Since the key points have already been obtained, these have already been discussed before, so it is okay not to discuss them in order here. The order of the guidance for practicing Thigle is the fourth part. Next is the order of cutting off elaboration, the key to purifying the five elements in their own places is, from the Tantra of Exhausting the Four Elements, "Space": "The awareness that exhausts the basis of delusion, like a wild horse off its leash. In the palace of vast expanse of all kinds, with the iron hook of exhausting the grasping mind, from the heart of clarity without top or bottom, it should be grasped in a way that exhausts non-distracting thought." This is to practice the meaning of the five "A" (ཨ,A,阿) in the unborn. The upper part has already practiced the wind and Thigle, so it can exhaust (248) the five elements. First, the body posture should be as before. The object of focus is to visualize in one's heart a full blue "A" (ཨ,A,阿). Dissolve all the activities of wind and mind into that "A". Abide in the meaning of the intention of all Tathagatas, in all dharmas free from elaboration. Practice the nature of awareness as the nature of "A". By this, there is no discrimination, and everything is like space. At this time, the lion of mind is the discriminating mind, and the son of mind is gathered into the object "A", so one should be single-pointed and not distracted. This is to purify space. Second, at the crown of the head or in the space in front, directly above the tip of the nose, fix awareness on dark blue-green, dissolve all movements of wind and discrimination into it, and meditate on non-discrimination. The daughter of space is the activity combined with wind, and the son of space is the part of skillful means meditating on the object. It is that very one, so it should be held. (249) By this, the element of wind can be purified. Third, again at the tip of the nose or in the heart, fix the mind on white, release all intentions and winds into their own realm, and stop and hold the breath from moving in and out. The rope of wind refers to holding the object of intention, and meditating on the triple "A" (ཨ,A,阿) that holds it is the iron hook, so it can purify water. Fourth, again in the space of the throat, fix awareness on red. Holding its object, the essence that can gather feelings, etc., the eye consciousness is self-purified and holds the mind, called the great man of fire, which is feeling, and the fuel of fire is that wind.

Therefore, by meditating on the four stacked "A" syllables, one can purify the clinging to feelings as one's own nature. The fifth is to focus the mind on the yellow syllable in the navel or space, with all appearing objects dissolving into it. By purifying the clinging to the five senses (250) and meditating while abiding in non-conceptualization, the city of earth refers to the body together with the five senses, and water refers to meditating on the five stacked "A" syllables, thereby destroying the clinging to the body. This is what is spoken in coded language in the scriptures. Making earth completely pure. Meditating on the five "A" syllables taught here causes the elements to become naturally clear. Due to the reasons of the channels, places, wheels, and sound essence, meditate on the four wheels, and there gather and meditate on wind and mind. Moreover, it is evident that one should abide in unborn, free from elaboration. The three syllables Ram (藏文:རྃ,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), Yam (藏文:ཡྃ,梵文天城体:yam,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:央), and Kham (藏文:ཁྃ,梵文天城体:kham,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ,汉语字面意思:康) at this time are the seed syllables of wind, fire, and water, so when meditating in this way, the elements become disturbed and uncomfortable. The so-called abiding in the three places means that if the body becomes heavy, dull, and sluggish, then visualize the fire wheel, the green-black Yam (藏文:ཡྃ,梵文天城体:yam,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:央), and inject wind and conceptual thoughts into it, visualizing it soaring into the sky, and immediately awareness will become clear and move. (251) If the body's water element is excessively disturbed, causing coldness and shivering, then in the wheel where the senses gather, visualize the burning red Ram (藏文:རྃ,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), and forcefully inject wind, visualizing fire arising from the tri-junction and pervading the entire body, which will dispel the cold. If one experiences heat, excitement, and increased bile due to the fault of fire, then visualize the white, cool Kham (藏文:ཁྃ,梵文天城体:kham,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ,汉语字面意思:康) like ice water in the heart or stomach, and draw and exhale it with the sound of "si," which will pacify the heat. Although not mentioned here, if wind causes awareness to scatter, surge upwards, or if heart-wind-like symptoms occur, then visualize the golden, very heavy Lam (藏文:ལྃ,梵文天城体:lam,梵文罗马拟音:laṃ,汉语字面意思:朗) in the navel, and forcefully tighten the lower gate, directing wind and mind downwards, which will undoubtedly be helpful. Here, the main focus is on eliminating obstacles. Many branches, sections, and so on are found elsewhere. The fifth section of the lamp that cuts through elaboration, the essential instructions for the self-purification of the five elements. After that, one should understand the distinctions of the view, meditation, and conduct of the common Dharma and the nature of (252) the Great Perfection. Showing as opening the hidden eyes.
