is, inseparable.
