That is, the meaning of the inseparability of clarity and emptiness. As it says in the "Lion's Complete Strength Sutra": The ultimate view of all Buddhas does not go beyond the two, emptiness and clarity. Thus, when the body of the essence of clarity remains in its own place without moving, without abandoning anything, the illusion of samsara is naturally purified; without accomplishing anything, the qualities of nirvana are naturally accomplished; without acceptance or rejection and effort, one attains the eternal dominion of the Dharmakaya King. Like a garuda soaring in the sky, cutting through the earth, it cuts off samsara and nirvana, and the self-arisen wisdom of the Dharmakaya attains its own ground. This is called cutting the outer limits of view. For example, just as one can see the four continents at once from the summit of Mount Meru in the center, from the perspective of Dzogchen, all the views and intentions of the nine vehicles are seen as one's own system. However, the nine vehicles do not see this meaning, so it is called the intention of the unmoving mountain. Because it does not change, keeping awareness in its own state is also called the unmoving mountain. Realizing this, in order to cut off the cycle of the womb in the future, it is called the view of cutting off the cycle of the city. The third, the view of complete liberation of the three realms is: (334) Thus, by practicing on the basis of realization, the meaning of the self-arisen wisdom of view naturally appears, and all dharmas are liberated from the beginning. Therefore, there is no need to liberate again, no need to work hard, no need to strive, and one naturally realizes that the intention does not deviate from the nature of reality, so it is called complete liberation of the three realms. At this time, afflictions do not need to be abandoned, nor do they need to be dwelt upon, but are purified in their own place, just as clouds dissipate in the sky, or turbidity in water clears by itself. One has never been confused in the beginning, does not dwell in confusion now, and the key point that confusion is impossible in the end becomes manifest. At this time, the yogi is called the one who has abandoned dharma, because there is no dharma to be intentionally focused on. Moreover, because the intention is vast, the yogi who makes view the path has been explained. Second, the practice of yoga is divided into three: practicing day and night union, the ocean of pith instructions remaining still, and the intention of establishing the basis of appearances and existence. First, although not much has been said, (335) it can be summarized into four sessions of meditation and practiced. Cutting off attachment to food and practicing the session of meditation, cutting off attachment to clothing and practicing the session of meditation.

Practicing meditation. Practicing meditation to cut off attachment to dreams. Practicing meditation to cut off attachment to karmic imprints. The first is: to have various objects of focus with the essence extraction, the most profound of which are mercury and wind yoga. Mercury is: relying on pills as a support, focusing on the burning and dripping of fierce fire, and eating samadhi as food. Cutting off the arising of wind: sit in a cross-legged posture, exhale the air, and then visualize the abdomen filled with the wisdom wind and the essence of nectar, red and white, focusing on this and holding the upper and lower winds together. Exhale slowly. When inhaling, visualize all sentient and insentient beings transforming into the form of red and white essence, entering through the nostrils and filling the body (336), focusing the mind on this, and spontaneously generating bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual samadhi. Separating from attachment to food and clothing. From the "Destruction of Delusion" it says: Such essence extraction, relying on precious jewels, makes life equal to the sun and moon. Relying on the combination of various stones, one becomes radiant and youthful. Relying on the combination of meat, the body is filled with nutrients and increases strength. Furthermore, relying on wind, it speaks of a very wonderful essence extraction. The so-called cutting off of arising is understood through the upper and lower winds. The wise person hides the wind in the wind channels. Or through the calculation of wind changes, it becomes the yoga of food. In this way, through essence extraction, the suffering of beings is cut off. Thus it is said. Practicing meditation to cut off attachment to clothing is: sit in a cross-legged posture, and from the navel, the raṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) syllable burns, touching the hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) syllable at the crown of the head within the central channel. The red essence burns the body. (337) Visualize the white essence descending, increasing bliss. Combine the wind with the navel. Tightly contract and hold the lower wind. Exhale slowly, and the raṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) syllable burns fiercely, generating heat. The essence generates bliss. Separating from attachment to clothing. At these times, auspicious food for the wind and the interdependence of the burning and dripping of bindus should be coordinated. From the "Destruction of Delusion" it says: The interdependence of clothing is like this, through a deep interdependence with the wind, through the expansion and contraction of the wind, and also through the key of transporting back and forth, the arising of various objects of focus
