There is a need for liberation. Its example is also like meeting the sky, liberating into the non-dual, non-appearing, and arriving at one's own position. That is also like recognizing a person one used to know just by seeing them later. Like that, by recognizing these three of the six dharmas, one will definitely attain Buddhahood without doubt or hesitation. If one wants to be liberated just by seeing that key point, then, like this, by pointing out the obvious key point of appearance, everything seen in the realm of the five senses is liberated into pure appearance. This is the second content. Now is the third content, showing that liberation occurs involuntarily by hammering the key point of the senses and objects with the nail of logic. Therefore, the senses are five, and the objects are forms and so on, five. The key point is that the words that indicate that it is grasped by awareness are hammered in like a nail by the words of the lama. Just by pointing it out, one sees, and just by seeing, one understands. Just by understanding (244), one obtains the result. Since these three occur simultaneously, it is called arriving at the key point. That is also, the moment of knowing is when certainty arises immediately from just seeing. Having arisen like that, one is sure to meet one's own basis. Like that, the Dharma is just there. Relying on recognizing oneself, one gains trust. Relying on that, one makes a decision, and relying on these three, one feels at ease. That key point is taken from the lama's mouth. This is the third content. Now is the fourth content, showing the characteristic of liberation through the certainty of the result. The end of the body, uncorrupted by the mind, seeing the key point, is now exhausted, so there is no turning back. Because the mind has no cause, if there is a sudden condition, therefore, liberation from the moment the mind has no cause is a characteristic of the senses. The exhaustion of one's own mind disappearing is not established as the nature of anything. Like that, no matter how a yogi practices this exhausted Dharma nature, they will not regress in the three realms (245). The mind and so on are indicated in the context of names. What is the need for that? Relying on the six objects of the mind, one will not be born in the places of birth of the six realms of beings, gods, and so on. Therefore, the key point of making it empty is based on the six precepts. The teacher, the great perfection of complete qualities, there is no one more superior than him, the second Buddha, the body is a human body, but the intention is the same as the Buddha. Buddha

Its emanation is known as Garab Dorje. His activity is to enable those with quick minds to attain Buddhahood without practice. The completion is the definitive establishment in the six remedies, which is completion. Together with the key point of recognizing the time of disappearance. It is completion. This is called the separate explanation of the six remedies for the mind. Composed by the Indian scholar Vimalamitra, it is complete. Excellent! May the mantra protectors (246) protect! samayā. May you meet with a fortunate one! The tika of empowerment without elaboration dwells here. Guhyakatham. Forty-fifth. Homage to the Bhagavan, glorious Vajradhara. Here, I will explain the tika that clarifies the empowerment without elaboration. First, the characteristics of the guru and disciple must be clearly shown: The guru is one who has mastered knowledge, has cast aside the things of samsara, has few desires and is content, is skilled in practice and has experience, is skilled in the meaning of the tantras and diligent in practice, is skilled in the meaning of view and meditation and has complete ability, is greatly compassionate and delights in giving. To give the empowerment without elaboration to the disciple: The disciple should have faith, desire to attain Buddhahood, be simple and stable, have subdued senses, have pure wisdom, have clear senses, understand the meaning of words, not transgress the vows he has taken, abide in the three vows (247), have great compassion and respect for the guru, have little fastidiousness and great asceticism, and be able to give up all possessions. The former is a sign of being skilled in mantras, so the guru should give praise and blessings. Then, the disciple should rely on the guru with a mind of respect, abandon all the names of the things of samsara, and focus on the state of the noble ones. The place of empowerment: With the body of water, in places like water islands, entering into their respective years and months, dates, seasons, and definite times, the ripening empowerment will definitely produce fruit. With the body of fire, in forests, grasslands, and places with various animals, etc., with the three fires, their respective years, months, and days will definitely be accomplished. The body of earth, the fertility of the earth is the same as before. The body of wind, cold and storms, etc., are the same as before. Thus, by combining the definite body and place (248), the fruit will definitely be produced.
