Therefore, it is necessary to exhale in the realm of the Nirmanakaya. This is the extremely secret key to not entering the womb-city of the realm. The three A's (Tibetan: ཨ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: अ,Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) refer to the fact that the Nirmanakaya has no birth, therefore enjoy taming; the Sambhogakaya has no birth, therefore enjoy appearance; the Dharmakaya has no birth, therefore enjoy self-knowing. Also, (327) the sleeping posture of an elephant is: lying face down, it can uproot Samsara; knees close to the chest, afflictive winds rise as wisdom; thumbs pointing outwards, it can control the moving winds; two elbows supporting the ground, it can harmonize male and female winds; neck slightly raised, it can make the function of the channels empty; lifting the anus with two palms, it can balance the elements of the body. The rest is the same as before. Also, the posture of a hermit is: squatting, it can subdue the heat of the fire element; soles of the feet touching the ground, it can suppress the energy of the water element; keeping the body straight, it allows the wind to flow comfortably; knees close to the chest, it destroys the fire-wind energy of the body; slightly pulling the intestines upwards and close to the spine, it prevents conceptual thoughts from arising in the body; crossing the hands and placing them on the knees, it can extinguish the flames of hot diseases; if crossed and touching the armpits, it weakens the power of cold diseases; if the elbows are placed on the knees and lifted from the anus, it is a remedy for harmonizing hot and cold elements. That is to say, the lion mentioned earlier refers to overwhelming all fears with power; the elephant refers to dispelling the defilements of the three realms; and what is said here refers to purifying the karmic force born from defilements. The sitting posture of a vulture is: the mind of the body gathers the suffering of the form aggregate, the soles of the feet touching the ground can suppress the scattering karmic winds, the buttocks not touching the ground can empty the boundaries of habitual karmic forces, bending the upper body forward can reveal the wisdom in the channels. Extending the hands to the sides and contracting the lower body reverses the karmic winds of the four elements. This refers to practicing the energy of awareness. The body in Vajra posture

Joining the soles of the feet together in a mudra is the union of the father and mother winds, which blends karma and wisdom, thereby grasping the basis of dharmata. (329) Placing the two heels against the secret place empties the basis of desire and karma. Straightening the body completely empties the winds of various movements. Joining the palms at the crown of the head purifies the key points of the body. All these transcendences are the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya, the adornment is the body, and the pure and dense arrangement of the Buddha-field. The five wisdoms are the basis of the Sambhogakaya.
