The body should be seated in the vajra posture. Visualize the root syllables of the four chakras and the Samantabhadra yab-yum. Combine the upper and lower energies, and keep the mind unscattered, focusing in this way. Contemplate the meaning of the words, and the guru, shaking the hand drum, speaks thus: Ema, fortunate son of the lineage! The navel, the wheel of manifestation, is the abode of the manifested body. Transcending the activity of the five winds, the bindu transforms into a body of light, shimmering! Ema, fortunate son of the lineage! The heart chakra, the wheel of dharma, is the abode of the dharma body. The wisdom of the five Buddhas, shining like flames! Ema, fortunate son of the lineage! The throat, the wheel of enjoyment, is the abode of the enjoyment body. Possessing the characteristics of marks and signs. The bindu transforms into a body of light, yala la! Ema, fortunate son of the lineage! The crown, the wheel of bliss, is the abode where the three bodies converge. Possessing the summit where fruits converge, the wrathful king emits a loud sound, yala la! Focus in this way, alternating between them. Fourth, casting the flower and giving the name, divided into two parts: casting the flower and giving the name. The first part is making a banner of five-colored silk, holding it between the palms, covering the eyes with a black blindfold, and saying thus: Ema Ho! From the original clear light essence, now encountering this supreme vehicle, may the karma cultivated from the ground (87), in the form of fruit, descend upon this supreme lineage! After reciting this, cast the banner towards the center of the palace. The second part is giving the name: If it falls in the center, it is named "Self-Arisen Variety"; if it falls in the east, it is named "Vajra Essence"; if it falls in the south, it is named "Spontaneously Manifested Meaning"; if it falls in the west, it is named "Great Bliss King"; if it falls in the north, it is named "Five Gates Non-Action." Then open the eyes and show what is seen, divided into two parts: opening the eyes and showing what is seen. The first part is: Kye ma, Vajradhara protector guru! I am drowning in the three realms of samsara, I beseech the guru to eliminate my ignorance with the hook of wisdom! Thus pray. The guru says thus: Ema, fortunate son of the lineage! In the past, bound by the illusion of grasping and being grasped, putting aside what is inherent, seeking externally. The hook symbolizes the wish-fulfilling jewel! Thus, the blindfold is removed with a golden hook, and the meaning is explained. The second part is showing what is seen, divided into four parts: first, the guru's, then the mandala's, then the implements', then (88) the vajra brother and sister's showing of what is seen. The first part is
