The face of great glory, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the five poisons of my mind! The attachment of body, speech, and mind naturally subsides, practice is completed, and appearances are sustained at the point of cessation. The face of the Lion Lord, pure of illusion, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the illusions of my mind! The essence of the Vajrayana is known as the tree of secret mantras, possessing the mind of emptiness like space, realizing the definitive meaning, the face of the auspicious, unchanging, wish-fulfilling Vajradhara, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the karma and habitual tendencies of my mind! From the center of the endless cycle of samsara, realizing the purity of the Dharma, all appearing as one, the face of the spontaneously perfect Great Perfection, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the ignorance of my mind! (149) Realizing the ultimate essence, the Suchness of the supreme vehicle, possessing the intention of unwavering samadhi, the face of the definitive meaning, ultimately perfect, immeasurable virtuous activity, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the attachment to virtuous thoughts of my mind! The self-existing, spontaneously accomplished, all-illuminating Great Radiance, the manifestation of clear light, free from the efforts of samsara and nirvana, the face of the eternally unwavering Samantabhadra, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the ignorance of my mind! In the space of the self-existing Great Perfection, all spontaneously accomplished, attaining the supreme accomplishment, the king of accumulating merit, the face of self-aware, stainless, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the samsara of my mind! In the nature of the primordial self-existing Dharmadhatu, uncreated, free from elaboration, clear light, without change, the face of the great samadhi of completely liberating the three realms, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the acceptance and rejection of my mind! Possessing infinite qualities, the splendor of wisdom blazing, (150) the self-grasping self-extinguished, transcending all grasping and grasped, the face of the self-liberated king, the stainless lotus, I pray that you teach me to extinguish the illusions and discriminations of my mind!
