Life and merit, all pure lands, increased in realization, Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning). Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, and all saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, subdued in realization, Paśaṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning). Enemies and obstacles, and the five poisons and three poisons, all afflictions, in realization, Māraya Phaṭ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning). Thus it is said. Write with gold on dark blue paper. The tip of the vajra should be aligned, and the beginning of all the letters (442) should be aligned, and write carefully. This is the supreme essence of the golden letters, it is indispensable. Just one recitation, its own sound liberates all sentient beings from saṃsāra, and merges into the primordial dharmadhātu, this is the consecration. Then is the empowerment, placing it on the body (443): Place the wheel on the crown of the disciple's head. I pray that the body, speech, and mind vajra nature of all the Buddhas, the Bhagavan Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, bless this place. I pray for empowerment. I pray for the attainment of the supreme siddhi of the indestructible body vajra. May all unfavorable things, such as diseases and demons and the eight great fears, be completely pacified. May life and glory and the supreme wisdom of the four lights increase. Please grant me the attainment of liberation from suffering. Also, in the bardo (intermediate state), please enable me to realize the meaning of the clear light of Dharma, thereby attaining liberation in the spontaneously accomplished precious womb. In the future (444), please also enable me to walk in the pure land of the self-nature Nirmanakaya without experiencing the bardo, manifest complete enlightenment in the primordial ground, thereby spontaneously accomplishing the two benefits of benefiting sentient beings. After reciting this, put on silk clothes, put it in a precious gau box, and then wear it on the crown of the head, neck, or heart. This is because the heart of a man is on the left and the heart of a woman is on the right, so it can be worn in either armpit. Wearing this, the amount of good deeds and bad deeds done will increase a million times, so abandon bad deeds and strive to do good deeds. (445) The manifest heart essence yogi should wear it without separation, and it will be accomplished when breathing ceases at the time of death. Or burn this with the corpse, or burn this in the heart, and one will be liberated in the bardo, or liberated in the self-nature Nirmanakaya, or liberated after obtaining a leisure and endowment, whichever liberation is possible. Even those who have committed the five heinous crimes can be saved from it, because this is a special method to make one enlightened, so be amazed and wear it. The supreme king of great secret methods, wearing it liberates from samsara, effortlessly attains enlightenment, and is recorded for the benefit of future generations. May I attain enlightenment through virtue! May self and others in the ten directions be spontaneously accomplished! The essence of the golden letter, called the Heart Essence of Wearing Liberation, was written by the supreme vehicle yogi, Miscellaneous Self-Liberation, on Mount Kailash (Gangri Thökar), and is completed.
