Remaining in that state. Just like the initial self-sound and the bardo self-sound. When the lama introduces the true nature of awareness and one gazes at the self-sound, ignorance is self-liberated. Seeing the self-manifestation of wisdom is called making the appearances of the path the spontaneously accomplished realm. Without moving from the dissolution and liberation into the expanse, the inner sound dawns outwardly. The enjoyment body, the partial emanation body, and (225) the emanation bodies that tame beings accomplish the benefit of beings. This is called the appearance of the result. An aside has been spoken. The appearance of the exhaustion of phenomena is like the moon waning from the sixteenth to the empty sky, dissolving into the expanse. The previous signs all pass into nirvana in the realm of the unborn. That is to say, all clinging to grasping and the grasped is exhausted. Since the essence of what cannot be established, the self-sound dissolves inward. Other than this, there is no other exhaustion of signs. That phenomena is the empty clarity, the inner expanse of awareness that is pure from the beginning. Those who have reached the limit of the spontaneously accomplished self-sound introduced by the lama. Exhaustion is reaching that point, like a crystal ball dissolving into light. There are two ways to exhaust: gradual exhaustion, which is exhausted by the diligent practitioner, like the waxing appearance waning like the moon; and sudden exhaustion, which is caused by the practice of the former and the power of the lama's blessing. Although the waxing appearance has not reached its limit, it is said that it has reached the inner expanse of original purity. Like the copper letter and (226) some signs that have not reached their limit, it is said that all these appearances will turn into exhaustion. Appearance is a part of the essence of original purity, but the activity of compassion and wisdom is continuous. It remains for a moment in a state like the sky without clouds. At this time, one gains autonomy over rebirth and attains the vajra body. If one wishes to benefit beings, one transforms into the body of transference and accomplishes the benefit of beings with emanations that tame beings according to their needs. By gaining autonomy over entering, at the time of transference, one implants awareness into three thousand beings, liberating them into equality. By implanting awareness into inanimate objects, they are able to move and make sounds. They are able to move from one place to another. They are able to transform things into each other, and so on. They possess immeasurable power and miraculous abilities. Thus, when the four appearances have reached their limit, the inner expanse of original purity is spontaneously

Instructions from the Accomplished Precious One: Like the realm of the youthful vase body, in the state of the sole Dharmakaya bindu, where the expanse and wisdom (227) are of one taste, even the primordial Buddha manifestly attains the enlightenment of Buddhahood. As the essence of the self-benefiting Dharmakaya, pure and possessing two qualities, is of one taste, one does not waver from the understanding that body and wisdom are inseparable. Nothing whatsoever is established as an entity or characteristic. Like a flawless crystal ball, only a clear aspect, in the manner of the three kayas inseparable, the essence of self-nature, compassion, in the state where the three kayas of the expanse, together with wisdom, abide, for the benefit of others, like the outward manifestation of crystal light, the two form kayas of the expanse's appearance, wisdom, and activity appear to those to be trained, thus benefiting sentient beings until samsara is empty. Moreover, the kaya of the expanse, and the kaya within the expanse, are inwardly clear and outwardly clear. The wise should understand their nature as transcending oneness and otherness. Fourth, the instructions on the limits have four aspects: establishing a foundation in the three immovables, measuring the extent of the three abidings, driving the pegs of the three attainments, and holding the measure of liberation of the four postures (228). First, having entered the actual practice, the essential points needed until one is inseparable from practice are that by establishing a foundation in the three immovables, the winds and mind are self-purified, so awareness is clear in its own place. There is a need to hold the measure of liberation. Among the three immovables of body, eyes, and wind-awareness, the body's immovability is achieved by not moving from the three postures. The Dharmakaya posture, like a lion, is when the body is straightened in a dignified manner, the soles of the feet are placed on the ground, the fingers are curled and placed on the ground, and energy is applied to the neck, so that the karmic winds are cut off, and the wisdom wind is grasped, which is the essential point for the spontaneous manifestation of the nature of reality. The Sambhogakaya posture, like an elephant, is when the mouth is closed and the knees are touching, the elbows are placed on the ground, the fingers support the cheeks, and the toes are curled and pointed outwards, so that the wavering thoughts subside, the warmth of wisdom increases, which is the essential point for abiding in the understanding that the expanse and awareness are inseparable (229). The Nirmanakaya posture, like a sage sitting upright, is when the ankles are aligned, the elbows are crossed on the knees, and the back
